Can someone organize like the post office synchronized of Outlook with "for"? - Touch Diamond2, Pure Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Can someone organize like the post office synchronized of Outlook with "for"?
The mail synchronized of outlook only allows to organize the post office for received, of, matter and something more. One would like to be able to group them as to what persons I have ordered them, that is to say, "for", as in the outlook of tablecloth.
Thank you.

I do not think it is possible.

maintaining 2 separate calendars

I'm wondering if it is possible to maintain two calendar's on my kaiser. One for my personal appointments, that can be synchronised with my outlook client on my desktop and one for the business appointments that will be syncronized with my outlook client on my business laptop?
Alernatively one calendar would be fine, but i would like to avoid at all cost that my private account are replicated back to my business laptop. (I would really mind seeing business appointments in my personal outlook client though).
I've tried searching the forum, but could find a possible solution.
Have you considered using "Categories?" You can assign a "Personal" category to all of you personal stuff. Then, you can use "View" to filter in/out the Personal items.
Not a bad idea.
But even then my personal data would be replicated to my business calender and I don't want that. My colleagues have at least read access to my business calender and I don't want them to be able to see my private appointments. And I know I can mark them as private. It would mean a lot of overhead though, I'd have to mark all my appointments as private and assign them to the personal categorie.
Close, but not really what I am looking for.
I really would like to be able to maintain 2 calenders on my pda.
Or if I had the possibility to do a one way sync with my business calendar that would also be enough.
I don't think so...Intellisync would let you actually sync only certain categories and I used it to do just what you want...but it stopped working with Office 2007.
Is your personal calendar in Google? I'm not sure, but maybe you can accomlish this via categories, and use of OGG Synch.
I have accomplished it, but my work calendar is Lotus Notes, and I use mNOtes to replicate to it. I just set a category of No Notes Synch and mNotes will not take it up to my Notes calendar.

Adding Calendar Appt from Email

This is more an Office question than a Tilt question.
Is there any way to accept a calendar invitation from the device itself? I get emails all the time for appointments and the only way I have found to get them on my device is to accept the invite through Outlook then sync my device. If there is another way I would appreciate knowing how to greatly! Thanks in advance.
I accept calendar invites all the time directly from my device. What kind of email are you using. I'm connecting to an Exchange 2007 server and sync'd via PUSH for everything. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Contact Groups and Outlook Calendars

If possible I would like to know which is the "best" program in order to create a group with personal contacts and one with bussiness.
I would also like to have my personal calendar from Outlook synchronized separately from the business one in Outlook.
Thanks in advance!

Need some assitance on WinLive / Outlook contacts

Hi everybody,
I'm currently using 2 phones, my X1 and a Nokia 6600i slide. I'm syncing them both with my Windows 7 laptop which has Outlook 2007. I want to keep my agenda and contacts on both of my phones. This is because the Nokia is my work phone and X1 private, but I use them both to for example call private and have work and private appointments in them.
The thing I'm struggling with is the following:
Currently, my X1 has both my Windows Live contacts as well as my Outlook contacts. My Nokia only accepts Outlook contacts.
Therefor I have duplicates of some of my Windows Live contacts as Outlook contacts. I can do that via Outlook on my laptop, that isn't the problem.
The thing that bothers me is that my X1 shows both my Windows Live contacts as well as my Outlook contacts. So a lot of the names exist twice in my contacts list in my X1.
When I remove the Windows Live contacts, I also lose them from my MSN Messenger contact list.
So basically what I want is this:
- I decide for myself which contacts I want as Live only, as Outlook only, or as both. This doesn't need to be automated or anything
(I use Live only for people that I Only have on MSN, Outlook only for people that I don't have on msn like business relations, and both for people that I do have on MSN but also call, like family and friends)
- I want to have my X1 contact list OR show only the Outlook contacts, OR to show them both but in some way recognizes duplicates (on for example the exact same name) and then only show one of them, preferably the Outlook one.
I hope this makes sense to you guys, I tried my best to explain as clear as possible. Main issue is just that I don't want double names in my contact list on my X1.
If anyone knows how to achieve this or any other handy trick, please let me know!!
Thanks

My OP3T is also sync with my office exchange for emails, contacts & calendars. When you want to call or send email, if you begin to type the contact name a live search is made on the exchange directory.

Thanks for your answer. May I know which email client are you using please?
I am using Gmail to sync with my exchange server and it seems to only search for my 500 contacts but not the exchange directory.
As for calls , do you mean once you key in the 1st few numbers it will begin to search for those in the exchange directory as well? Doesn't seems like mine is doing it though.

I also use Gmail email client with Exchange. Your personal contacts and suggested contacts address book are localy sync on your phone.
GAL sync is a contact provider, so the search work in all apps with the contact capability. GAL contacts are search online.
I am the Exchange sysadmin of my office and I already seen some issues like this. Exchange can handle a limited number of activesync devices (10 AFAIR).
Ask you Exchange sysadmin to clean your devices pairing, delete your Exchange account on your phone and add it again.
Hope that help.

Ho I forgot it. You can clean your devices yourself.
In a web browser, open your exchange account in Outlook Web App (exchange webmail UI) of your organization.
On the top/right open "Options" menu, and click "see all options". it will bring you in ECP (exchange control panel).
On the left you have a phone item, select one by one devices and the black cross (delete).
