I didn't see anyone mention it but chrome to phone works fine...the first time may be a little slow for the g tablet to receive the page but after first initial send its fast and smooth as butta!!!

thats how mine is set up but long as the phone screen is off it just goes to the tab
I have had mine set from day one and I it sends it to both my phone and tablet.

Is anyone else having issues with video playback in landscape mode? 1/2 the screen freezes and the other half continues to play the video. It is the weirdest thing. Taking a screenshot shows the normal output. Trying to find out if this is common or if there's something up with my phone
I've had half screen turning black. Seems to happen after daydreaming for me, and coming out of landscape orientation even though the daydream never actually went landscape. Seems like a couple weird problems at the same time. Had to reboot to get out of the freeze. I've turned off daydream for now...will see if the freeze happens elsewhere.

I've experienced the same problem, the first half freezes while the second half continues with the video. I've had this phone for a week, and has happened about 5 times now. Have you gotten any more information as to why this is happening?
Have you guys changed your DPI? This issue seems to happen at certain DPI intervals.
I just posted a thread about this issue. I didn't notice your thread This issue is making me crazy I am wondering if this is a kernel related issue. I am on lean.

I have not changed anything regarding dpi settings. In fact, ive kept this stock....for now. I was worried it was just me but it seems to be affecting other people. 64gb Blue if there is any correlation between model number.
My DPI is stock. 64gb white. Rooted, unlocked stock bootloader, stock kernal/rom. I did figure out that a simple screen off then back on corrected the issue.
Still weird...

Yup that seems to clear it, however when you are showing off this massive behemoth to all your friends playing a video , it just gets a little annoying having to power off unlock and reload. I'm wondering if its been submitted to google as a bug.

I was hoping that 5.0.1 would fix this. Still happens in both portrait and landscape modes.

For me it happens with apps that have lots of motion on the screen. Waze navigation is where I notice it most. Two three times during 40 minute commute. Never happened using Google navigation.

I am worried this is going to be a hardware issue. Look at this it's Moto issue I believe

So they confirmed that this is a Hardware issue? Where did you buy the phone from? Mine was direct from Motorola

I got mine from tmobile. One of the employees over there has the phone so the tech was on the phone put me hold to check with his co-worker and he came back and told me yeah his coworker has this issue with his phone. He sent me a replacement and it's going to arrive today it's already out for delivery. I asked him so if this one have the same issue he said you can request a new phone equal to the value of the nexus due an on going issue with the phone. So we will see

Yeah, there is no matter what you do on the phone it just freeze up and you have to turn the screen off and turn it back on to fix it.

Mine wasnt that easy I had ti use buttons power vol down to get phone to reboot.

Hello. Found another issue this weekend. Not sure if its just me or others.
Was in chrome looking for the number of a shop. On my Samsung s4 I could click the number at it would dial it. I see this feature is there on the nexus 6 but when I click the number the screen just goes to a white screen and nothing happens tried on multiple businesses
Anyone know a fix for this?

Works for me, have you altered anything. I'm 100% stock.
nope stock but forced OTA update.
its really odd you can see it try to do something and the screen goes blank white. if i click refresh it loads the same page i was on
not sure if it was a chrome setting or phone setting i cleared data on all 3 phone apps still nothing

i have tried 2 resets data factory without change
Never had that problem, only rotates when docked and charging.
That was unexpected, haven't seen the behavior with mine and this is the first I've read of it. Time for an exchange?

yesterday i released my Pixel with Android O preview 2, and after i did a reset data factory on my LG Sport watch, i was wearing it during the firts start ans the screen do not turn anymore !
great, its a bug if you keep the watch on the charging dock at the first start (tryed 3 times...) the screen always turns after...
I had the same issue in the beginning, did the same thing as you did ^^

Eatch time I started the watch for the first time, it was on his charger dock...

I am having a hard time adjusting to this phone, maybe I spent too long having Samsungs and now my mental plasticity has dwindled a bit! I have the phone for a like a week or so, and at first the battery seemed to last forever...and now it is draining faster and faster...for example yesterday I went to bed with around 40-ish % and woke up with the phone dead...so I started "playing" with the apps, and how they run in the background...and switched everything off (the ones that don't need to be constantly running in the background and updating) and let us see...
I attach a print screen of the red message I get from the Huawei phone when I cut the apps access.
"Message receiving may be effected"
This is quite misleading....as I am quite sure they mean "Affected"...
I like to have my Chrome with a google home page, and underneath the search box, the links most accessed to...like on the Desktop and like I used to have on my Samsungs. Is there any easy way to have that too, that I am failing to see?

You should at first find out which app drains your battery that much. Dropping from 40 to 0 in one night indicates that there are some big drainers running. If you can't find the culprit, start up in safe mode and see if it persists. If it does, you may want to have your battery checked at a service facility.
If you're used to Samsung internet why don't you just use that? That's what I use, much prefer it to Chrome.

I am used to Samsungs....not specifically Samsung Internet. I never use Sam's browser, I use Chrome...

Just press add to homescreens in Chrome and you can click links to open from desktop

Im using a gw5 pro lte connected to a s21+ over bt. Whenever i receive a call on the phone the watch starts ringing right away but the screen with the caller id appears after a minimum 5 sec to sometimes 10 sec. Even if i wake up the screen, the caller still appears after that time.All other notifications appear instantly. I could easily pick up my phone from the pocket and see who's calling rather than see it on my watch. I previously owned a s3 frontier, a gw 1, a gw 3 and none of them had this delay. Is this normal behaviour? If it is than it sucks... Any help is appreciated! I attached a video in wich the delay is about 5 sec...

I dont know my friend. Before gw5 i had gwatch. Everything was fine. I believe that someone in the forum will find the solution
