Whatsupp queue bug - LG Watch Urbane

Hello! I found an unpleasant WhatsApp bug. Using Google Now to send a whatsapp message, is shown correctly on whatsapp but not sent, remains in the "queue" with the clock icon but if you open the application of whatsapp or you get a message from someone at that point is sent, this does not always happen but it happens especially after a few minutes for whatsapp is not opened / used, it seems that the application goes into standby output. Unfortunately this problem limits also the use of whatsapp on a smartwatch Android wear because the response to notifications happens through the voice service of google now.
This happens when you want send new message. Replay always work.

Viber notifications problem

Dears
The Viber app on my windows phone always shows two more notifications when in the background, i.e. now I have no chat in it, whenever someone says hi, it says that I have three unread messages, which in fact is only one
And I know, I checked all chats and nothing unread is left.
Can someone show me a way to remove the other two annoying ones?
I appreciate your time to read this and contribute to it with your help!

Don't get SMS notifications on AA on my GMC with intellilink

I am having problems on my GMC to get SMS messages on my AA. When I set it up I chose to include everything except the Phone permission. I chose to use contacts, sms, maps, mic. I have no problem receiving the notification card and listening to the playback on a Hangouts message. But when I receive a text it only shows up on my phone and I get nothing on the Android Auto screen in the truck. Its like I never received a message, so then I have to read it on my phone. I have no problem with using voice commands to send Hangouts and SMS messages, just no notification on the SMS.
The reason I didn't include my phone permission was because I like the way the Intellink works on the truck and so when an incoming call would come in and Android Auto had access I would have to go through it to answer making my steering wheel control useless. So I changed the settings but only removed the phone and now I can use the phone through the truck Intellink but am not getting the SMS notifications through Android Auto.
Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Can't use Whatsapp under Contact page

I just got my Zenwatch 3 today. Everything is fine but using whatsapp is inconvenience... there is no dedicated app...
If I keep swiping in the home screen to right eventually I will reach a contact page, after selecting a person there is some options like make a call, send a sms, and "whatsapp". However the whatsapp action is not working, everytime I press that there is a loading circle appears for a few seconds, then saying unable to reach Google...
Receiving notification and replying a whatsapp message has no issue, but I just can't initiate whatsapp from the contact page... tried to start whatsapp in phone but not helping...
I tried to search for solution but seems no one has this issue.. can someone give some tips on this? Thanks.
I just checked it with my watch and can confirm the message. I can't remember if it worked when I first set up my ZenWatch. It's my first Wear Device and I just have it for three weeks, so I don't know if it should work in general.
When I choose that option on my watch it gives me speech recognition to write a message. I am not having any problems whatsoever. It just doesn't work too well if my phone is dozing.

Problem Sending WhatsApp Messages after Pie update

I have a T-Mobile Note 9 and recently updated to pie with the official OTA file. Ever since I've updated, all my messages don't send right away. On regular text messaging, I've been getting texts hours late and sometimes my messages are being delivered late (even though on my end it's sent). Especially on group texting. It's happening on Telegram also, where my messages don't seem to go through and I have to force close the application and open it again. But the worst problem is with the WhatsApp messages. 50% of the time, I will send a message and it just shows one tick mark (not delivered). And I've tested this with many contacts, even another phone I have at home. Eventually after a while, the messages will show two ticks. Usually , if I initiate a WhatsApp call then the messages will change to two tick marks right away.
Has anyone else had problems with sending messages after the pie update? I think it's weird that it's happening across apps.
Thank you in advance!

Major issue with delayed push notifications

I have been experiencing delayed notifications on my Note 9, mainly with Facebook Messenger, but it applies also to the Line messenger app and Outlook, so it's not confined to one app. It's probably just that I use Messenger often, so notice it more with Messenger
The symptoms are a random and sometimes very long delay between sending a message and receiving a notification, measured in minutes to hours. Sometimes, I'll receive a bunch of notifications from multiple apps when opening the screen.
Other times, even opening the screen does not cause me to receive notifications. I can be actively using the phone and there will still be a random delay on notifications.
For example, I was using my phone earlier to web browse and my girlfriend sent me a message. I did not get a notification. After 30 minutes, she called and asked me why I was not reading her message. Opening the messenger app, I saw the message there (as well as the time at which it was sent) and about one minute later the notification came in.
Similarly, I can be using the phone and someone will video call me on Messenger. I don't get a notification until I actually open the app (I know this since my other phone that has the Messenger app installed on it rings, so I know I have an incoming call).
I can test notification delay by using one account from a computer to send a message to the account linked to my phone, so I know exactly when the message was sent. But the notification delay, even while using the phone actively, is still present and measured in minutes to hours, whereas the other phone receives the notification immediately.
It is NOT doze mode at fault. I have explicitly disabled ALL battery optimizations as well as turning off doze mode with ADB at boot time.
It's not bluetooth, even though some users in other threads have pointed to bluetooth being at fault.
I have cleared cache, uninstalled all updates for Google Play Services and Google Play and reinstalled them.
The phone itself seems capable of receiving push notifications correctly. I can use the push notification tester app to setup a high priority notification for, let's say 10 minutes from now. Then I shut the screen. After 5 minutes, I send a message to my phone with Facebook Messenger. No notification is received for this message.
After 10 minutes, the Push Notification Tester app triggers its notification correctly, which is received immediately. And then shortly afterwards, the notification comes in from Facebook Messenger.
Clearing cache and data on Messenger doesn't make any difference, and as I said in the first paragraph, it does not appear to be the app, since other apps are affected.
This is driving me crazy. I miss out on messages and important emails.
Is anyone aware of any solution to this problem? I just see a whole bunch of snake oil remedies on the net, but no real solution.
It appears to be something that might be related to notification priority, judging by the behaviour of the Push Notification Tester app, but this is just speculation on my part
