Rom Backup for Trinity, no correct information so far!

Hi to all, i´m seacrhing the forum for a correct information to make a rom backup on a Trinity, and so far I only see that sspl can make this, but what comands, what should we do? more information please, I already check trinityguides for this and got nothing.

Hello,
i already rooted my 4xHD.
But I have no clue how to install a custom rom on it.
Has someone got a detailed description which still works, so that i cannot brick my device ?
I need it detailed because I don't have any clue how to do it.
I want to install ResurrectionRemix 5.4.5.
