Hi, I have my O2 xda mini S in German, I want to upgrade to Imate K-jam English rom, anyone have try before? can tell me how to do it? the Bootloader is different from Xda mini or exec, please help!!

Hi,
is possible to install a ROM of another producer on a HTC Phone?
Example I have a HTC Wizard marked MDA Vario or XDA Mini S with german language and I would to instal ROM of I-Mate k-Jam with italian or WWE language.
