O2 XDA2i for sale - Brand New Boxed - PDA2, XDA IIi, 2020i General

I have a brand new O2 XDA2i for sale. I got it as a replacement for my stolen O2 XDA2i. It is brand new in the box, unused. It is currently locked for the O2 network, but I can unlock it if requested by the buyers. It also comes with a spare cradle, spare charger, in car charger and in car holder which will be quite useful if you use if for voice navigation.
Please make sensible offers, and it is up for grabs.
Please feel free to call me on my mobile 07780 661 661.

Where can u buy a frinkin serial data cable??????

Anyone no where u can buy the serial data cable, either internet or store? That would help me a lot since nobody can tell, not even o2.
Thanx
http://www.a2000d.com/O2_XDA_Accessories.htm
I went to quite a lot of trouble to find a serial cable myself aswell. But today I've succeded. I called O2 asking them where I could get one. After going through the stores they suggested I decided to call MCC (the biggest importer of GSM stuff in the netherlands). They couldn't sell me one directly course they aren't re-sellers but they could tell me which store could order one. So I went to 'expert' gave them the product-id and now they are ordering one for me.
I wish you good luck on your hunt and if all else fails you should try it the same way I did.

I still haven't recieved my cable but I'm going to pay 28 euros for it. Quite expensive but I really want to have that cable.

Gomatic www.gomatic.com sells the cable and can customized it to any connector to your needed device. I had a need to poll a Sentry temp adapter with a serial port connection DB9. I did go through a bit of stress with the 5 grounds. see gomatic or email me.

Where are you buying your TyTN II?

I'm curious, where is everyone buying their TyTN IIs? I almost got burned on a purchase through eBay (decent rating, but had to file a claim to get my refund).
I looked at smart-mobile-gadgets.com which looks pretty legit. They even have the version with TomTom in stock, and a good price. However when I called the number it went to a generic 'the person @ is unavailable' voicemail box.
I know it's carried at the XDA store but there's no guarantees yet on versions (I want TomTom) and I need the phone sooner rather than later.
On top of that, I've looked into becomming a reseller but none of my distributors carry it either, and I'm getting a lot of runaround from HTC America.
Any suggestions or stories of good experiences of your purchase? Please share!
i bought my unit from supergps - but it was faulty so i sent it back - they said they couldnt reproduce the fault and sent it back to me - so ive now got back to them and have asked for my money back - we'll see what happens - i will probably be buying the next kaiser from someone else who has a bit of credibility to their name (i dunno, maybe expansys)
i bought mine from phonesource-usa.com's store front in las vegas. It had tomtom, uk plug, and no us adapter. no hassles. only caveat is the 14 day return policy. my unit has a bad pixel, but i didn't feel like fussing over it (assuming they would have exchanged it anyway).
i'd buy from them again.
the XDA-Store has a great Deal: http://store.xda-developers.com/HTCTyTNII-unlocked.html
Comes with TomTom and US adapter for the UK plug
I bought from MobilePlanet, myself. And got a discount for getting the AT&T plan through them (need to call their CS to get that).
I would ask a question, though - if you're in the US and don't already own maps for TomTom, you're likely to end up unable to use the taster version that's included. The maps you can select from are relatively small (the LA area is three maps, for example), and I haven't run into anyone who could purchase additional maps for the included version without popping for TomTom 6 anyway.
So if you're in the US, you might want to reduce the importance of TomTom on your purchase decision.

Lightly Used TyTN II for Sale

My new company is forcing me to go to a Blackberry, so I'm selling my TyTN II. It comes with a 6GB & 1GB MicroSD, TomTom Navigator 6 (full boxed software), USB desktop cradle, all the original accesories and box.
It is in perfect condition with NO scratches at all. It is unlocked, has HardSPL, and it is currently running the UDK Vega v2 ROM with MSVoice Command and a slew of other apps.
Please PM me if you are interested we can discuss a reasonable price.
Thanks in advance.

Bumped so everyone has a fair shot at it!!
The few questions keep coming up so.....
I figure the whole package is worth about $500 with everything that I am including, but feel free to make a reasonable offer.
Yes, this is really an HTC TyTN II. It is NOT a tilt!!
Everything included is a retail product with the original box.
I'll ship it via either FedEx or UPS from North Carolina.
Hope this helps.
Make and model # for MicroSD cards?
MicroSD
Both of the MicroSD are SanDisk. One is a 6GB and the other is a 1GB. I don't know the model numbers of the SD's off the top of my head, but I can find them on the invoices from when I bought them.
I was also asked for a list of everything you get, so here is the list as well:
HTC TyTN II with all the original accessories and box
6GB & 1GB Sandisk MicroSD card
TomTom Navigator 6 retail boxed software
USB desktop cradle
Generic sucction cup/ goose neck car kit and Cingular car charger
Black Suede vertical belt holster
Motorola travel charger
Too many bad seeds.......
I will gladly send any information on the phone or myslef that you would like. I have nothing to hide as there is nothing wrong with the phone or any of the accesories. I can even provide all the orignal purchase information on the phone.
One last bump before I put it on ebay.
Don't suppose you'd trade for a Nokia N80 and a bunch of extras? (i know, i saw blackberry above.. but who knows)
I like the offer.

Hey, i wanna buy your tytn II. 500$ dosen't seem to fit my budget. But if thats a fixed price, u will have to wait until august, otherwise make it 450$ since you're not providing any warranty.
I just PM'd you.

Sorry, but I have to use a company blackberry so I'm going back to my old Razr for now.
Great deal.........
My phone is back up for sale as the previous deal fell apart due to the location of the buyer (shipping costs & export taxes).
I'm willing to take $450 for everything, and again will be happy to provide any requested evidence of functionality you'd like.
Thanks.
Bumped for the weekend.

im sorry but it seems the price range i was looking to sell the fone for was not met
"I'll pay fifty dollars for one."
What do you guys suppose the average re-sale price for a tilt is?
Heck when I sold my old 8125 I was able to get $200 for it ( just the unit, battery and charger) and they are still selling close to that.
I freaking love my tilt and if I ever had to part with it for a umm..maybe a Xperia or Diamond pro, then I would hope I could at least get $200 for it.

Anyone want a TyTN II/Kaiser (not TILT)

i know this is not a market place but i would rather it posted here among Kaiser fans that elsewhere.
i've had this phone less than a month and i bought it from a member at Hofo.
i recently dropped about $3.5k on a trip home for my sister's wedding in December so i'm trying to recuperate some of the costs by selling of some of the phones i have.
anyway it is an original TyTN II with front facing camera comes with box, headset, manual etc but missing the original charger and cable. it has a 1amp charger however with a USB port and USB cable which can be unplugged and used as a data cable.
recently replaced the battery cover as well. for a little extra I can include a 2gb mem card with working tomtom7 maps for North America.
it currently has the cmonex patched Hard SPL 3.29 and SJ's Sept 30th HyperDragon rom.
Condition is about 8/10. no scratches on the front and has a screen protector. no scratches on the back either. few small marks on the sides and that's it.
i would like to get $450 for the phone and $470 with mem card and maps but will consider offers.
Mods pls delete this thread if inappropriate. i would rather the phone go to this community first however.
where do you live? do you ship to Canada and how can I guarantee your commitment?
