HTC Europe WM6 upgrade dates being pushed back? - Wing, P4350 Herald Upgrading

An HTC rep says (in a personal email to a user) that the "provisional" date for the release is actually closer to September.

I got theese 2 today from HTC support in Europe, from two diffrent ppl at HTC
The Windows Mobile 6 is expected to be realeased by the end of July / beginning of August 2007.
Once released, it should be available for download from the support section of the HTC website.

PayPal denying you your right to class-action?

I sense something brewing, and this is PayPal's pro-active maneuver?
From their latest Policy update:
"Amendment to the PayPal User Agreement:
This update to the User Agreement effective November 1, 2012 contains changes that affect how claims you and PayPal have against each other are resolved (see Disputes with PayPal below). You will, with limited exception, be required to submit claims you have against PayPal to binding and final arbitration, unless you opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate (Section 14.3) by December 1, 2012. Unless you opt out: (1) you will only be permitted to pursue claims against PayPal on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding and (2) you will only be permitted to seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) on an individual basis. See Disputes with PayPal below for more information."

Actual consumers may get a 25 cent check or a coupon.
Class Actions are also meant to keep unruly corporations in check. I view these class action attorneys as paid hit men. Lol!

Beta Testing Team
This is a quick update to the last communication on December 30th 2013.
On January 2nd, the FONU2 internal development team began it's Alpha Test, where we exercised the core functionality of the system using our own internal staff. We encountered an expected number of defects (bugs) and we received a number of improvement suggestions which we are in the process of implementing. We expect that by the end of the week we will have 90% defects corrected and enhancements implemented. At that point we will commence with our Beta Test.
Our Beta Test will be run in phases. We will invite a limited number of Beta Testers on day 1, and we will invite additional testers every few days until we exhaust our supply of testers.
Please look for your email invitation to our Beta Test site towards the end of the week. You will be receiving a link to our Beta Test site, as well as detailed documentation on testing procedures, instructions for reporting defects, submitting enhancement ideas etc.
Please remember that the web-site is still under construction and will have an unpolished look and feel. In addition, it is expected that you will encounter a few bugs and functionality that may be working incorrectly. We are counting on your assistance to help us identify all of these defects and your improvement suggestions to make our web-site work flawlessly.

The document contains a list of areas within the application which will include screenshots and grids that represents the area being tested, the action which needs to be taken and the expected result of that action. As a tester of the application it’s first important to understand what the area is supposed to do and what it’s not supposed to do. Please keep in mind that we are still developing the application and there may be certain areas which have not been completed. The point of the test is review what has been built with the understanding that our Product Development team is already aware of what needs to be completed.
As you navigate through the system we ask that you pay close attention the following areas:
Usability: How does the system feel, is it performing properly, if not then we will have an area where you can place notes on how you think we should improve it.
User Interface Appearance: Is the system “Easy on the Eyes”, in other words, is it in line with what many of the popular systems of today represent, and in contrast, are there areas which you feel are innovative.

That's problem I have with this. They PROMISE to do it.
Usually when products are brand new or unknown, companies let a certain amount of people get units for free without being obligated to give it a good review.
The whole "buy my item, review it, and MAYBE I'll give you your money back, or not, even if it might be absolute garbage and have no reason to have it.
