Alright, as some of you have noticed, I have been too busy to update my rom series for x1. The main reason is that X1 feels annoyingly slow (takes a good 5-7 minutes to flash and another 5-7 minutes to finish customization) and lack of time. Most importantly, there are no new things to upgrade to. All sys from MS is the same and all HTC are the same old stuff.
Hence I have decided to stop working on x1 series. However, if someone wants a custom rom with application that you want to be cooked in, you may click on this link to find out more.
However, I will upgrade the ROM if:
• There is a bug that cannot be fixed via cab.
• There is an upgrade from MS/HTC that improves functionality/performance
• Cookie mod upgrade that required cooking
This decision may come as a shock, and some may even find it wrong as there are many a times that a lot of you helped me out….(hell I got a TP2, HD2, a new PC and other small things with your help). However, I think this is better for me, to concentrate on individual roms and not collective ones.

- now lets say u want to add the theme to sample5.....
- after applying the bg to the files, remame them to 29cff4fe_manila5 & 058acf31_manila5 and so on
- copy them to windows dir and apply using the app

silent_UC
Introduction:
this lil package is desided to work the same way as UC but has certain advantages
- no need to write txt files....
- no need to wait for UC to finish and reboot as silent_UC works on background!!!

i boot up tf3d and saw the my fave tab. at program tab some of the icon where white square's. turn off tf3d then install the cab. took away fave tab from tmo and programs tabs. runs at 50% windows default and 57% tf3d active. runs pretty smoothly. install smabergs classic start menu and saw programs tab again. when playin youtube it loads with small preview picture but when you try to play it kicks you back out to ui. not only that but the play buttons from youtube(fast forward,stop,play,rewind) are stuck on the screen even if disabled tf3d still stuck. only way i got it to go w/o reset is load youtube don't play anything and exit out.

i think i found the problem on youtube.....
bout myfav and program tab- i din test program tab out properly and i don have tmob to use it. and u were not suposed to load manila without the fix. even i din try it...;p...anyway atleast it loadds...lol

did tried a number of wm6.5 rom before but unfortunately didnt liked any one of those, as i favor Manila 3d over titanium.
But after seeing that your rom has both the option to play with, i couldn't resist myself from flashing it.
Currently its overwriting Touch X ultimate (was using it for last 3 week), will give you some feedback for your next release,

this is installed by default..
all you have to do is go to start/settings/today/items and check touchflow 3d

Just installed, really fast install and first boot. YOu will need to install EZInput as this has what looks like the standard Microsoft keyboard.
Will post more info as I go, but so far, looks good.

Try new rom with IME.
MMS testing now, wait for new rom.
The bluetooth icon on the taskbar is part of the HTC dialer's Function...
I will fix this error.

Awesome, brah.. This is probably the closest we'll get to a 'proper' WM 6.5 on the Jade at the moment.

Anyone having problems with the touchscreen not reacting to presses in some apps with the new version?

any problems
with roms of other developers there were problems with data and connection with exchange server.
This rom is great.
The absence of mms and some other minor services do not cause any problems (subjective opinion)

Hi, definite problem with V1.6 ROM.
Touchscreen is not functioning properly. Does not respond to presses unless held down for a long period of time.
That's it so far. I've gone back to 1.5 for now.

USB Pop Up Page
Pretty good Rom,
the only problem I have ,
when you connect the Device through the usb you usually have a Screen that comes up giving you a choice of Activ Sync ,External Drive and Internet Sharing.Your Rom does not have this . Can you fix it
in the next version.

• Ex-CHT (6.5.5/6.5.x build) is the latest Microsoft Build. It has the Start Menu Button at the bottom left corner.
This is the most prefered build as it is more "finger friendly" than 6.5 build

Create a folder on your SDCard named, "Autoinstall" (without the quotes), and place all your CABs in this folder. After flashing, your CABs will be autoinstalled.

For the girls & guys who would like to try Android with HD2, I have found a nice one, that works fine with Elegancia Roms.
The two following Android builds for HD2 runs like a charm with Elegancia Roms.
I wonder if there is even one bug the battery last a day, which is not bad for HD2 Android. And most important voice is clear, and those builds do not screw up the Windows Phone

Device is not responsive/hanging frequently follow these steps*:
Step #1:
1. Connect your device to PC in disk mode.
2. Delete the folders "Appdata", "MSMETADATA" & search for files named "HTCIndex.info" and delete them all.
3. Scan SD card with default tool in windows.
IF step 1 is not working out then continue to step#2,
Step #2 :
Backup the files in memory card & then try formatting the SD card in "FAT32" format with "DEFAULT ALLOCATION SIZE" only.
IF step#1 & Step#2 are not working out then continue to step#3,
Step #3:
1. Try MTTY and then flash the recommended OFFICIAL radio for TMOUS HD2.
2. Flash the custom (elegancia) ROM now.
3. Hardreset after flashing.
Note:
Always try to remove the memory card & SIM or atleast the memory card while flashing.
Insert the memory card after you customize your device.

Usually Miri disables the My Location in all his ROMs. Hit menu either from the Home or Weather Tab and select Enable My Location and it should work fine.

Loving this rom, been running all day and no soft resets or freeze up or lock ups! Question tho, everytime i go past the media player it loads all the music again, the media player doesn't cache the songs?

Djdant, I don't have this problem.
Try the following, format the SD card, and add again after formatting all your Music back.

to weather tab/ enable my location...

I just loaded this ROM. Looks nice, like the ebooks tab and the more elegant presentation. A couple of things I've noticed so far are that the slider in the lock screen sometimes freezes and won't allow access until the phone is turned off and I try again and also the program icons on the home screen disappear randomly and re-appear after a while.

I was using this rom yesterday, however, it did not allow me to check email. I always got the "error synchronization - click on settings tab". No matter what I would do it refused to synchronize.
I did not have this problem with the stock rom, or other few roms.
Anyone else have similar problems?

My TMOUS HD2 will arrive tomorrow and I think this will be the first new ROM I flash onto it. I do have a question about the system font though. Is it possible for me to change back to the HTC font? If I can do that and change the clock, I think I have a winner!

this is the 4th rom i've tried on my phone and so far the best out of all. basttery-wise, am still at 53% after a few hours, a few emails and a few text messages and at least an hour of phone calls. installed it with 64% battery.

I cannot find gMaps and IM on the Miri ROM. Any way I can add it?

I dont have an issue either. With all my smart phones, sometimes, just a soft reset gets everything going again.

First Let me say, Everyone has different taste. This is why we have so many different ROM's to choose from. Most all of the ROM's here are good and I find it just comes done to personal preference. Some people like black others don't, some like ROM's ready to go out of the box, others don't and want to configure themselves etc etc.
This ROM is made with some changes from the stock ROM. It uses the Latest MS builds and a few customizations. With some of my personal start menu organization. I like a clean start Menu. I have made some tweaks for speed and stability. I find that our HD2 is already plenty fast for any user so there is no need to cut up and gut out our ROM's to gain some small amount of unnoticeable improvement. I also like to give users the choice in how they like to configure there ROM which is why I use Preset Installer. There will be Many programs you can install from Preset Installer instead of having them built in. I have added a few apps, and a few removed. You can load them from cabs found here on XDA or Through Preset Installer. Or let me know and I can provide it for you.

NEW Rom Online
Which ROM is right for me?
Standard: Comes with most all software and apps and is ready to go after flash.
Standard is also a Full version of HTC Sense With all Languages included.
Standard also is good for users who wish to apply themes and or add and remove manila mods etc.
Lite Version: Rom is a light base ROM that can be customized to anyone needs through Preset Installer. This ROM is also faster because all the apps loaded after flash benefit from the Extendir performance increase.
Many of the stock and custom apps have been removed for installation through Preset Installer.
Manila is less than half the size of the ship ROM. More than 3000 files are removed from the windows folder with this version.
Manila is cfc compressed, and all Lang files except WWE are removed.
Manila mods are uninstallable, if you uninstall a manila mod you will have to reinstall manila again from Preset Installer. (Not a big deal only 2 min)

How to install?:
Copy the Extendir folder found in download to the root of your storage card. Flash the ROM as usual, Soft Reset, then go to th Start Menu and select Preset Installer. When Preset Installer comes up you can click next and install the programs or utilities you want by checking the boxes for each program. You can Also choose from one of the Preset Configuration if available for that version. Then Click next and then install. NOTE: A box with a bold check will install automatically to Device, if it has a faded check this means you will be prompted for install location. This is needed for programs that require user intervention like FingerKeyboard Google Mapsetc. Don't let device go to sleep during install!!. Device will reboot after installation. You can remove any of the programs as needed from the Remove programs in System. I have made some new .cab files with shortcuts to my Start Menu folders structure. So if you try to use these cabs on another ROM it likely will not work. Read the install instructions inside the Extendir folder. WARNING do not copy or redistribute any of the cabs found in my Extendir Folder. I name them with LIA to distinguish them as being modified for my ROM. Some of these apps are proprietary and can cause trouble if posted somewhere else.

Ok my friends an supporters. My Blog site is back online finally as I had to change hosting services. All links should now be working. The good thing is I now have unlimited bandwidth and 24/7 support with a guaranteed 99% online time. I will also have a forum if I decide to use it. For right now everything should be back to normal after the transfer but let me know if something is not. I'm very tired from all of this and in need of some sleep. But I have a lot of things to beta test and new version to release so I hope everyone will visit to keep up on the news as it happens, here and on the blog site. Hey bobsbbq. Man, JUST got my tmobile HD2 today and yours is the first rom I'm trying. Im eager to check out the extendir function. Havent even had a chance to change my sig. lol! Anyways, I like the look a lot and have one question. To return to say a stock look in manila, we would just uncheck all options for manila customization when going into the preset stuff we want and then in that same menu, we should see an option to reinstall manila? Thanks a lot bob and looking forward to report back more as I get to use the phone.
Only thing I've noticed so far is there is the overlap in the minmize/maximize part of the dialer as has been common in lots of roms. I know theres a fix for it that can be cooked in, but can't remember where. And the lockscreen has the calendar window that stays up all the time, even when there is no appt. Ive attached the files to the post below. Just copy them to windows and windows\lockscreen.

Your Radio is correct. The nbh is not corrupt. Use 7zip program to unzip. I know I need to add this to the instructions. I use a very high level of compression which is not supported by some other programs like winzip rar etc.

Thanks for the fix the modified Lockscreen from Dinik I don't think has this problem.
As for the manila yes you can just uncheck the manila mods if using the regular version. if you are wanting to revert you will uninstall then you will install again without the mods.
Next version will make this possible with Preload as well.

For those of you who are beta testers or private members the first beta of the new versions is online now. It is a TMOUS version 23559 with Extendir 2

Yeah, the Dinik lockscreen doesnt have the problem as the .cpr's have already been modified. Just the original if you choose that option. Thanks for the instructions and I did get manila installed as stock. Overall, the rom is great so far my man. My brother seen it and the performance and wanted the exact same rom too. Two fans in 24 hrs aint bad. lol.

First of all thanks for the Rom
I just got a little problem which might be solved very quickly ?
If call up "Office" i can click on "Install Communicator Mobile" and receive following message:
"Fehler beim Öffnen der Verknüpfung oder Bestimmen der Zieldatei"
How can that be fixed ?
PS: Spreche auch Deutsch, falls die Beschreibung auf Englisch nicht verständlich sein sollte ;-)

Great ROM. Works faster than the last HTC 1.36 release + better battery life. I have it one week in use and did not find any problems. OK, this broken "Install Communicator Mobile" link... but I do not need it.

CHT = cookie home tab ?
is this implemented by default in stock-ROMs ? (I am using the latest vodafone branded ROM)

Thanx for your great ROM. I have tested the CHT version for a couple of days and I am very happy with it. It is extremly stable so far. Nothing to complain about. Excellent work. I reckon I am going to keep it running on my mini for a loooong time.
