Problem on bluetooth a2dp headset - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

Whenever I'm in a call, if i get an incoming notification such as a new text or incoming call, there is no notification on the headset. All that happens is that the screen lights up. This causes me to miss many calls and texts. any idea why?

Disabling Sound Notifications While On A Phone Call

Is it possible with standard adjustments, or is there a need for a special app, to disable the beeping notifications I receive for upcoming calandar events and sound notifications for other then an incoming call while Iam trying to carry on a phone conversation? I find it very distracting and annoying to constantly hear beeps and chimes while Iam trying to carry on a conversation on my TYTN II!!
I do that with phoneAlarm, which lets me turn those chimes into short vibrations
Why don't you look at the Sounds & Notifications configuration located in the Personal folder? You can disable Notifications (reminders/alarms).
I still want to receive reminders/alarms, but not while Iam on a phone conversation and hear those sounds through the phone's ear piece. Is this possible?
stop notification sound while in call
ya me too i liek get this song playing why im on the phone when i get a message wtf haha anyone

Incoming Call notifications (call waiting) when on a call

Hey all...I probalby should know this as I have uses a PPC device for 2 years...but I don't remember having this issue on my last phone.
When I am on a call and get another coming in it consistently beeps/rings for the call waiting.
I have set my phone up to wait 30 seconds before going to voicemail (as I am not always around the phone). Because of this if I am in the middle of a conversation and get another call, I can't hear the other party (and am distracted myself) because my phone keeps ringing the other line for 30 seconds until the call is rejected.
When using MS Voice Command, I get the same thing with incoming announcements. If I am on the phone with Caller A and then Caller B calls, MSVC keeps saying "Incoming Call from Caller B."
I don't want to turn off Call Waiting, but I would like to change the notification so it is only a beep or something simple every 5-10 seconds and not a continuous ringing or talking.
Is the caller ID ring/tone able to be managed differently from the ring tone/announcement? What is the best way to manage this?
thanks
bumping to see if anyone has advice?
I have Same Problem With BlackStone and this annoying me so much
Any advice ?
PhoneAlarm has a setting to Vibrate for alerts while in a call.

No sms notification when headset is attached

When not using a headset, one can hear the sms notifications, alarms etc and the phone ringing without problem.
I most often have my headset attached to the phone all the time - eventhough it is just laying on the desk. But if the headset is attached, I can only hear the phone ringing out loud. The sms notifications, alarms etc is only heard through the headset.
Is there a way to hear the sms notifications, alarms etc from the phone loudspeaker - eventhough the headset is attached?

[Q] Optimus Black : Disabling Vibrating text notifications during calls.

Hi,
I am having an extremely annoying problem with my phone.
Whenever Im on calls and i receive a text, it vibrates, while im on call. And whats annoying is, that the person on the other end hears the annoying buzzing sound as well its irritating for me as well.
Is there a way to stop the phone from vibrating for notification while im on calls ?
Im not talking about changing vibrations for profiles, just stop vibrating while im on a call !
Another option - also not free, but ridiculously easy: Kill The Duck. (disclosure: I'm the dev)
Monitors phone state and disables vibrate notifications when there's an active call, and restores the prior vibrate notification settings when the call is over. That's it. That's all it does. Period.
After being driven crazy by this "feature" of my HTC Incredible for over a year, I figured it was time I did something about it

SMS Vibration while on a voice call

I'm betting this is a Samsung thing or maybe even an Android thing, but how do I keep the phone from vibrating in my ear on a voice call when a text comes through? I really don't want any notifications unless maybe another call comes through (call waiting). I have a Samsung Gear S3 watch, and I don't mind the notifications coming through on it during voice calls, but the buzzing in my ear on the voice calls is wildly annoying. Thanks, in advance.
