Searched and found a few cabs for World Card Reader but, none of them had the help files?

I extracted the needed files from the OE HTC ROM, but cant upload to the site for you. PM me your Email and I'll send it to you. If you need another language other than English let me know. Should be able to drop into the Windows Directory with Resco Explorer and when you click the Help icon will launch PIE to view the files. Kevin

It not a cab file, you just download the ext and file containing thwe tweaks, combine into one folder and copy that folder to your phone or storage card, then using file explore, click on Tweek.exe for the files to show up on your phone then apply the tweaks and exit.
The file will be stored on your phone for future use.
Hello,
I just bought the new HTC Touch Diamond today from Telus Mobility (My Provider) and when I put on a program to install and try to open the .cab file in the File Explorer, it tries to open it in Opera Mobile and I cannot install the program.
I am using ActiveSync to transfer the files from my computer to the Internal Storage area of my phone, then I find the files using the File Explorer on the phone, click the .cab file and it tries to open it in Opera Mobile.
Anyone have any ideas?
P.S. I just tried a Soft Reset, and that didn't help.

Try to manually rename the files to "whatever.CAB." Add .cab to it and see if that'll get it working.

Okay, I tried that and it didn't work.
I am trying to install a program and the files it has is:
_setup - XML Document (I click on that to activate install?)
ADVANC~1.000
ADVANC~1
ADVANC~1.003
ADVANC~1.004
ADVANC~2.002

After reviewing the situation over. You are NOT supposed to extract the files, then put them on your phone. Leave them in the archive (.cab file), upload to your phone and then execute it.
It should start installing right away.

I tried to copy the files for you but I get an error message that I do not have permission to copy them (?). Tried both, with active sync and with the sd card....

I wonder if anyone has figured out how to display foreign language font on ATT Fuze? I've understand that it has something to do with unicode. I was able to do that with the ATT Tilt by installing the tahoma fonts but no luck with the ATT Fuze.

attached is unicode-tahoma. you need to copy the files to both \windows directory and \windows\fonts directory. hope this will work. good luck

i am using the files on my att-fuze. i can read/write my phone book, compose text in ms-office (word, ppt and excel) and typing sms. all in vn with no problem. you need to copy the files to both windows\ and windows\fonts directories. btw, i am using rom from master NRGZ28 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=536751). this is the best rom out there.

Hello: I just copy those 2 files to the fonts folder and the windows folders but still nothing change. I am using the ATT stock rom. Could it be the reason the Tahoma fonts can't display properly?

you may try to use Total Commander instead of win-explorer to perform copy and paste. win-explorer is useless.

Hi I am looking to solve the same issue. I have the FUZE but I am in China right now and my phone cannot read chinese characters. I dled the tahoma fonts and pasted them into the windows directory and the fonts directory but it did not work. I used Total commander. I also am not clear on whether to the folder vn_tahoma or the files themselves into the directory? I did both but it did not work. Thanks.
i extracted the files to an EXT file directory, i got this file folder for the program i want....i have no idea how to make a cab (i dont know where each file is supposed to go in the phone directory) could someone make a cab out of this folder? I want to install this on my Touchpro2, i got it from the leakeed Tmobile Leo rom
