Features:

Installation:
1. Download zip file
2. Deactivate HTC Home (Settings/Today/Items)
3. Copy all files from empex_Diamond_graphics to your device's /Windows folder
4. Active HTC Home (Settings/Today/Items)
5. Copy empex_Diamond.tsk to /My documents
6. Apply theme file (Settings/Today/Appearance)
To change the clock to the black one, repeat steps 1 to 2, then copy the files from empex_BLACK_Diamond_clock to /Windows and repeat step 4.
I've made some new icons for ringtone profiles (see the picture above). Download "empex_profiles.zip"
HHC pack:
Unpack the zip and copy all subfolders from that to the same subfolder in your device's HHC/FILES folder.

There's an other font face created by lpaso http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=392998
but that is also different from the original.
No chance to make the original one, so you just have to use what you can find.

Of, course. Here it is.
By the way I can tell you how to get the background picture out from a tsk.
- Change the tsk extension to cab
- Extract the cab file (with file explorer or total commander)
- You will have some files like this TDYWAT~1.001
- Change the extension of the file to bmp or png and now you have the background as an image file.

I have a qvga device so i only could make this version.

It was much testing and experiencing until I figured out that button.

Yes, when you press a menu button then it has a green highlight.
(That green color is also comes from the original diamond graphics )

Personally I don't use Wireless switch, but maybe someone will like it.

My graphics aren't 100% correct. The tab buttons have space between the left and right part and the : in the clock is misaligned. Any suggestion what I could do to fix?

oops! yeah i see. change this png with the one on your phone at that will be correct.
for the buttons, i think you use only 3 tabs on your home, am i right? this button works only with 4, 5 or 6 tabs. I couldn't do it for 3 tabs

(by the way, the blurring of the contacts in the preview kind of ruins the look of that part of the theme, so truthfully it looks even better once you get it on your device)

I dont really have any way to test VGA, so that would be difficult for me to do... I think some users on PocketCM website have made themes into VGA, maybe you could ask around for someone willing to do this? If you get the settings.ini file done in VGA form, I will redo graphics.

For making it blue instead of gray, just open up all the graphics in the .zip that are grey and color balance them to be blue in photoshop or some program like that... if you need more help dont hesitate to ask

Sure
Download whichever theme (which is a .zip file) you like (basically just choose which SMS bubbles you like) from the first post
then, drag the .zip file you downloaded to the PocketCM Contacts folder on your Device (I am not sure where this is or what it is called on your device)
then in options within PocketCM Contacts - which you will find by holding down the phone button and releasing on the settings cog icon - press the button "Select Theme" and select the name of whichever theme you downloaded and placed in the PocketCM Contacts folder

Sorry to say this but it is not going to be very soon, I wil try to start working on it this weekend, but it could be another 2 weeks before I complete it (the settings file is going to be difficult for me since I dont have a VGA device and have not had a lot of time for themeing lately)

Followed your installation instructions but it just comes up orange...what am I doing wrong? What version am I meant to be using?
Got it sorted - I'm using a Mac and it auto unzips folders after download, and rezipping them doesn't seem to work. Downloaded from a PC and it worked - thanks for the theme!

i uploaded the "FILES" Folder just copy each HTC Diamond folder to is corresponding location.

Try this one, either as a folder in your HHC/FILES/clock/ folder or as a zip file...This changes the clock only. You'd need to get the wallpaper and set it as default on your Today menu...

if you have HTC HOME Customizer you can switch from back and forth. download HTC Home Customizer and go to program files and thats where you will see the files folder and you just copy everything to its corresponding folder

As I said on "your device screens":
Here is my new one, took me days to finish,
skinned almost everything that could get skinned,
going from s2u2 battery to thumbcall to Rltoday to dialer etc.
I'm not good at creating icons so everything is done with text.
The idea for the s2u2 wallpaper (where he has a chain)
and setvolume (also with text) I took from oseven,
but adjusted it to fit my style... Hope he doesn't mind.
For home I use Rltoday as the main skin (bottom)
and UL (top) as the app-, home-, calender-launcher.
Only problems I have is the Comm manager being kinda transparant,
when pushing a button, leavin on and off (inschakelen & uitschakelen) being visible over each other.
And the dialer is visualy kinda slow only on the numbers (but I had this problem with every dialer I tried) backspace and history respond like they should
(Update: This is fixed, this was only a problem on my phone, I adjusted some settings, and now everything 's ok.)
If anyone got any solution for those, will be appreciated.

To install:
Make sure you backup your device first, cause this will overwrite most off the original ones...
S2V,S2U2,S2P:
Copy the files to the gfx folder and overwrite original,
for the clock I used the folder inside gfx named "clockHS"
don't forget to select that one in settings "Clock Font Folder"
Comm, Dialer, HTC Home, SpbCalc, Welcomehead:
Copy all files to the Windows folder and overwrite original
Font:
Copy to folder "Font" in your Windows directory
iContact:
Copy to iContact folder and choose "Simple" skin in settings
rlToday:
Copy to your rlToday folder in a new map named "Simple" (or wathever you like) and select that theme
Pressing the date will open up ThumbCal.
Pressing Calls will open up your dialer, if you want it to open up iContact (wich I changed on my phone today), edit that piece from the xml to this

EDIT: Maybe this is the problem, download this zipfile, cause this forum changed the pictures from PNG to JPG

SMS Preview in "home's scrolling main window among clock moon and weather. (Click on message to refresh for viewing new messages. It doesn't refresh automatically)
Customize home page buttons (the ones above footer strip) in ThrottleConfig. They may not work at first so you have to set them in ThrottleConfig for your very own applications names and paths.
Click moon icon when first theme installation for first moon phase or just wait for next day.
Rumball, tank you for your themes contributions. They encouraged me to do something better although not as good as yours. Feel free to use my lunar phases algorithm if you like it

Sorry for the inconveniences. I have problems trying to upload the file to XDA Forum. Some how the file gets corrupted so download it from the link provided in first post. It is the plain "Setups\BBSmart2D" directory. No cab file anymore.

Never mind!! It was worth waitting . It's working great if executed from Main storage. Has some problems though if executed from SD or internal memeory. The problem is it's using #$THROTTLE#\Setups\BBSmart2D instead of #$THEME_BASE# to reference paths . After correcting this works great placed anywhere!!

It is a lot of work. I will be looking for some spear time.
I think it should just remove weather from main page and replace from Plugin tab or another tab?
Can you post a cab file so i can just select it within the throttle launcher morph? If not please explain what the steps are to select this.

Think that you are changing pages when you scroll your watch to see weather and player. Why would you like to have weather in an other page while it is actually in an other panel that behaves like an other page?

Please create a Cab file that we can download that will automatically open and place the file in the proper folder or....explain the steps for us to be able to use your theme. Thanks
This app is very slow on my phone, i dont know why, lg incite, but pip boy works fine

I like use Rumball's animated weather skin for weatherpanel but when I check use weatherpanel checkbox in your theme when home page start not working. Maybe the solve is to move weather to other page or maybe you have other solutions?

Place BBSmart2D folder in "Program Files\ThrottleLauncher\Setups" ditectory.

Using the freeware Irfanview...
resize your image to 240x320 (standard wallpaper size for QVGA) and set it as your phone's wallpaper.

now CROP the top portion with Irfanview to 240x18...
EDIT > Create custom crop selection...

or do it manually (drag the cursor).
save it as black_taskbar.png (like our example above) and copy it in your phone's Windows folder (overwrite existing file).
then CROP the bottom portion of your 240x320 image to 240x34...

Of course it works on other resolutions, you just have to use different sizes for the images .
But I don't think it is possible for WM6.1, as it doesn't use custom images for its taskbar, it's only possible to change the color of its taskbar.
Whats the name of that launcher like thing on the right of your home screen?

the icons are in Titanium screen - i've added ImageFixed in CHome registry and Image ID="ImageFixed" in cpr file and i also removed the name (Text="").

I used to do this with some of my eariler builds.
While it works great, it only works with a single wallpaper. So it isn't good to cook in or else users can't customize the theme with their own backgrounds.
Themers could incoporate this into their themes through if they include a wallpaper.

like what i've said a dozen times before, a transparent taskbar png and softkeybar png will NOT make it FULLY transparent... it will make it translucent... even if you set your Threshold Alpha transparency to 255.
for LANDSCAPE (qvga)... basically it's the same.
take a 320x240 image and crop the upper portion to 320x18 and lower portion to 320x34.

sorry but it's not a theme (i don't know how to make a theme file )... i just edited the bronzeres.dll, shellresapps.dll.0409.mui, LS_LockScene_240x320.cpr, Titanium_240x320.cpr, CHome registry and some other dlls... and made some hieroglyphic icons and took some from iconspedia.com.
