Hi guys...
i've made this skin for the SCLPC++ cube (you can find it here)
the zip file "Buttons" is ok for English and Italian Users.
the zip file "menus" is for Italian Users
the zip file " English Menu" is for English users
to install "my cube" simply extract the folders and copy in SCLPC++ data directory. e.g. \application data\sclpc++\data
finally edit like below "textlist.ini" in ini files directory to have icons without name:

Ciao scusa per il ritardo ma in questi giornisono presissimo...
Per far funzionare i link devi editare in windows i file .ini.
mandami un pm se hai problemi...
You must edit the .ini file to set and path to italian wm6 directories.
Here for you my version of PhoneCanvas, with a new Design that reproduce the normal dialer.
In the Left you can see my Version, on the Right the old original version of "Slide to Answer".
How to: just replace the *.BMP zipped in the PhoneCanvas.zip extracting them in \Windows
I suggest you to make a backup of the original files...
Then, a sfot reset is needed.
Edit: to remove the text "Slide to Answer/Ignore" a *.dll need to be modified. I've just the Italian versione edited. Just ask for if u need it.

THE PREPARATION
Download
- ROM (in my case a generic Fr: APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_FR_CDF1215-3307_KOV_R3AA007.exe)
- A kitchen (I got KovskyKitchen and retrieve ErviusKitchen for these tools)
Retrieve
- Run APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_FR_CDF1215-3307_KOV_R3AA007.exe and get a file. "Image" that renames in RUU_signed.nbh and that moves in the BaseRom of KosvskyKitchen.
- I got the executables kitchen Ervius that are useful: DSM_Editor.exe and Cab_Converter.exe

Télécharger
- la ROM (dans mon cas une générique Fr : APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_FR_CDF1215-3307_KOV_R3AA007.exe)
- une kitchen ( j'ai récuperer KovskyKitchen et ErviusKitchen pour ces outils )
Récuperer
- Executer APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_FR_CDF1215-3307_KOV_R3AA007.exe et on obtient un fichier ".image" qu'on renomme en RUU_signed.nbh et qu'on déplace dans le dossier BaseRom de KosvskyKitchen.
- J'ai récuperer des executables de la cuisine d'Ervius qui sont utiles : DSM_Editor.exe et Cab_Converter.exe
LA CUISINE
KovskyKitchen.CMD
- On double clic et on observe un tas d'outils bizar pour un débutant comme moi. Après moult recherche il faut faire un "dump" de la ROM d'origine c'est à dire qu'on va l'extraire avec la premier commmande <e> extract a rom
- On obtient alors 3 nouveaux dossiers OEM SYS et ROM

I am part of my first experience cooking with KovskyKitchen to better understand my mistakes.
In fact I download:
- Generic R3AA007 France Software Update: APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_FR_CDF1215-3307_KOV_R3AA007.exe
- KovskyKitchen and ErviusKitchen
As a first step I rename APP_SW_X1i_GENERIC_FR_CDF1215-3307_KOV_R3AA007.image in RUU_signed.nbh
Then I extracted the rom since KovskyKitchen.CMD; everything seems fine.
So I got three file OEM, SYS and ROM
Following Ervius CabConverter.exe I used to create file OEM of my applications CAB favorites.
I moved the files got to koskykitchen / OEM and I cook my rom
Finally I flashed my XPERIA but this is where my problems start, the phone is stuck on the SE splashscreen.
I finally tried to flashed with a clean rom but a problem occurred: μSD card error 00068002. I have formatted and everything is in order.
I want to know if my procedure is nothing I forgot, its actually seemed strange that he did not add its own OEM
The stuck at the SE logo could be a wrong xip
Remove the OEMs u have put, then cook the rom.
Assuming that u haven´t changed the XIP/SYS of the original, the problem might be one of your oems.

Ok I found my problem. I deleted the file and mp3 unnecessary Bond trailer, apparently without changing a file which I do not know the value!
I tested with just programs and works well.
I think we should edit the DSM to remove unnecessary video and mp3 ?

No, from what I know you can't modify the DSM files. The bond trailer etc is in a file called "fileoperations.xml"(at least the link to the file is there the file itself you have to delete manualy). So you just have to delete the file and the reg entries in the "fileoperations.xml"
Wonderful I was able to remove unnecessary video and mp3, I managed to add EzInput as keyboard and remove the security on the program
when i had manila 2.0 or 2.1 installed in my blackstone, i had no problems using brazilian portuguese manila by changing a registry setting.
in these new releases (i don't know about the old ones 'cause i have been flashing manila 2.5 roms only recently), after doing the 'registry hack', all i get is an almost unusable user interface. ie, home screen shows no weather information; internet tab does not show add or remove favorite shortcut; and much more. all because some manila files are missing and/or incomplete.
i have quickly edited some pt-br files, so now i can have manila 2.5 in brazilian portuguese without having eye sore or headaches.
in no way these files are meant to be 100% error free. they are intended for those who want to use pt-br manila 2.5 at least decently before it's official launch with the official language files, which i hope to be happening soon. they were extracted from and tested with manila 2.5 from miri's rev 8.0. they may or may not work with other rom releases.
i cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the files provided/mentioned here. use them at your own risk!
PROGRAMS NEEDED:
1. Total Commander (or any other decent file manager)
2. PHM Registry Editor (or any other decent registry editor)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Download the file provided below. Unzip it to your SD Card.
2. Using PHM Registry Editor, change the manila language code. go to HKEY Current User => MUI => CurLang. Change the hexadecimal value from 409 (en-us) to 416 (pt-br).
3. Using Total Commander, copy all the manila files from your SD card to the Windows folder.
4. Soft reset device or restart TouchFlo 3D.

Can you tell if it works in WM 6.5 23064 or higher, with the start there?
i'm on wm 6.5 21xxx, so i can't test this for you, but if it has manila 2.5 installed then it should work, because these files are exclusively manila related.
make a backup of the files to be replaced in the '\windows' folder and try it, if it does not work, just write backup files again and you'll be ok.

1 - my phone didn'n have the CurLang DWORD. only on called SysLang. Added CurLan manually but nothing
2 - Using dusk manila 2.5, not default manila

Weird. Already tested in maryone, Miri and Energyrom and all worked perfectly!
If you had followed the previous procedure, it may be, the hint that I was the only side to register!
Try HardReset and then change the record and then reset!
for anyone looking for PT-PT or PT-BR translations
as read here in the forum, Manila 2.5 IS ALREADY multilanguage
installed the last Miri ROM 6.5 Manila 2.5 (build 1920) Rev 10.1
installed PHM Regedit
changed HKCU->MUI->CurLang from 1033 to 1046 (or 0x416)
soft reset
Manila 2.5 in PT-BR just as simple as that
some screens are missing (actually apps screens as Comm Manager)
I´ll try to translate or copy the right ones found in this post and make a new package for Manila 2.5
It may work for some other languages too

Caro @marcopintito, deixo-te aqui umas ligações onde poderás aprender como alterar Manila para PT-PT (HKCU->MUI->CurLangcode 2070 e não o 816 ). No primeiro 'link' encontras um zip com todos os ficheiros para extraires para a directoria windows utilizando o Total Commander ou o Resco Explorer... depois um Soft-Reset.

For a Manila translation in our language NRGZ has planned everything in its ROM. The BSB Tweaks utility (included in the Tools menu) have a "Manila Language" option, just chose French in the submenu and reboot. Manila is now in French.

Pour une traduction de Manilla dans notre langue NRGZ a tout prévu dans sa ROM. L'utilitaire BsB Tweaks (inclus dans le menu Outils) à une option Manila Language, on choisi French puis on reboot. Manila est alors en français. Plus simple ont ne peux pas faire.

Yes but Windows Mobile remains in english (settings, programs, explorer etc..)
I've tried the tutto, I respected all but my phone could not start ( error N°[xxxx doesn't not it] after splash. I had to hard reset.

Yes, I had an issue too, on NRGZ rom (2 june, Max Sense version on wm6.5.5). The device can't start up, it's stuck after the bootscreen, it says an error about a file like cpl.
Hard reset too.
But nice try, will look after it.

You can't delete the original files, they are in Read Only Memory (ROM).
And i think, it's not a good idea

Hum... I can't rename start menu... It creates everytime a new folder, and keep the original start menu folder's name. I tried with Total Commander, and Resco Explorer 8. I even change the properties of the folder (system, archive, hidden...) but no way.
Before my hard reset I could... Probably my backup. I'll do task 29 then new flash. Feedback on monday I think.

Have you got trying to copy the start menu on your PC, rename it and copy on your windows folder?

You can copy Start Menu to SD Card, rename it, then copy back to windows folder.

You have to download the MUI files again, Damien re-uploaded the zip file with more files in it.
Merci Damien, still working well. Only one thing I noticed, the background image freeze in start menu.
I will flash the new Cell Pro and try with it.
