I have this phone from orange,and it's sim unlocked. I use a difrent sim card from another operetor.I also do the app unlocked.I want a change orange ROM whit defrent one.Do i need to CID unlocke my phone or i can just can flash my phone with another ROM? Thx.

try installing another carrier/manufacturer's rom and see if it lets you.

Yes, just update your ROM with one available in whatever language you want.

SIM lock isn't important for switching Rom, CID unlock is.

I have tryed to CID unlock the device but it seems that it does not manage to do it.
It comes up with an error that it si not able to copy cidunlocked.bin but then it says that the phone is unlocked. but when i tryed to uppgrade the rom it says that it is not posible because of wrong vedner id.
I have tryed using aWizard-V1_3beta2 and Lokiwiz02b.
Downgrade to a 1.x Rom then CID unlock.

If your Orange SPV M700 is sim locked (does not accept any sim card other than the one from Orange) then you need HTC_Trinity_SIM_CID_Unlock_v1.zip By Prof
If your device is unlocked and all you want to do is change the rom and enable the GPS then SSPL-TRIN.exe By Des
In both cases you might lose your warranty.
after install AUTO_Unlock_v1.bat and faman 3.3 , now i put into de device 3600 the movistar sim device . now the htc device says : write the number code because sim is locked.
i only has pin sim.
how can i get it??

That´s the one i use for my p3600 and it works with T-mobile USA and Movistar Spain,since I unlocked it I had never any kind of messages or anything like that.
Try out once again or if you are using wm6 downgrade to wm5 and try to run Pof´s tool again and If you get to unlock it go back to wm6,maybe you already did,let me know

Ok, I'm a newbie here. I just unlocked my SIM on my HTC Blackstone (the phone was locked to Orange UK). Is it possible to flash the ROM to a norwegian ROM without bricking the phone?

SIM lock is not the same as CID lock
CID=Carrier ID
This means that only ROMs from the specific carrier you are locked to can be flashed.
There is currently no CID-unlocker/Hard-SPL available whick allows you to flash other ROMs than your own CID.
