When viewing videos on Youtube I cannot make video full screen when pressing the screen size button. Is this normal? Can I fix it ?

Youtube app share the windows media player....run the windows media player and open up the options menu...there is a video tab and set the full screen option to "always" and check the "Scale to fix window".

I hope it has a video player like apple's. After click a key, the picture will be stretched at top and bottom. The left and right side will be cut a little. Note screen is 1280*800, but the 720p is 1280*720. if have this, it will be full screen.

This one is closer, but doesn't have a choice to keep the ratio, turn to full screen, cut left/right. It Has a long face selection, who want this?

I've a galaxy tab 8.9 with ICS (open austria) just installed with odin, I've see a problem with fullscreen video streaming on some websites, like BBC, Discovery, ecc. If I choise the fullscreen mode on a video in a webpage, some browser go stop to load or others that play the video, the size is not fullscreen. In vertical orientation the size of fullscreen video is ok, but when I rotate the tablet on landscape mode the video has a the same small size to vertical but placed on the left bottom of display and not the size of fullscreen.
Anyone has the same problem? is possible to fix it?
I have got some videos, in 180, but in the simple GearVR app i can only watch them with the black sides, because it plays them as a 360 video, is there any option to make it 180 headtracking?
You have to select the proper video type in the milkVR player while the video is playing. There is an icon on the menu that pops up when you touch the touchpad. Keep pressing the video type button until it is the correct format.
I really like the Motion Photo feature (a couple of seconds of video leading up to the photo). Is there any way of saving this to share? Like a nonlooping gif or something?
I havnt found of a way to share it as a non gif but buy using the screen capture gif option it does a fairly good job

Bumping this, I have the same issue sharing a motion photo, I don't an option. I can play them on my phone, but can't share them.

One the photo with the Play Motion Photo button - Click the button and the movie will play. Press on the screen to pause the video and you get options at the top "CAPTURE", "DELETE", and the 3 Dot Menu. Select the 3 Dot Menu and you can SAVE VIDEO. Saves as MP4 video.
Going to need to share the videos on non-SMS chatting apps.

This app worked for my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I can save the MP4, share it, or create an animated GIF. I was not able to get the 3-dot menu (maybe a US thing):

hi guys.is there any way or app to view full screen video on v11 pro so that can see full screen video even on sides if notch b coz right now normally notch sieds are exclude in video thats i dont like.wanna have experinve of full screen to enjoy.thnx in advance and appreciate any helping or suggestive comment .

Just do settings > display and brightness > third party app display ration and select your video player / YouTube to full screen :good:

Yeah pinch to zoom still required, but I must say the screen is at par with some other flagships :good:
