Enlarge font size (calendar) input. - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

Hello,
My father is using a MDA (the kaiser; aka TytnII) for a while now. When reading text he needs glasses.
I was able to change the font size of the menu's (via register settings) and the today screen(via the regular screen screen settings -> largest font & clear type).
Only some things do not get bigger and I think they are related:
-/ input font size (calendar, messaging)
-/ notifications
-/ explorer (internet explorer is ok)
Can someone help my father to enlarge this font too, so he won't need glasses?
Thank you very much in advance,
Kind regards Jan-Willem (Belgium)

Treo 750 sms font smaller than system font.

Just wondering if anyone else have problem resizing the sms font . The system font size is not applied to the sms function. I tried modifying the read_sms.htm and compose_sms.htm but no luck . Seems like treo 750 does not uses any of the html files to structure how the sms will display. I am using Myriad Web with the second last smallest font size but when i read my sms the text appeared ridiculously small as compared to the system font.

Hi:
Not sure if you have tried it already, but if you go into start/settings/system/screen there is a text size tab. You can choose what size text you want there. At least on my phone (I have a Treo 750 also), it changed text on things like today screen, and the SMS text size also.
Hope this helps

Font within Calendar

Hi,
Apologies if this is answered, but I have searched (thoroughly) and can't find it.
The font with my calender (Notes for Appointments etc.) is set at 8 point rather than my preferred 10.
The font size option only appears to change the screen view, but not the actual font (as this synchs to Outook, it looks awful).
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to change the font size. I have searched the Registry with no luck and HTC say that it can't be changed which is like a red rag to a bull. There must be a setting - I just need to know what it is.
Please enlightem me.
Where is all the knowledge
Hi
I can't believe that I've no response to this. I thought it would be a no-brainer!
Does no-one know how to change the font (not just the screen view) in Outlook?

[Q] WM 6.5 - Reminder (Notify) font size changeable?

Hallo!
I'm using a HTC HD mini with WM 6.5. I changed the system font size to the smallest available value to have as much information as possible on the screen. The only thing I was not able to change is the font size of the balloons which pop up to remind me on events (e.g. this one http://www.christec.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2007/08/notification.PNG - it's an WM5 example for demonstration, what I mean).
The font size in these balloons is so big, that I can only see about 20 characters of my appointments.
Does anybody know, how to change (via registry)?
Michael

You could try Chomp sms or Handcent sms from Android market. These both have changeable font sizes.
Hi, on your default app try to open settings (touch button on the left when you are in the main screen), for me the last option is to set the font size, maybe your is called "font size" or something else. I use FroYo and the standard sms/mms app (the AOSP one). Sorry for my english if it's not good/perfect

You need to actually customise the look in ChompSMS, there you can choose the colour of the incoming and outgoing conversation bubbles, font type, colour, and size.
i tried it but it only does the preview
Once you click and open the message the text letter are the same size. Wanted them bigger for the wify

With Custom Android Font Switcher download here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lee.android.switcher , you can install, 150 fonts that the application proposes, in addition to install fonts in our external storage device, The application consists of three tabs: Local Fonts, and Font Server Settings. In Local Fonts is possible, of course, browse through folders in search of the internal memory of the character set, while in the Font Server are the famous 150 characters, you can set. Obviously you must be connected to the Internet to view all the fonts in Font Server. In Settings, however, find all the settings of the app. If you have problems with the font size, or, if they are too big or too small compared to the ideal size, you should download the application Big Font, download here : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.a0soft.gphone.bfont
