My new concept of Windows 7 code named Windows Device 7 (WD7)
This is a support for Wisbar Advance Desktop 2 users. (You can PM me if you want to know about WAD2)
This a Pro Edition, yes, there's already a lite edition built in my other unreleased skin 'Windows Mobile 7 (concept)' I hope to release that soon.. coming back to Windows Device 7 now..
WD7 features:

● Very clear concept

The section that has the meters in it...do all those work or are there extra apps needed to make them, like the battery meter?
The look and design, from what I can assume, is only outside the programs you use...like if I roll over to programs and explorer, the traditional explorer opens up...is this correct? How is it for performance with this new look? What devices did you test it on? Can it work on the (Bell) HTC Touch?

Edit: Oh wait, I should have read WAD2. I'm not sure what WAD2 is, but I'm guessing it has skinning functionality that allows this?

Well.. the whole thing is on WAD2 and Mortscripts are used for the inbuilt music controller dock.. no need of downloading any files separately everything is included in the zip ^_^ just read the readme document..

yes i agree!! im no programmer i mentioned [WAD2] on thread title i really want any programmer to create this as a standalone UI!!
Yeah, I just edited my post as I had just noticed WAD2 - d'oh! Too many program names are acronyms nowadays.
Well, I might be learning some .NET programming for WM6 soon, but certainly not enough to produce such a behemoth of a UI. It's pretty innovative. Reminds me of the iPod click wheel actually.

Update 3/9/08
- Updated the Audio manager to the latest version V.121017717
- Fixed the calculator display, now you can see the numbers as clear as it can be.
- Added the Wifi button, if you have wifi hardware button you need to turn the switch on in order for it to work.
- Added Slither's SCLPC++ Cube Skin (if you want the cube with 4th menu, I suggest you use this one)
- Added PocketCM skin with the help of DvTonder
- Fixed the windows media player seekthumb (scrolling button that was flickering in landscape mode)
- Added the folder contains all the graphics for whom that has HTC applications built in their ROM. Backup you original files from \windows folder before you overwrite them with my files.

HTC's black-panel-like though looks fantastic, the incongruity with WM6's crystaline visual effect exits. By contrast, this Vista-style will defenitely match WM6 and leave rooms for more talented to develop more gorgeous skins without gettng odd with shipped design^^

Despite all the user's different opinions and all the device's shortcomings I really love my Touch Pro and I really love its TouchFLO 3D. Default Windows Mobile locking/unlocking issues are well known to this community. S2U2 (Slide2Unlock2) is doing great but its Default skin doesn't go well with my Touch Pro's looks. Thanks so much for this man. Just got done testing it out and your theme is sweet!! Also, you seem to be the only one to successfully get the s2e arrows to work. I, along with a few others, had been experiencing distortion with our s2e arrows ever since the .52 update, but yours works perfectly. So ironically, even though I asked you to post your gfx folder so I could use some elements, I ended up using about 90%!!! Can't help it, it looks so smooth. Thanks again.

and as for you Eivind84, i owned an iphone and i don't anymore if that tells you anything... I refuse to get into a lame discussion about the iphone but since virtually everyone likes the iphone themes in some fashion you are in the minority so just don't use it, lol, it really is just that easy.
Just change the backround so the people who hate the iPhone can stop B****ing about it. I like the fish but its a bit overused. Good theme though! Keep it up!

Was there really any reason to respond to this post in this way? I can see you are new to this forum so I will simply advise you to read the rules pertaining to conduct and behavior. If he wants to spend HIS time and create a theme then he has every right to do so, if you dont like it then dont use it! Its that simple, there was no need for either of the comments you posted! thanks for all the kind words you guys. I think I have it almost complete. now I am doing what my teacher told me what the most tedious part making it for all resolutions. I have 480x800 and 800x480 completed. Should be pretty easy to get the rest, just a bunch of copy and paste haha. Look for this soon. Requirements:
Windows Mobile device (tested on the QVGA HTC Titan and WVGA HTC Touch Pro2)
Resco Explorer 2010/2008 (other versions may work but were not tested)
Installation Instructions:
1. Download CAB.
2. Close Resco Explorer if open.
3. Install.
4. In Resco, select Menu->Options->Customize->Skin-> "Use Skin" and select "Droid Green" to complete the theme.

This is why I decided to make a theme. I just got Resco Explorer but I HATE it when there's ANYTHING that resembles WM5 and below on my phone... I have a HTC Touch Pro 2, a 2009 device and there is simply no excuse for this! But looking around I have only seen themes that have modified the .SKN file, not many attempts if any have been made for a full icon set. So I had to do my own.
The reason I do not try many other programs is either because 1) I don't use or own them, 2) There are already great themes to choose from, or 3) The skinning method is not very easy and takes too much time.
EDIT: I have a question for anyone experienced with making themes... On my device when I first apply the theme it looks like it does in the screenshot of my first post. However, after loading the explorer and using it a bit the background of the files no longer alternates between light and dark gray, and it is all dark gray. What could be the reason for this?
