Nette Idee, nur würde ich mir ein Rom wünschen was wirklich deutlich schneller und funktioneller wie das orginale ist, ich bezweifle das wenn es mit Panels und Manila vollgepackt ist wirklich einen Vorteil bringt.
Ein deutsches Android Rom wäre auch mal eine nette Idee.
I will wish a realy faster Rom than the orginal, but i think Panels and Manila is to much, for a better performence then other roms.
But, wish u luck ..i will test it on "streetday"
Well, I don't see the point in stripping the X1 ROMs down too far - since the X1 has more than enough RAM for multitasking. I didn't have any performance problems with my original ROM and neither with this one.
Please note, I built this for personal use and included the apps from blackstone which I needed or wanted. I will sort out bugs as far as I can arrange that with my free time, but don't count on it.
As for myself I don't need any Android ROM - at least for now with limited number of applications ...
i agree, i first used the rom from here where the extra stuff gets removed, but heh it doesnt bring me anything that i have more free space, because i cant get it full at all , the only thing i hope because it is really crap, i would like to see that the mediafiles gets removed because they are crap and eat up space without an reason, but thats it at all. So i will try your Manilla build but personaly i am waiting for without Manilla because i will use the full SPB Shell.

ok only fyi, i tried out your rom and i have to say great work on it
2 things i dont like about it.
the Taskmanager isnt removeable maybe you can make that out of the rom and give an extra cab?
on email it seems that sliding up down doesnt work, any idea on that, anyway its not an big issue.
i installed for Touchflow the Panelcab so now i dont have to use it so for me it is great now, only the two things i dont like.

1.) Set up Active Sync is very hard looks like the same problem as here

i have flashed your rom, but i have the same problem like the other roms. i can not connect to the a1 data network. i got everytime a error on connecting to "!live", but the settings are correct. with the original image it works and with the last [13.12.08] Touch-IT Xperience v1.0 (Build 20757)

i had the same problem. But after three or four reboots the phone connected to "live!". Since this reboots the problem never came back again.

i restarted 10 times and nothing happens. the settings in the connection is correct. but i don't no whats the problem with A1 (Vodaphone) and the roms. only a few works
a wish feature is to build in a time syncronisation tool. after every flash you must set the time and date bevor you can connect to your exchange.
Sorry, can't test what the problem with vodafone live is. Should work, since all ROMs have the same database for network-settings. Maybe a certificate or something is missing, which is present in the original A1 ROM.
Did you check all settings manually after running the connection wizard?

same problem here, there must be something special with the a1 !live network because I have the problem also on my dell latitude 6400 with integrated wwan and original dell software.
with a 3 sim there is no problem in both devices.
connection settings are 100% correct
is it posible that there is a special settings in the firmware? in any firmare a1 works perfect and on other the dataconnection has a lot of problems. if any rom dev is in vienna, we can check this.
well, you would need to dump your original rom and take a look. maybe the settings are in an extra package inside the OEM folder (after dumping) which would make it easy to implement into other roms.

The Rom is based on X1i_GENERIC_DE_CDF1215-3303_R2AA006 which is the new official SE Rom for Germany, i tried to get the best performance out and to make it without any bugs.
I looked about an difference between GENERIC-AT and GENERIC-DE and i cant find an really difference, i will from now only build based on GENERIC-DE.
Feel free to give me some comments.
This wont be the last build, i still wanna change some little things.
Dont ask about an Manilla Build, because i wont do it, because i dont like it hehe

Activesync Tutorial
1. You MUST have Hard-SPL on your Xperia
2. Download my custom rom from the Thread
3. Unpack with winzip/winrar
4. Connect your Xperia with PC (Activesync, or enter Bootloader) Be sure you are connected..
5. Click the ROMUpdateUtility, follow the onscreen instructions.
6. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE DEVICE DURING FLASH PROCESS
6.1 Its always recommended to do a HARD-RESET after flashing a new Rom
7. Let the process finish with customization, do the setup and enjoy.

Q: my data.bob Connection only use the mms settings and i cant connect to the Internet
A: Goto Einstellungen => Verbindungen => Verbindungen => open your "Verbindung" data.bob with "Bestehende Verbindungen verwalten", now go to "Proxyeinstellungen and remove the "Dieses Netzwerk verwendet einen Proxyserver", after that all should work!
Q: my HDSPA Connection doesnt work? (bob, A1 Mobilkom)
A: Goto Einstellungen => Verbindungen => Erweiterte Einstellungen => GPRS and change PAP-Identifizierung to CHAP-Identifizierung, after that connect to your provider, if it works then disconnect, go now again to Einstellungen => Verbindungen => Erweiterte Einstellungen => GPRS and change it back to PAP-Identifizierung, now it should work
Q: How can i remove the HTC Enlarge Start Menu
A: You need an Registry Editor, i use SK Tools because there i can save keys also and restore them if needed , just delete \HKLM\Services\EnlargeStartMenu, now restart your X1 and it should be away

If you flash an Rom which comes with UC Support, then you have the option to install your favorite apps, and also change some configs on first boot up after flashing, the files can be located on your Storagecard, an SDConfig.txt will start the installation, because it search for it , if it finds an SDConfig.txt on your SD Card then it will install everything you add.

HeHe weiss nicht, aber irgendwo muss er liegen weil sonst wuerde es nicht 2 Versionen geben , ist eh egal baue gerade ein German Build.

Yes, the Internet Sharing (I think that is it) is excluded I think? How can you use it, I never used it so I excluded it, but if it's usefull I can reinclude in a future version.
Yes its the Internet Sharing - I use it to connect my notebook to the internet for terminal- and other remoteservices by driving "S-Bahn" in the morning/evening.
I connect it with bluetooth-pan.
For me its very important...

All right, I'll reinclude it in the next version, but it'll take some time (I think saturday) till I have time to check it, or I can load an untested version up, because I don't want to flash the next few days because I might need my phone and I have not that much time during the week.

The ROM is good and fast, but the Battery is rapid down. I have the Radio 1.14.....
Und die automatische Einstellung für (MMS,Internet etc.) nach dem HardReset kommt leider nicht.
I know, I excluded it because I never used it, I know my settings and the auto setup uses bad settings (not fitting my internet flat)....
My battery life here seems to be normal, but I'll release a new 23001 version with hopefully the DE R3A soon

You can't update, unfortunatly, you have to reinstall all, like after a hard-reset... but you can backup your picutres and that stuff on the microSD card, and the personal data with PIM backup, that's how I'm doing it...

Feedback later
to avoid questions about flashing.., use your storage Card !
1. Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
2. Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
3. Turn off your device . Fully power the device off by long press of power key.
4. Go to bootloader mode. Push and hold Vol Down + press Power button.
5. As soon as presented the message, push Power button to start flashing or Volume Down button to cancel.
6. The whole procedure will take about 3 minutes. After you finish and see the relative message, soft reset your device, you are ready.
Will check it out too.

first feedback:
1.first upgraded my radio to the latest: 1.14.25.24
2. tested the rom with the standaard applications, no bugs found.
3. tested the rom with Igo8, Navigon en Tomtom 7. All these programs works fine.
Rom is fast and looks stable. Will try out for a few days.., but it seems thats this rom could be a 'dutch 6.5. killer'
really nice to see a dutch rom whas waiting for it gonna try it out and see what good it brings
whas trying to make my own but didnt work out that good

im also using latest energy rom and i dont have the problem of lag and word prediction i dont know because i dont use t9

I've tried you're 1.0 Rom, and I kinda like it, just some things I have to get used to..
Like when you press the 'home' button, it goes to your last manilla tab, not to the home tab.
And I prefer 4 row start menu..
What I really like, is when you change the background picture in manila, you set the wallpaper for every tab in manila looks nice!
- No problem so far with the 2.1 keyboard
- sometimes when i want to change the background in manila, it won't pop up the menu, but hope thats fixed now *confirmed, it's fixed, nice one!*

been using it a couple of hours now and im expieriencing a litle lag when i get my phon out of stanby i have to wait 30 secs for i get smooth scrolling in the manilla and start menu
one other thing is it possible to put things in folders like tom tom in the gps map
with energyrom i could go to file explorer>windows>startmenu>programs
and from there i could cut things and paste them in different folders or delete them form the list like i also would wanna do with some applications like jetcet for example
al over all a good rom in Dutch what i like but i have to get these things managed before i will stik to this rom

Yeah, you're right! Forgott to mention grzegorz10 for his really great Dusk Skin Suite! BTW: I've started to work on the WWE version and a slighty modified clock on Home-Tab!

Hullo Mate,
I have been playing with your WWE rom for the past hour. So far so good, fast and stable but I have the following comments for you to tackle in your next release:
1- Some icons in the program folder at the first start up still in german language such as file explorer, Camers and Calculator. i removed them and choosed them agin form the program folder and they turned to be in english!!!
2- There is no facebook engine to integrate with facebook account although you mentioned it is cooked in the rom.

Hereby I am continuing Andyx1975's work by releasing my iterations for our beloved Blackstone.
This is the Sense2.1 version. Little quicker than the clunkier Sense2.5 but less fingerfriendly and with less features.
For this v1.0 I compressed over 3.000+ graphic files (png and bmp) for memory and loading optimization! See for yourself!
Despite WM6.5 this ROM is optimized for speed.

HowTo Flash (short):
1.) I recommend performing a task29 before the flash for optimal speed.
2.) dont't forget USPL or HSPL
3.) flash radioversion 1.17
4.) flash the ROM through USB or sd card.
5.) hardReset

Endlich mal ein deutsches 21907er Sense 2.1 ROM.
Man findet derzeit ja nur noch roms mit langsamen Sense 2.5 und diesem schei** Speed und Speicher raubenden cookie home tab *kotz*
Und das beste ist, ich fahre bis jetzt mit deinem rom bugfrei

bisher läuft Dein Rom super, allerdings habe ich extremen Akkuverbauch. Hast Du nen Tip wie ich den wieder runterschrauben kann?
Ich muß meinen Akku jeden Tag laden. Empfange meine Mails per Active Sync automatisch zwischen 7.00 UHr und 17.00 Uhr. Sonst nur manuell.

about the energy consumption, try tbattery to mesaure the energy drain, maybe you can find out what component drains so much energy.
besides do you use the 1.17 radio rom?

Beautiful ! Great work friend, the install was faultless, everything nice and smooth, love the icons used in the menus, and best for me was finding the facebook uploader in the picture menu, (this seems to be missing from all the recent WM6.5 Sense2.1 roms, but not yours)
One little discovery, I found a tab in the buttons menu is still in GER language.
It is start/settings/personal/buttons/ (the virtual buttons tab)

when put phone in landscape , speed of photo viewing reduce.... ( not smooth like normal position ) ( i think G-sensor cause this problem )
kwbr rom didnot have this problem and can change photo with finger fast in landscape mode too...
