German Description
Diese ROM ist im Grunde gleich wie meine andere, allerdings mit Manila3D und einem Workaround für den Landscape Modus! Die Idee stammt von mbarvian in diesem Thread, für QVGA Geräte mit Manila2D. Zuerst wollte ich das einfach nur für TF3D und WVGA anpassen, was aber aufgrund einiger Unterschiede zu Manila2D nicht geklappt hat. Durch die Änderungen die ich vorgenommen habe, ergeben sich aber einige positive Änderungen: Diese Version ist kompatibel mit den X1-Panels und DEUTLICH schneller als die ursprüngliche Version wo nur rltoday im Einsatz war.
Wie funktioniert es?
Mortscript läuft im Hintergrund und checkt ob auf den Landscapemode umgeschalten wird. Wenn das der Fall ist, dann wird SecondToday in the Vordergrund geholt, ist das aktive Fenster und zeigt den Landscape Modus den man vom Touch Pro kennt. Sobald auf den Portraitmodus zurückgewechselt wird, wird SecondToday wieder versteckt. SecondToday scheint nicht im HTC Taskmanager auf.
English Description
This ROM is basically identical with my other ROM, but comes with Manila3D and a workaround for landscape mode with Manila. The idea for the workaround originally came from mbarvian here, for QVGA devices running Manila2D. First I simply wanted to adapt this for TF3D and WVGA, but since there are some differences to Manila2D I had to change some other things too - which is a good thing. Because of the changes that were necessary, this version is fully compatible with the X1-Panels and is MUCH faster than the original workaround using rltoday only.
So how does it work?
Mortscript is running in background and checking for the landscape switch. If the screen is rotated, secondtoday is brought forward as the active window (running all the time with rltoday as plugin) and shows the landscape few known from the Touch Pro. When changing back to portrait mode, secondtoday is hidden again. Secondtoday won't show up in the default Taskmanager.

I think chalid made it so you can uninstall them, they should show up in the menu. Else SKTools can often do it.
There won't be a release without Panels. If you don't use them, you can easily uninstall them and remap the panelbutton.

maybe this isnt rom related at all but, just a slight word of warning.
i installed tnyynt SD TuneUP.cab yesterday, did some random stuff(playing mp3 and so on), rebootet and after reboot my Micro SD card went broken.
i installed and ran tnyynt SD TuneUP.cab a few times before with other images and this never happend. maybe i just had bad luck and a false SD card so ...
otherwise, great rom ^^

nein, ist kein bekanntes problem. aber ich nehme an, dass es schon seinen grund haben wird warum das gerät mit dieser einschränkung ausgeliefert wurde. und ganz ehrlich: ob das xperia jetzt mit 2mbyte oder 18mbyte / sek die speicherkarte beschreibt macht in der praxis wirklich absolut keinen unterschied.
Kann mann die Funktion AVRCP aktivieren? Oder muss man auf einen anderen Player umsteigen wie MortPlayer?
Gibt es das Mortscript mit SecondToday auch einzeln irgendwo? Ich bin noch net fündig geworden...

Chalid, your ROM is really excellent.
In particular syncing is way faster with this build than with the older ones, a real advantage.
Just testing the WWE version, everything seems to be perfect.
However, the link for the German version seems to be offline. Could you post an alternative link (Megaupload) as well?
And yet another thing: The audio manager in TF3D still has the annoying sorting problem; there seems to be no way to sort by track number. Do you know of any existing fix?

First thanks Chalid for this fantastic ROM, but I have a big problem. I installed it and in the one hour I used it, it hangs up nearly every time, so that I can only remove the battery. It happens every when I use another panel and press than the panel button.
Sry, to hear that. Try to do a hard reset or flash the phone again. Mine didn't hang up itself since I use the ROM. No problems with the panels or switching between them at all.
I now found out, that it also hangs when I only use another panel. I don't have to press the panel button. So I think I have to install it again.

boots up dam fast allready, fonts and colors are better then usual, repsonds a little bit slower then touch-it does but thats ok. just missing the taskmanager
edit: irgendwie reagiert das teilweise doch sehr träge. 3gp filme mit dem HTC Album abspielen is bei mir (wie immer) eigentlich fast unmöglich. ruckelt und hakelt wie doof.
bei youtube via gprs hackelts solange er noch lädt. is der film fertig geladen isses flüssig wie nur was.

I didn't expect, that the Xperia can run as fast as with this ROM. Respect!
For me it works very fine, nothing to worry about. The only "bug" i've found: in the TF3D-tab-settings, where i can move the tabs to other positions, the "Wetter"-tab has no icon, only a white square at its position.
The abilities of the TF3D v2 (i've not seen them on my old VF-/Generic_DE-ROMs) like the shortcuts to email-account-creator, the calendar or the faster response of all these TF3D Options are very pretty.
But i miss the Taskmanager too Do you have a cab for installing it seperately please?
Edit: Oh, one other issue: the "ok"-button in the upper right corner sometimes is greyed out, but it works anyway. Hard-Reset over hardwarekeys was done after flashing.

I removed the Task Manager because of the big varieties on the net, I will upload it seperately.
The thing with the ok button is normal, it has something to do with the large titlebar or enlarge start menu. You can disable both in the system setting

Thx for your report, the thing with the HTC Album and Youtube is common, I´m happy that both work together in harmony, there are better drivers for HTC album but if I cook them in, some video application won´t work at all.
Excellent Rom, one little question though...when I´m writting a new SMS I always got an "dropdown" menu when i started to write the first letters of the receiver. This doesn´t work anymore, I always have to go to contacts and pick the receiver or I have to write the first letters and press MENU-CHECK NAME. Any idea how to fix this?

Yes this is a known problem betweeen the HTC Touch HD Keyboard which is cooked in and the prediction of contacts. If you want this back, you can´t use the Touch HD Keyboard anymore or other SIPs like TouchPal because they are in conflict with the internal dictionary which is also responsible for the contact drop down menu. I also liked this menu but I prefer a good keyboard rather than this feature.

hmmm for me the scrolling in Contacts is working without any probs. Also the Music tab is working wihtout probs.
LikeM: Only the Manila works in English, too. Just change the manila language in the Manila Reg from de-DE to en-US. It should work.

@RideTheTube: Maestro, sorry for being not clear:
First, not the contacts screen in manila, but the DIALER SCREEN is problematic: press "Phone Up" key, the list made from call history and contacts can not be moved, you only see the first five (or so) entries.
Second, in the Manula "Music" tab, select "Update album art" from the menu, and you will notice the problem there, too.
Nevertheless, Keep up the good work!

ok, no possible solution to have it fully english language?
Phone list is working fo me also. But the home key (switch to the welcome page) at the bottom is not working for me no reactions of the device and i miss bubble braker. Can you provide htis as a cab?
Maybe i´ll give this rom a try. Testet some roms today and the one from PDAviet didn´t work well for me. Maybee this one is a little bit better. But most important for me is, that´s in german. Waited so long ...

after 4-5 softresets .... showcase & not-working home-soft-button give me the rest....
So the "HOME" softbutton does not work... without "HTC Task Manager" some application might need a softreset, cause I cant reach Showcase....

SMS recipients appearing 2 times... so 1 sms to my girlfriend seems 2 times going out....
Navigon does not run after installing --> it gave me a FREEZE ????

For closeing programms press the x button longer and for starting showcase press the windows button longer it gives you a vibration feedback.
And for the Homebutton here is a cab which fixes your prob ( But press the hangup button its near the same)

Finally somebody who understands mobile interface and makes use of the limited space smartly. Up until i ran into this post, i couldn't believe that it had never occurred to anybody that putting the buttons on the side of the screen (at landscape mode) will give u more viewing space.
99% of the ppl r putting the buttons at the bottom of the (landscape) screen. that leaves u with a long thin line for viewing your vid.

1. It isnt deodexed :/ but im Working on a Multilang Version with:
English
Chinese
Polish
Dutch
Italian
Korean
Spanish
Danish
Russian
Arabic
Ukrainian
Language Support
2. It have other Tweaks but Brainmaster Tweaks will come in v2
