Step-by-step guide for installing Windows 7 - Shift Development

I already posted this guide in another thread, but to make sure others read it before asking questions that has been asked 10 times before I descided to repost it in a new thread. Enjoy!
As requested - here is a guide on how to install Windows 7 to the HTC Shift.
First of all you need an external DVD drive or a memory stick with 4GB minimum.
READ THIS GUIDE CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING WINDOWS 7.
The information contained in this guide was collected from posts in this thread and I cannot guarantee that everything will work perfect for you!
• Download the beta image
USB-install:
1 - Open Iso file with winrar, and extract all file into folder C:\WINDOWS7\
2 - Open command prompt in administrator mode (start - all programs - accessories - command prompt - right click - run as administrator)
3 - Then type this commands :
- type CD\
- type DISKPART
- type LIST DISK
- type SELECT DISK X (where X is the memory stick disk number you got from LIST DISK)
- type CLEAN (CAUTION; THIS WILL ERASE ALL THE CONTENTS OF THE SELECTED DISK)
- type CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
- type SELECT PARTITION 1
- type ACTIVE
- type FORMAT FS=FAT32 QUICK
- type ASSIGN
- type EXIT
- type XCOPY C:\WINDOWS7\*.* /S /E /F E:\ (E: \ is the name of usb stick, if your key has an other letter, of course put your) (after *.* and after each letter preceded by / there's a space!)
Reboot, at startup push FN+F10, and choose your usb key.
This will not affect your HTC SHIFT Vista recovery partition.
Thanks killer_t
DVD-install
• Burn the image to a DVD
• If you want to dualboot Windows 7 and Vista you need to partition your harddrive before starting the installation. Use a suitable partition manager such as Paragon Partition Manager and shrink c:/ to approximately 15-17 GB. Create a new partition in the free space.
• Connect the USB DVD drive to your shift
• Press fn+0 (F10) after turning on your shift – select the DVD drive
• Follow the steps for installing Windows. Remember to select partition 2 as target partition if you want to dualboot with Vista. If not you can safely format the existing partition. This will not affect the recovery partition.
____________________________________________________________________________
• Download the shift drivers from HTC
• When you install the drivers – beware that you have to install them with Vista Compatibility mode enabled and run as Administrator. Right-click the driver setup file – click the Compatibility tab – select Windows Vista and mark “run this file as Administrator”

• Install all the drivers in the order below and restart your computer when asked to:
a. VistaECDrvV1[1].0.1.10
b. TouchScreen(1[1].1.0.2)
c. Realtek Audio Driver R197(6[1].0.1.5653)
d. Marvell WiFi driver(8[1].114.123.139)
e. Vitakey _AC5023_Fingerprint AP v5[1].0.2.0 and Driver v7.10.1.0 *
f. Extension Kit USBLanDriver(3[1].8.3.7) (Note: you have to install this through driver update in device manager)
g. Shagctrl_1[1].2.6.122-control center - Note that you have to disable aero to get the 1024x600 interpolated resolution working. Right click on dektop -> personalize -> and choose the first "easy of access" Theme.
h. Synaptics MicroPad(10[1].0.11.1)
• - VISTA_INTEL Chipset Driver v8[1].3.0.1014 You can use Windows Update for this one.
• Now that control center is working in Win7 there is no need to liberate your snapvue (if you haven't already done it). 3G,WLAN and BT works out of the box.
Guide for removing the "Evaluation copy. Build 7057.winamin.090305-2000" watermark in Win7 build 7057:
1. Download this patch.
2. Run the patch, command window will open.
3. Y for yes. Press Enter, then Enter again to exit.
4. Reboot. Watermark is gone.
• Finally, if you encounter any problems – READ this thread before asking questions. Remember that “search” is your friend

Everything works fine in Win7 except Control Center. However, 3G connection and enable/disable BT/WIFI can be done through HSECT2 and CYGWIN. Read my guide for details.

this one is not working for me... BSOD again and again... I think that it is better to keep the default one.
what do you think?

out of curiosity - does the recovery partition still boot after this by pressing Fn+F3?
Cause the last laptop (HP) that i installed windows 7 beta to could no longer boot from the recovery partition thereafter. - I suspect that with the HP's it has to have a specific boot sector of HDD for the F12 recovery to work; same as my acer?
Thanks
Kris

haven't tried but it should yes.. because it's not part of the partition of Vista... I guess that in vista you CAN'T remove the thing to restore partition.. but in your HP laptop you could and you may have removed it.

on my hp the recovery partition is defiantly still intact and I can still recover by marking the recovery partition active from vista but when it says press F12 to recover it now does nothing - so I think it must also need its "special" boot sector

yeah maybe... I think in the shift it is not part of the HDD (not sure about it).
I will try to restore vista soon, because I want to try things today (to have Win7 and WinVista on 2HDDs working on the shift.. Win7 on main HDD and Vista in external one).
edit1 : well ... recovery done no problem for recovery after installing windows 7 !! I save everything on vista side... activate bluetooth and wifi ... and then installing back Vista on another drive and then Windows 7 on main DD
edit2 : arf.. impossible to install windows on a usb drive ... sad ^^ .. well I will feedback Microsoft about it , it would be a GREAT addition to Win7. well.. reinstalling win 7 now !

you can disable them ... but I'm not sure if it is "totally" disabled.
for bluetooth .. I have disable in the "device manager".
for wifi.. I have not disabled it again..but you can through "windows mobility center" (not windows mobile device center).
I'm working on Win7 to make everything usable.. if you need somedays... I think I will have some goods news ! the 2 buttons (shag control and resolution switcher) are responding... but I need to make them work

When windows is booting, press F8, select low resolution mode. Then disable Aero in Win7. After that 1024x600 resolution should work

[TUT] Dummies guide: updating HTC USB Sync Drivers

First of all you will need to download the drivers attached in this post and extract them. Remember where you extract them to!
The main reason for updating these drivers is so that you can use USPL or MTTY. USPL is an alternative to HSPL and is used for flashing roms. MTTY is used for retrieving information from the HTC bootloader as well as setting certain things. One of the more popular uses for MTTY is to clear the rom update error code in the bootloader after a failed flash.
The drivers that come with Windows for the HTC Bootloader are incompatible with USPL and MTTY. Once you update the driver with this guide you will be able to use USPL and MTTY.
Now that you have the drivers downloaded and extracted you need to know which version of Windows you have.
If you have Windows XP go to post 2
If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7 go to post 3
MOD EDIT
If you have previously updated drivers and successfully flashed a rom before you do not need to update drivers again. If 'usb' is not displayed at bottom of bootloader when connected to pc, simply reboot, press F8-key & select option to ignore the signature. Phone should now state 'usb' in bootloader to enable you to flash rom
Windows XP
Use this method only if you have Windows XP!
Before you start this, put your phone into its bootloader and plug it into your computer via the USB cable. Your phone should show USB at the bottom of the bootloader screen. It is very important not to skip this!
If you have ActiveSync installed, start at step WXP1. Otherwise skip to step WXP4.
WXP1 - Downloads
(WXP1a) Drivers.zip
(WXP1b) Extract each item to its own folder
WXP2 - Open ActiveSync and click File, Connection Settings.

WXP3 - Uncheck Allow USB connections and click OK and then close ActiveSync.
WXP4 - Press Start menu, Run, type in devmgmt.msc, and press OK. Or you can press and hold the Windows and R keys. This also brings up the Run dialog.
WXP5 - In the Device Manager locate Windows CE USB Devices and expand it. Double-click on HTC USB Sync.
WXP6 - In the HTC USB Sync Properties click the Driver tab and then Update Driver.
WXP7 - In the Hardware Update Wizard, click the No, not this time radio button and then click Next.
WXP8 - Continuing in the Hardware Update Wizard, click the Install from a list or specific location radio button and then click Next.
WXP9 - Continuing in the Hardware Update Wizard, click the Don't search. I will choose the driver to install radio button and then click Next.
WXP10 - Continuing in the Hardware Update Wizard, click the Have Disk button.
WXP11 - In the Install From Disk dialog, click the Browse button.
WXP12 - In the Locate File dialog, browse to where you downloaded the driver. Select the 32-bit folder if you use the 32-bit edition of Windows, or select the 64-bit folder if you use the 64-bit edition. Select wceusbsh.inf and click the Open button.
WXP13 - Back in the Hardware Update Wizard, select the HTC USB Sync and click Next.
WXP14 - Continuing in the Hardware Update Wizard, you will see an error: This device cannot start. (Code 10)
This is totally normal, do not worry. Click Finish.
WXP15 - The Device Manager will show an exclamation point next to the HTC USB Sync. Unplug the USB cable from your phone. You will notice the bootloader on your phone change from USB to Serial.
WXP16 - The Device Manager will no longer show the HTC USB Sync. Plug the USB cable back in to your phone. You will notice the bootloader on your phone change from Serial to USB. The Device Manager will now show the HTC USB Sync as fully functional. You are done!
Windows Vista / Windows 7
Use this method only if you have Windows Vista or Windows 7!
Before you start this, put your phone into its bootloader and plug it into your computer via the USB cable. Your phone should show USB at the bottom of the bootloader screen. It is very important not to skip this!
If you have the 64-bit edition of Windows you must disable digital driver signing before you continue on! To do this, restart your computer. After the initial BIOS screen but before the Windows bootup splash screen, spam press F8 until you see a Windows menu. If you do not get a menu and end up in Windows you pressed F8 at the wrong time. Try it again until you get the menu. In the menu select Disable Driver Signature Enforcement or Disable Digital Driver Signing (depending on your version of Windows). Windows will finish booting up and you can continue on.
If you have Windows Mobile Device Center installed, start at step WV1. Otherwise skip to step WV4.
WV1 - Downloads
(WV1a) Drivers.zip
(WV1b) Extract each item to its own folder
WV2 - Open Windows Mobile Device Center, hover over Mobile Device Settings and click Connection Settings.
WV3 - Uncheck Allow USB connections and click OK and then close Windows Mobile Device Center.
WV4 - Press Start menu, Run, type in services.msc, and press OK. Or you can press and hold the Windows and R keys. This also brings up the Run dialog.
WV5 - Make sure both the Windows Mobile 2003-based device connectivity and Windows Mobile-based device connectivity services show Started. If they are not, start them.
WV6 - Press Start menu, Run, type in devmgmt.msc, and press OK. Or you can press and hold the Windows and R keys. This also brings up the Run dialog.
WV7 - In the Device Manager locate Mobile Devices and expand it. Double-click on HTC USB Sync.
WV8 - In the HTC USB Sync Properties click the Driver tab and then Update Driver.
WV9 - In the Update Driver Software Wizard, click the Browse my computer for driver software button.
WV10 - Continuing in the Update Driver Software Wizard, click the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer button.
WV11 - Continuing in the Update Driver Software Wizard, click the Have Disk button.
WV12 - In the Locate File dialog, browse to where you downloaded the driver. Select the 32-bit folder if you use the 32-bit edition of Windows, or select the 64-bit folder if you use the 64-bit edition. Select wceusbsh.inf and click the Open button.
WV12 - Back in the Update Driver Software Wizard, select the HTC USB Sync and click Next.
WV14 - Continuing in the Update Driver Software Wizard, you will see a message: The hardware you installed will not work until you restart your computer.
This is not true at all, do not restart. Click Finish.
WV15 - The Device Manager will show an exclamation point next to the HTC USB Sync. Unplug the USB cable from your phone. You will notice the bootloader on your phone change from USB to Serial.
WV16 - The Device Manager will no longer show the HTC USB Sync. Plug the USB cable back in to your phone. You will notice the bootloader on your phone change from Serial to USB. The Device Manager will now show the HTC USB Sync as fully functional. You are done!

I'm about to attempt this driver update, but I have a conflict with your instructions.
Your instructions hint that there should be a 32-bit folder and a 64-bit folder inside the drivers.zip file. I just see 6 individual files. Is it okay to proceed with extracting all six files to a single folder and updating the driver with the wceusbsh.inf file?

I've tried it on two PC's and got the same result: 7 files in one directory - the first five appear to be 32-bit and I extracted those five to a directory on my PC:
WceRndis.cat
WceRndis.inf
wceusbsh.cat
wceusbsh.inf
wceusbsh.sys
(64-bit files wceusbsh.sys and wceusbshx64.inf appear to be the only 64-bit files and I did not extract them)
I believe I updated the drivers successfully, but when using USPL to update the phone to 1.54 SPL (step USPL3), it gets stuck at 0% and then sends me into a Recovery sequence.
Anyone got any ideas? I need to get this done ASAP before I leave the country.

Bootloader screen = Tri-colour screen
1. Turn off device
2. Hold down Volume down
3. Turn on device & continue to hold down volume down
You will enter a tri-colour screen. This is bootloader.
You need to be in bootloader before connecting your computer to phone.

Ok, first off I start the app thinking it was an installer. Tells me no device is connected.
I assume the the app is now shut off since there is no indication of it running.
I plug in my phone and turn on debugging and then I get a window that says
'adb' is not a valid integer value. Then something about my adb server is out of date. Beats me what this supposed to mean.
I attempt to click the X on the warning message and it keeps poping up. So I used task manager to kill it.
WindowsXp SP3.
DroidExplorer works
Out of all seriousness I like your slim and mean approach. Just doesn't seem to work on my machine.

You get this message if you have an adb server running (like from droid explorer) that is a different version then you are trying to start "right now". Droid Explorer uses 1.6r3 with the current install, the next release has 1.6r4.

Out of curiosity, what is the app doing that "requires" busybox. With Droid Explorer, I use busybox's ls command because the stock one sucks and doesn't display all the information when doing a ls -lF, plus i dont think it supports --color=always

Woah! you actually did a fresh install of windows to get this app working?
anyhow, if you open a command prompt and type "adb devices" what does it output.
Make sure you have USB Debugging enabled on the device. Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging
Thanks camalot for your help, you are good guy. And also THX to you UpGrad3 (you are first ).
BTW new version soon
hmmm doesn't seem to work well with a multi-monitor setup or maybe some other issue.
When I start it with the phone not plugged in I get the Device not found off to the edge of the monitor. (APK Manager shows on the taskbar)
Connect the phone and Refresh and it's found and click OK.
Then your app disappears... nothing the the taskbar but if I check Task Manager it's running.
Little help please
Oh yeah WinXP SP3

Make sure you have USB Debugging enabled on the device. Settings -> Applications -> Development -> USB Debugging

usb debugging is enabled
and when i type adb devices it says this: (when no adb process was running before)
C:\Users\UpGrade>adb devices
* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *
List of devices attached
HT843KV09845 device
and with adb process already running it says this:
C:\Users\UpGrade>adb devices

I have done a clean install of cyanogen 4.2.9.1 cause i had too much stuff on my fone so i thought id clean it up a little bit and since that android commander is not working again so its something to do with my phone does anyone kno what may be wrong ? thanks.
new version available
this program is so strange for me if i do a clean install of cyanogen it doesnt work well version 0.5 didnt and after a day or two when i have lots of apps installed to the phone it works i dont understand and now the latest version 0.6 doesnt work but it works in the places 0.5 didnt e.g. it allways opens up no matter what even on clean install so this has been improved only now it doesnt detect my phone when connected i have attached screenshots to help me explain they are here:
when i open the program i receive this message:
and when i click ok it opens like this:
please fix this cause i really like this program and appreciate ur work
as i said before, it's not program problem. this error showing because of program can not read informations form your phone. many people had issues like you (also on different forums), and every time problem was with SDK/ADB.

[Testing] Bigger ROM size.

Hi
I managed to use extrom as a part of rom, just like 2k3 does it, but some better.
This rom is 6.5 23140 fully provided, with EzInput, MS Office 2010 and Esmertec Java
I also got 236% in tcpmp benchmark, comparing to 157% in 23668. All important drivers are moved to xip to speed anything up.
Sounds good enough ;>?
Also I activated media control in lockscreen and fixed Internet Explorer
After installation you will get 2 partitions, root \ and Storage.

How to install? It's not that easy, read it carefully:
1. Download MTTY attachment, download Rom (link above).
2. Put your phone into bootloader and put into crandle
3. Run MTTY and click USB button. Then type in white field "task 28" without quotes and wait 5 seconds. Some confirmation informations should appear.
4. Close MTTY, Unpack Rom, run Upgrade.exe, having 3 files is important (nk, ms_ and upgrade)
5. Flash normally. Updating process will take more time than always!
6. After upgrade completed, take hima out of crandle, JUST RESET, Do not hard reset!!, and IMMEDIATELY put into crandle!!.
7. Wait until installation message will apear, after reading click Continue and then wait until device get rebooted. 5 minutes is okay to wait.
8. When device rebooted, don't do anything and wait until Debug message will appear, saying Extrom got unblocked, then click on OK.
9. Installation finished, click FINISH! and wait some seconds, after doing all stuff Welcome will appear.
10. Tap on screen, calibrate screen, set time, and enjoy

this looks like another hima historic hurdle has been passsed !!
will be trying soon..
sounds cool, real good about being able to use extrom as a part of rom...amazing !!
one small question in step 6. you mention JUST RESET is that just a matter of pressing the reset button and no other button ?
or is it a RESET where you have to press a few buttons at the same time like when you put the hima in bootloader mode ?
keep up the amazing work !!!
Nice aero, to see, that you go, where noone else ever had been before!
aero you are a legend!!
I of course WILL be trying this!
EDIT: There is no usb button there is only com1 and com2 in a drop down menu.

If there is no USB do this:
Disable USB connection in Activesync
Remember to have himalaya in bootloader mode and on USB, lol obvious
If none of this helps, tell me what windows do you use

With JUST RESET i mean JUST RESET, just put anything in reset hole and don't press anything

Hi arifurrokham,
If i'm not mistaken you've disabled the allow usb connections in the activesync connection settings before running mtty to show usb. After finished running mtty just enable the allow usb connections before running the upgrade to address error 112. Hope this helps

i have run this excellent stuff..
all working good so far....
question ? after looking at the "ms_.nbf" with "er2003edit" i see that most of the actions to make extrom as part of rom is done with this.
with you permission? would it be possible to use this "ms_.nbf" with any "nk.nbf/ROM" so i could have the AMAZING extrom as part of rom on any ROM i like...
is this possible? if i follow the exact same guide but just change the "nk.nbf" ?
aeroflyluby keep up the great work !

Look, extrom have cabs, autorun, some exe's and config. ROM part is to unhide extrom, then run autorun and after installing all, device will reset, clear.exe will unblock extrom to write on it and clear it, after that extrom is mounted as Storage. clear.ink from startup is removed and last operation is to run Welcome screen.
To use it on any rom you need to unhide your extrom and run autorun.

Windows 10 PRO International custom installation (c5j6 tested)

Hi guys
starting from the windows international iso, I have decided to create a custom installation with already integrated the drivers that comes with the last windows 10 release from Teclast (you can find it here).
WHAT YOU GET:
Windows 10 Pro international
Latest drivers from Teclast
latest updates from Microsoft
.net framework
This iso has been tested on my device (C5J6 with 2.02 bios). Everything is working with out a problem.

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
You can download a detailed version here
WHAT YOU NEED
Windows iso (download link on 2nd post)
8GB USB key
USB Hub
USB Keyboard
USB mouse (optional)
A computer running windows
RUFUS (https://rufus.akeo.ie/)
Before you start, ensure you have everything ready. You will need an empty usb key, that will be erased during the process.
INSTRUCTIONS
The process will be divided in two stages. The first will create the usb key with the windows installer. The second will boot the tablet from the usb key and let you install windows 10.
Stage 1
Download the windows iso (link below) and Rufus
Insert your usb key
Start RUFUS
Select your USB key (BE CAREFUL!!! IT WILL BE ERASE)
Select MBR for UEFI (Fig. 1)
Select the downloaded iso and click "start"
Once the process is done, you have a bootable usb key with the Windows installation.
Before starting stage 2, you have to boot your tablet to windows. This is MANDATORY, otherwise you will not be able to boot the usb key. This is due to the nature of the dual boot bios.
Stage 2
Switch off the tablet (FROM WINDOWS! MANDATORY)
Connect everything (mouse, keyboard and usb key) to the usb hub
Connect the usb hub to the tablet
Switch on the tablet
As soon as the screen switch on, start press "ESC" for entering the bios
From the bios select "Save & Exit" (Fig. 2.1)
Select your USB key form "Boot Override" (Fig. 2.2)
Now the tablet will boot from the usb key. The process now is straightforward, just follow the instruction prompt from windows installer.
The installation process will be the usual, for installing windows.
PS: If you have rotation problem, download the Gsensor fix from there: GSensor
First install the .exe than the reg key
Hope you will enjoy :good:

Hi, I have something to ask:
1) Is it a pre-activated ISO?
2) Does this procedure touch Android partitions? (and Android system of course)
3) During installation process (windows wizard), what partition do you select to install windows?
Thanks..

Hi,
1)No. You will need a serial for activate it
2/3)No. If you start from a tablet that already has a dual boot config (== windows + android already installed), the internal disk will be already partitioned. So you will just need to select and format the partition with the old windows.
OFC, If you want, during the installation wizard you can repartition the whole internal drive.

Nono wait what do you need?
I am saying that once partitioned with the Intel manufacturing tools, I do not need to chance the partition scheme any more.
If i want to switch from win 8.1 to win 10, i just format the windows partition.
If i want to switch from lollipo to KitKat just flash with adb /data /system partitions.
Can I use this iso for upgrading from within current windows 8.1?

No one told you to buy a PRO license. If you want use your Home key, just install the home version and then use the drivers pack that I have provided.
I have an original PRO key, so I have modded the pro version.
BTW I will integrate the drivers also in the home version, but you will have to w8, since I currently can not upload it.
Hope you can release International Windows 10 Home version with drivers too since most teclast tablet are shipped with Home licence key. Thanks =)
do integrated driver on the home version please. hurry up. 99%has the home version.

Question My computer doesn't recognize the phone in fastboot even with drivers installed

Hi all,
I really need your help, my computer doesn't recognize the phone in fastboot, I've installed different drivers and none of them work, in device manager it appears as Android with the yellow exclamation mark. I've already enabled USB Debugging mode, not sure what am I missing, please help.
Check in another USB Port, use original xiaomi's wire...and install latest USB drivers
I have the same problem, i'm using the original xiaomi wire and already installed lastest usb drivers.. the fact is that when I plug in the cell phone in fastboot mode the computer keeps sounds as connecting and disconnecting the device (I used two wires and two different computers)
Yup exact same thing, I hope somebody knows how to fix it and help us out.
Try with mi flash tool software for the computar... And let the program install the original firmware again... I think you can get rid of the problem

Hi, where do I get the USB drivers? Even the official website says to make sure that "your PC has necessary drivers", but they don't provide any link where you can get them.
The Unlock Tool only has a "Check" button next to the version number, which says "5.5.224.24(Already latest)" and again, no drivers check. There are tons of fishy websites that claim to have the drivers and I have already tried several of them, but no success. Your help would be much appreciated.

Hi, after almost 2 days of constant researching and trying and failing and testing, I have finally figured it out! You need two things: MediaTek Driver and disabling Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 10. It's because normally, the (64-bit) Windows 10 system won't allow you to install an unsigned driver and the Mediatek Driver is unsigned.
Here are the steps:
1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, open PC settings
2. Go to Update & Security
3. Go to Recovery tab
4. Press & hold Shift key on your keyboard and click the Restart now button (in the Advanced startup section)
5. Select Troubleshoot ->Advanced setup -> Startup Settings and press Restart
6. Press 7 number key corresponding to "Disable driver signature enforcement" entry.
The system will now boot with the Driver Signature Enforcement disabled (it's going to be automatically enabled with the next restart). Download the Mediatek Driver (official source), unzip the file. Here's how I installed the driver:
1. Press the Windows key, type Device Manager and open the utility program
2. Click the top item in the list (your PC's name) and click Action in the menu and select Add Legacy Hardware.
3. Click Next in the Wizard, select Install hardware manually, and again Next and Next again.
4. Click Have Disk, Browse, navigate to the unzipped folder: SmartPhoneDriver > x64 > Unsigned infs and select the file android_winusb.inf. Click OK and select Media Tek Inc. in the left pane and then Next and Finish.
Your phone will now finally appear in the Unlock Tool.
This should work for all Note 10s users who also happen to have a 64-bit Windows 10 machine. Let me know how it went for you.
hey Guys, i´m new in the forum. But i had the same problem and i´m bringing the solution.
This error happens because Windows doesn´t recognize the bootloader, then you must install manually the bootloader´s driver and connect again your phone, so simple. I´m attaching the driver in this post.
Cheers.
download google usb driver: https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb
connect phone to pc in fastboot mode. then go to device manager and update related driver named: android.
choose have disk and select Android_USB.inf file. then highlight Android bootloader interface and install driver. in win 10 must disable driver signature verification

After searching for a long time, I found that this is the solution that works 100%. At last I was able to register the unlock of the bootloader today after a week of searching how to do it, since the driver did not work, thank you.
