It's too purple.
The bar's should be like a dark blue or a cyan, not purple.
I think that it looks good will keep an eye out.

The colors look different in screen shots then they do on the phone.

1. I love the fonts in this version of the modified deep black them found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=480328 and I think you should use them
2. Please change the menu slider, although the colors are good the default icon kinda throws the theme off

I agree; I would prefer a slightly bluer tint.
Added more blue! All status/update icons are now glossy as well.

In my opinion this is the best theme I have seen so far, and it's not even finished. Every time I look at this page it makes me want it even more. Keep up the good work. Can't wait for this one.

1 is the arrow included in the image, the other is slightly thin...

My initial reaction to WM6.5's new theme engine: "Holy crap, we can do themes with an actual color scheme, not just based on one color!!"
It took a while to come up with something that was classy enough that i liked it, but as you'll see below, the end result is pretty nice.
The idea is a semi WM6.1 derivative glossy bar with a glow.
I've added some subtle curves to the accents on the taskbar and softkey bars, as well as rounding the outer edges of the screen, which really softens up the overall look.

Windows Mobile (Phone) 6.5.1 (Build 23022+)

Note: I know I'm not running 6.5.1 yet, I'm finishing up my last day at my internship today, and will be upgrading shortly. Also, ignore the black bars please, as I just slipped a few images into my PureBlack2 theme to test out. The final theme will be completely new and rewritten, based on my unreleased 6.5 Theming Pack.
I'm opened to comments and suggestions on the tease shot. I'm a Gator at the University of Flordia, so naturally I chose Orange and Blue, but I've set up my photoshop documents to easily change the colors to whatever the community may like.
Please leave suggestions for color schemes! (names too, Two-Tone is lame.)

all suggested colors added, and yes it will fit the softkeys, the bar is actually the same size in 21935, just doesnt have the new buttons...

I decided to share my creation here with you.
These are mit themes to import on the best file manager ever created: MiXplorer, by @HootanParsa.
This first theme is based on Google Material Design 2.0, Windows Metro and iOS. Your MiX app will look modern and pleasant to use. Hope you like it but please note I'm offering these themes "as is", I'm not comfortable (and don't have much time) to deal with requests, please only report missing icons or something like that.

My device have an AMOLED screen so i never thought about it, maybe in future, but you always can choose any color you wish on skin editor after applying the theme.
White version is live now. OP updated.

This is different from device to device, on some works perfectly, my suggestion is to create a new blank skin while my theme is applied and modify it as you wish the changes will overcome the theme ones.

The Icon of file types to be specific. If you can make them like the folder icon (border with semi transparent filling) that would be awesome. But if not then there's a really good set available here that you can use.
