Hi Everyone,
This theme was originally posted by RandumAccess, knowing that he is in a new job and spending time with Family, I decided to take it upon myself (with RA's approval) I updated the theme for use with RC33.
I made a few modifications to the them, namely the clock, the dial pad buttons and a few of the Icon's.
I also copied all of the original wallpaper files on the phone with the Basic Grey wallpaper to keep the size of the file down and added the original wallpapers designs into the theme so that the wallpaper gallery works as well as the functional wallpapers.
If you have any issues with this theme, please let me know and I will correct any problems that arise as quickly as possible.

Is there any way you could change it to where it doesn't have the thumb scanner?
It will make it look a little cleaner. Plus why do you need a thumb scanner to aceess your apps and everything. You already 'logged' onto the phone during the boot process.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this theme. It's been my main one, however I got tired of the thumb scanner.

Yeah, I will work on that tomorrow when I get in to work and get it uploaded during the day tomorrow. It's just a matter of changing a couple files which should take about 15 minutes

Make sure you have RC33. This is designed for RC33, the developer took lots of time to do it.
Also, where is the original wallpaper in the wallpaper gallery. I switched it to a different one, now can't switch it back. I love the original that comes with the phone and it doesn't appear to be on there. Any way you can put it up?
perfect theme with icons but it has just a little too much red, maybe if it could change it could be better, more of a neutral color maybe white or black

Again thanks to Tehseano and MoonsSpoon for their creativity and time to put this together. Tehseano has ok-ed me to port this theme to the JFv1.51 CRB43-US rom. I haven't yet finished porting the whole theme over. It's still missing the White clock mod from Stericson. And the Hero lockscreen and its modifications. I hope that you guys appreciate what is finished at the moment.

Nice theme, easily flashed in seconds, really saved me the trouble of flashing to hero rom with rosie interface... maybe next update willl include the htc widgets because those are also very nice. Thanks again for this.

i think the white clock edits and the lockscreen edits are still being worked out for CRB43... probably why this theme wasnt ported over yet...

I don't think a final is coming anytime soon, because they are still updating the original Hero theme. It's your choice to wait though. Lol

i pulled this directly from the plastic 1.7 with blur animations... you have to enable them in settings>sound&display>animations

Very nice theme. I am currently fighting a FC when trying to change my wallpaper (only from gallery, my own pics work fine) but apart from that I LOVE it!
Love the theme, but...
For some reason this theme won't boot on my phone. It gets stuck on the G1 screen. If I wipe then I get to the plastic loading screen, but after that the screen turns black and nothing happens. I think I will wait and see what happens with this tomorrow. Thanks for the upload tho.

this happened to me once before, try wipe ext.. flash 4.2.1.. flash this theme

Same issue here with the gallery but the theme is pure sweetness, thanks for taking the time to add your touch to plastic!
this looks so sweet...but i couldn't get it running properly.
it finally loaded, but immediately gave me an "activity home" error message.
wipe, reboot only gives me a black screen.
reflash 4.2.1 and then reflash this theme... same problem.
oh well.
I love it, but as mentioned before, I get a force close when I try use a wallpaper from the wallpaper gallery. Other than that, I love it. Great work.

This is a FULL ROM. SO YOU MUST DO A FULL WIPE AS IF YOU WAS DOING A FRESH INSTALL.. This has the right ContactsProvider.apk so your FB should sync. It also has the Optimize Live Wallpaper.I also put Gtalk in this rom.

If it seems to run slow try going into spare parts>window animation>fast
then menu>settings>sound display>animation>off. I've been doing this to all of Kings Roms and it moves pretty quick.
Do a back up before flashing please just in case it dont work for you.

Dude, you need to fix the colors in the pull down notification drawers. The text is too dark, or the background is too light.
Also, with the transparent notification bar, when I launch Gmail, the notification bar turns white, making the white text on it unreadable. You have to fix these.
You also messed up the bottom buttons. They're way too large. For example, in Gmail, the "Archive" and other buttons at the bottom of the screen are HUGE. You have to go back and fix this stuff. Especially if people are going to be doing full wipes just to install stuff with significant imperfections. Thanks for the effort though.

Uploading to server right now. Thought I had it right when i made the thread yesterday. But I rushed it and mixed my files all up. Been up all night fixing stuff. lol Must of flashed my phone at least 20-30 times since last night. But it's all fixed now.

I really like the look of that launcher, maybe have a small MetaMorph pack where people can add their own photo and info to change it? I dunno how user friendly that would be. (I can just change it myself)

Right now, it's not in my "things To do list", just because a I dont have a N1 where I can test. BTW: if somebody have an extra N1 for me: problem solved!
But , I'll keep it in my mind, and maybe one day, I can prepare something. BUT I DON'T PROMISE IT.

It's funny you asked me this, because, actually, this theme started as a project-idea I talked with Anderweb, about creating a new launcher which allows us to set our name and user picture, like you can see in the first caps, and some other changes between this and the original launcher.
Right now Anderweb is busy working on his great launcher, (I'm sure none of us both imagined how succesful his first launcher would get some weeks/months later, the first time we talked about this), and, unfortunately, I'm not a programmer, so I cannot do it alone. So the only thing I can do is waiting.
Here is another idea for the project.:
I love the notifications bar.
I'd like to see what the transparent widgets look like on a dark/black wallpaper though.
Great work so far.
The ides to click on the picture for some sort of info bubble popping up is a great idea. If you can implement that, this will be golden.

fantastic idea...incorporating the 3d flying effects of the ADW launcher with the thought bubble concept is very nice
Would be cool if the launcher was tied to a Social app(like friendstream).
This would be a cool idea, but difficult,well soon would be easier to make it for twitter, 'cause they will open their API.

Okay, here's another of the lock screen and one w/o wifi.
Ha thanks glad to help , note for the screenshots, the text in the taskbar isn't as black/blending as it makes it out to be. Ya the text is still solid black, but you can read it easily against the taskbar.
Course it's all up to the user's preference

Download Busy box from market first and install it, then get metamorph and install it. Have the zip on your sd card, then start up metamorph, and it's pretty self-explanatory from there.

Nice job on the theme. I always liked the black notification bar and the circle battery. Is there a way to get it to display the battery percentage in the middle of the circle? Or can you modify the free Battery Widget to make it blue to fit with theme? Thanks!
If you look around in the cyanogen settings there is the option to show percentage, worked for me anyways

I could be wrong but that looks like the Beautiful Widgets clock. I use beautiful widgets also and like how you can download or create and apply different skins to it to change the font, clock and weather icons, background and layout.

Looks like Beautiful Widgets...the screen shots are from Duffman as I dont have Kaos on my phone yet.

I'm assuming (and crossing my fingers) that you'll be continuing work on this theme. If thats the case, I have a request. Could you try to incorporate the "checkerboard" taskbar background that you have in Kevlar Mash?
