To flash ROM you need USPL in order you don't have any guarantee problems. For more, take a look here.
Alternative, you must flash Unsigned_HardSPL_for_Blackstone_OliNex from here. Οnce you have hardspl flashed already, all you have to do is just flash any ROM you want.
You have two ways to flash the ROM. I propose first one, as safe and more rapid.
1. Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
2. Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
3. Turn off your device . Fully power the device off by long press of power key.
4. Go to bootloader mode. Push and hold Vol Down + press Power button.
5. As soon as presented the message, push Power button to start flashing or Volume Down button to cancel.
6. The whole procedure will take about 3 minutes. After you finish and see the relative message, soft reset your device, you are ready.
Alternative way: After unzipping the file you have downloaded, you must run from your desktop PC CustomRUU.exe with your device synchronizing and the battery above the 50%. Follow the instructions on the screen. After fisrt boot make a hard reset.

I have an only (small?) request: can you provide a cab to change the "lettering" of the clock please, I have difficulties to read it. Some "plain" numbers would be nice; I went to search for clocks on HD but they all are not positionned correctly.

I can attest to the speed. This is a very fast ROM!! I have SPB Shell loaded and Resco explorer works faster on opening windows than my top end desktop. Had this loaded now for a week and not had to even look for the soft reset button. Unheard of for me with all previous WM devices and roms.
I have one question, for now. I have been trying to load on the slide to answer phone skin but am not having much success. Can you point me in the write direction? I have been using the IPC Black dailer cab. I also tried the HTC HD Dailer. Neither changed the dailer built into the cab. Still loving this ROM!

You can't do that! HTC phone skin is out of the ROM.

iam new to the t-mobile wing i just got one and am nt sure about something correct me if am wrong and btw my phone is locked ok...
to flash this rom i need to download herlad uspl and i place the nbh format in the ruu folder and follow the steps in the prompt ? and that should do it it should install the rom even tho the phone is unlocked and if i bricked it i can just run a t-mobile rom and that will fix it ? thnk u all

Hey Itje. Ive been using the rom for about 10 minutes and I'm noticing a few bugs. BTW im using the wing version. The screen does not rotate when the keyboard is slided out and the keyboard is unresponsive. Also when you click the x/ok tab in the top right hand corner, the wing thinks that for some reason you are hitting the right soft key and it therfore selects the action mapped to the right soft key.

Re-run the screen alignment and see if that maybe fixes the problem you're having.

The slideout and keyboard issue I haveno clue what cause that. Thats not a rom bug, because the rom is tested and that works fine.
The touchscreen needs to be alligned again, quite normal when using ftouchflo, I will update first post with links to the threads with both ftouchflo and the ftouch config. There you can find sollutions if you encounter such problems and are not able to fix it by yourself.

Is anyone else with a wing having a problem with the keyboard? (I'm not using the ROM so I'm not testing it.) itje, did you relocate the module's memory space allocation when you added the wing keyboard driver? (Assuming you dropped it in as a module.) (G'reloc)

Download - HERALD-USPL-beta3

How-To Flash the HERALD-USPL-beta3:
Download and extract both files.
Place the extracted Open Touch v2.5 Biggy.nbh into the Herald-uspl-beta3/RUU folder.
Move the entire Herald-uspl-beta3 folder to the root of the c:\.
Follow the simple readme file.

If your device is already HARD-SPL read the following link before flashing.

How to turn off QuickMenu
/Start/QuickMenu/Exit
It will prompt you with "Exit QuickMenu?
Choose yes and it will not startup again even after a reboot.
Things to do after flashing your device:
Network Wizard
Go to \Start\Settings\Connections\Network Wizard
Choose your location and provider, do not reset the device when prompted.
Connections
Go to \Start\Settings\Connections\Connections
Once completed save and exit
Touchflo
Go to \Start\Programs\TouchFlo
Click on the TFSettings
Choose your view mode from the drop down menu and if you want sound while scrolling then check the Enable sound, if not don't worry about it.
Click ok to save, do not reset your device.
Go to \Start\Programs\TouchFlo
Click on Touchsettings
This part has already been filled out for you, just click on the save button to exit.
This step is needed so please perform it...
Now your ready to reset your device.

you appear to be very talented great work by the way. Did you take a look at this thread yet? I am having issues creating files with this theme for htc home. Usually this is simple **** however, the forum member is using touch commander and his number icons are formed differently. I have little knowledge of photoshop because I have only been playing with it now for about a month and I have little artistic skills.

You want to enable wifi whitout bringing comm manager up? Doable, ill fix it tomoz or sunday. Depends on how much online time I will have.

How to flash your new Touch-IT rom to your beloved Experia
NOTE:
If you want to revert back to SE rom, try use the SE updateservice to recover your stock rom.
1. You MUST have Hard-SPL on your Xperia
2. Download the Touch-IT rom
3. Unpack with winzip/winrar
4. Connect your Xperia with PC (Activesync, or enter Bootloader) Be sure you are connected..
5. Click the ROMUpdateUtility, follow the onscreen instructions.
6. DO NOT DISCONNECT THE DEVICE DURING FLASH PROCESS
6.1 Its always recommended to do a HARD-RESET after flashing a new Rom
7. Let the process finish with customization, do the setup and enjoy.

runs very good. my only problem is that i cant scrool down through pictures or files with my finger anymore. only works with the scrollbar?! is there a way to enable fingerscrolling again?
Im getting some lockups on activesync now, will check and see whats causing it.
it's the screen that's becoming unresponsive, keyboard and red key works to stop it.
I can confirm the ActiveSync issue. It works, but it locks input. You can get around it, using the keyboard, but a fix would be nice...

Three months after the editing of the first oficial Touch HD ROM, it's time for a renewal. This device will accompany me for quite a while, while in anticipation for the newer series of HTC devices, with even faster processors and "other" capabilities.
The past few days we've seen here in xda-developers, some applications from Topaz & Rhodium as whel as ROMs that contains some of their features. There are many problems, since the ROMs are available to a handful of developers, they're beta ROMs (the devices will be available on the market after mid April) and none of them who present the work with few or more elements from Topaz allow access to their ROMs - they're always locked.
Believing and having in mind a basic principal that knowledge is useful only when it's shared, continuing with the same philosophy after many hours of work and over 150 flashes until now for this ROM (I don’t have beta testing team), I am publishing this edition that is solely and exclusively based on ROMs from Diamond 2. It is unlocked, as were the previous ones, so that those who know can benefit from this work and take it a step further.
I worked very hard for long hours. I haven't had to work this hard since I made my first ROM for HTC Kaiser. Once more I am saddened by all that's happening in xda-developers, the stupid antagonisms, and the cruel attempts for profit that lead to the destruction of the very idea of common resources and help amond developers. I am troubled and honestly I don't know if I should post my new work here or not.
So you can take files from ROM and move yours a step forward but don't forget to lock your ROM work. As I said before, you've been to all this trouble after all, you wouldn't want anyone else getting any parts ready made now would you?
Basically we have a new TF3D that has once more succeeded in allowing single hand access to even more basic daily functions, on a touch screen. As I had predicted since it's first appearance, it is constantly evolving and has managed, along with the large in size and resolution HTC touch screens, as well as the powerful CPUs and large memory, to give a new breath to the essentially non-changed Windows Mobile we've known for so many years.
There are more than 1400 more files than there were in the Touch HD ROM. Device owners should keep in mind that they will start with around 105 MB free Program Memory and around 311MB for Storage. The new version of Manila alone is over 2100 files that require around 40MB!
My choice, for stability reasons, is to base my work on the official HD ROM and change it with all new features from Topaz. I hope you will agree with me when you try it out, that my attempts were well worth the effort and that the problems that lie ahead to not be serious and to be easily resolved. I can perhaps promise a Greek ROM in time to come.

To flash ROM you need USPL 2.1-2.2 in order you don't have any guarantee problems. For more, take a look here.
Alternative, you must flash Unsigned_HardSPL_for_Blackstone_OliNex from here. Οnce you have hardspl flashed already, all you have to do is just flash any ROM you want.
You have two ways to flash the ROM. I propose first one, as safe and more rapid.
1. Copy BLACIMG.NBH into the root dir of your Storage Card.
2. Be sure to have at least 30% of charge.
3. Turn off your device . Fully power the device off by long press of power key.
4. Go to bootloader mode. Push and hold Vol Down + press Power button.
5. As soon as presented the message, push Power button to start flashing or Volume Down button to cancel.
6. The whole procedure will take about 3 minutes. After you finish and see the relative message, soft reset your device, you are ready.
Alternative way: After unzipping the file you have downloaded, you must run from your desktop PC CustomRUU.exe with your device synchronizing and the battery above the 50%. Follow the instructions on the screen. After fisrt boot make a hard reset.

In fact this may be the first manilla3 rom that I keep rather than rolling back to more stable old school roms.
My first impression is very good, but there is one thing:
When im in the settings tab of manila and i press all settings (softkey) nothing happens. Im hard resetting my device now, hopefully it will do something this time

Just need one more soft reset.
Oh one little bug in Opera, if in landscape and you open bookmarks, the screen becomes distorted & split in half. Think this happened in a previous kwbr rom too.
