Hi guys. I've got a problem with my Kaiser and so have to return it for warranty repair. I've reflashed the original rom and radio but can't find the 1.94 SPL.
Does anyone have it or can extract it for me? I'd very much appreciate it

the spl is in the original rom that you flashed. Give me a copy of the rom nbh and i'll extract it for you (or tell me what provider you have and i'll look for rom on wiki and extract it for you).

The provider is 3UK but they've never released their rom. When I backed up my original rom I understood that I couldn't backup the SPL from the device so have been searching for it through the forums ever since. I've managed to extract SPL 1.93 but I'd prefer it if I could find a rom that includes SPL 1.94.
I think the WWE roms 1.56.405.5 and 3.02.405.0 each had 1.93 so when I get a chance I'll try 3.10.707
I extracted the SPL from all the HTC roms up to version RUU_Kaiser_O2_UK_3.29.206.0_radio_sign_25.83.40.02_1.65.16.25_Ship on the wiki. I flashed each SPL to the device and each time it reported the SPL as being version 1.93 which doesn't seem right so I'm wondering if it's not updating the SPL on my phone correctly

i flashed my trinity with "AX3L_WM6_WWE_v3.0.7" rom, and then I flashed by my own backup rom from Orange Slovakia, but SPL in bootloader is still "SPL-9.99.CP", how i can change it to my original "SPL-1.07.0000 " for warranty?
Can I again cook my own rom version, but in rom cooker i add some spl nb file with proper version? Where i can find this file?

to flash back, you will need to extract the spl from the official rom upgrade from your phone using nbh tools or something...
you could reflash the official rom upgrade without manually entering bootloader, also... crash proof spl doesn't protect itself against being overwritten..

sorry, I´m searching the whole time after how to flash just an spl, for an extracting I used the NBH util.
My plan:
1) I want to flash my O2 branded Diamond, without flashing a hardSPL.
2) As I understood, it´s possible just to extract an SPL from the newest HTC rom, and flashing this with DiamondCustomRUU in the first step.
3) After this I should have the possibility to flash a full HTC Rom?
Are there any misunderstandings? because I can´t flash the extracted SPL with DiamondCustomRUU.exe.
What did I wrong, and what should I do?

it might be possible to do this!
but you have to be careful not to get device ID/version different on both the OS or the SPL!
but why not just put hard spl and then revert back to stock SPL when you want to at a later stage! all versions of the stock SPL are availble on the rom developement forum
Hello, I got somehow confused with the methods presented here... I have SPL-1.54 with shipped WWE and would like to flash it with the shipped GER ROM (sigend nbh, got that one also) but I couldn't identify the right SPL (USPL preferred) for flashing my Blackstone with the GER ROM. Otherwise the device refuses to let itself get flashed with the german ROM.

Follow this guide and post any further queries regarding flashing within that thread.
If you have SPL 1.54.0000 you just need to use USPL before flashing your required rom. This guide will provide step-by-step procedure for you.

i can not restore my SPL. I use the XDA DIAMOND TOUCH
I use at the moment SPL 1.93 olinex
and now i must restore my SPL because i must repair it to o2.
First i have download a o2 Software, flash it via USB to my touch diamond.
Then i download Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex and copy into this folder stockSPL 1.37 and flash it.
But in the Bootloader it looks the same SPL 1.93 olinex...
Please help me what can i do?

I have a Dutch Touch Pro2 (unbranded) which I would like to return for warranty (some buttons on the keyboard aren't functioning properly) and I don't know much about SPL...
I've flashed the stock HTC Touch Pro2 ROM which I found at the HTC website. Now is my question:
Should I also flash back a stock SPL or is that included in the stock rom?
If not, where could I find it, and how should I flash it back?

you have to flash "stock" hardspl back. I know as much as you about hardspl, sorry i couldn't be of more help :\
Yes, it does contain the SPL.
HardSPL by OliNex does contain a black, so the SPL doesn't get changed.

I've flashed back Stock SPL 0.87... So when I now update my ROM, should it change the SPL then to the SPL included in that rom?
