Need countdown timer software for Tabata intervals - Touch Pro, Fuze Themes and Apps

Anyone know of any countdown timer software that will allow me to set 2 countdowns to do Tabata intervals?
A tabata interval is 20 seconds of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
So you set 1 timer for 20 seconds, another for 10 seconds, and they countdown consecutively. You do this 8 times and you have a grueling 4 minute workout.
Anyone know of any Windows mobile/Raphael software that will allow me to do this?
Thanks.

I don't know of a software already set up for that, but you could write a simple mortscript that would count and then play a tone at the end of each interval, set it all in a loop to run the number of times you want(8).

Here is a java tabata timer.

An option
Hello!
A couple of months ago I created the attached application. It is as simple as ugly, if I would have more time I would create a better GUI, but it is doing what I wanted and it was created for me
It requires .NET framework 3.5
Delayed start: 1..10 seconds to put down the phone and prepare for the first round
Reps: number of cycles
Beep/Vibro: It plays \windows\default.wav file and/or vibrates when the ongoing interval is elapsed
Time1..Time4 four timer each can be set from 1 to 100 seconds, and cycle is 1-2-3-4
So for a tabata set reps to 8, time1 to 20 and time2 to 10, delayed start is optional
Hope you will like it.
Regards,
KZD
The application as is, please backup regularly, responsibilities are not mine, etc.

Will try it as I really need one ...
Thanx a lot ...

Well it's exactly what I needed
I'd like some advices about wich tools to use to develop and ... would you share your code to enable me to try and add some new functions (select sound, save parameters etc ...)

Nice - I am on vacation and need a way to keep my CrossFit workouts going while gone - this should help nicely. Thanks for sharing!

Notification Repeat???

Does anyone know how to get sound notifications to repeat like for instance voicemail. I would like it to keep reminding me every 5 mins letting me know that there is new voicemail until I have either checked it or dismissed it.
Thanks in advance
Please search for "How to Enable Repeat Play Audio Sound Notifications in Windows Mobile"
You will find the solution!
Notification Repeat WM6 professional
Here is my version of a MortScript to enable notification for devices running WM6.1 Professional.
This script can be modified to work on WM6 Standard devices also. To run on WM Standard script should be modified to read proper registry path for events. Before running this script please install MortScript(Takes ~85kb of memory).
The script checks for any missed calls or new SMSes every 3 minutes and vibrates in case there is such event. This notification(vibration) repeats 5 times and then stops. However vibration will stop immediately in case user reads the SMS or checks the missed call. Also anytime a call is missed or message is received the repeat counter is reset to 0 and notification will repeat again 5 times for the new event.
The script can be modified using any text editor for different vibration patterns, also to play a sound. (Please refer mortscript manual for commands to play a .wav file)
Also the monitoring interval and repeat count can be adjusted. Also other events(voicemail, MMS etc.) can be monitored.
Note: MortScripts can be dangerous, malicious scripts can wipe out data from your device. Always check the script before running on the device.

File Explorer/Windows Folder

How come it takes 2 min or longer to open the windows folder......the wait cursor just spins..... has this happened to anyone else???...Dutty's rom is super fast.....this only happens when I open windows folder ....just takes forever!!
That's a big folder. Lots of files. It lags on mine but definitely not for 2 minutes. Maybe 20 seconds. I've found if I use a sort other than file name it takes longer. Also, I switched to Total Commander. I still get a wait cursor but it is faster (and better) than FileExplorer.
Mine takes about 3 seconds to open.
Having HTC Home installed to Windows folder makes quitte a difference.
HTC Home contains a LOT of images.
My hermes used to take around 45 seconds, my Kaiser about 15 seconds. The windows folder does always take longer but 2 minutes would not be "normal". Perhaps try the sort category suggested above, or perhaps you/or a program has added a considerable number of files to it.

Windows screen capture program

Hello,
Im looking for help, i need a program for windows (8, 8.1) for capturing destkop to a bmp/png file. But it cant be just any program.
1st, the screenshot must be accurate, no big compression, bmp/png file preferable
2nd, it must do series of screenshots, like 100, 200, 300 screenshots every given amount of time
3rd, most important, the time between each screenshot must be as low as 50-100 miliseconds
This excludes all the garbage applications spamming first sites of google search, i found one quite good program caled Autoscreencapture2 but it can only do screenshots every 300-500ms
Eventually, do you know any program that may record a desktop (to a movie file) but also without compression so the recording is accurate and there are no blurs? I tried fraps but its not compatibile with windows 8 and 8.1
Thanks much for help in advance.

Within Windows 8/8.1/10 there's 2 methods for doing this without having to install any 3rd party software.
1) Using your keyboard, just press the following key combination:
"Window-Logo" & "PrtScn"
*Be sure to press the Window-Logo first and then, while holding that key down, press the PrtScn and then release them both.*
The screenshot will then be auto-saved (as a .png file) inside a "Screenshots" folder that will be created within your "Pictures" folder of your profile.
You'll be able to locate this directory as follows:
a) C:\Users\{insert your User Profile Name here}\Pictures\Screenshots\
b) %UserProfile%\Pictures\Screenshots\
2) An "oldie but, still a goodie" method by pressing the PrtScn first and then open Microsoft Paint and then paste and the screenshot will be pasted for you to manually save anywhere.
That's about the basics of it.
The first method, i believe, was a feature that was introduced beginning with Windows 8 but, I'm not sure since i hadn't used that method until I was on Windows 8.
I wish you the best of luck!

Simple digital date with dual time zones (12 hr format) + weather

Why is it so hard to find, yet create, such a clock face. It was a a no brainier on the pebble and I understand the moto360 has such a watchface (at least the dual time part). The closest I have come is to use WatchMaker but I cannot overcome a few obstacles:
1. My local time, which course never changes, needs to be fixed to my local location. The best way I figure to do this is to assign my local location to one of the extra time zones, say location 1. Issues: I can only express the time in 24 hr format and the weather will be tied to the GPS location of the watch/phone.
2. My second time can be tied to another extra time zone, say 2. Again I can only get the time in 24hr format but I at least get weather at my location 2 since it is tied to the GPS.
So a compromise might be to live with the weather only in my current location but I would prefer a solution to use 12 hr time. Any solutions.
I know this is about a year old, but just ran into the issue myself. I used a custom script to solve the problem. Unfortunately, you have to hard code the time zone difference, although I'm sure you could get a lot more involved and use manipulation with the different time zone hour tags. But this is how I customized it to use a LUA script to hard code the timezone in. For example, if you're 6 hours apart...
({dh}>6 and {dh}-6 or {dh}+6)..":"..({dm}<10 and "0"..{dm} or {dm})
Hopefully you can make sense of that. Essentially you're using an if statement to say if the hour is greater than 6 subtract the 6 hour time difference, if it's less than 6 then add 6 since subtracting would give you a negative number. In LUA an IF <x> THEN <y> ELSE <z> turns into <x> and <y> or <z>. Also .. is the string concatenator, and unfortunately, {dmz} which is the minutes with leading zeros tag gets truncated when you treat it as text, so I used a second if statement to add back in the leading zero if necessary.
You'd just have to adjust the 6's in my example to match your respective time zone, so 3 hours would turn into...
({dh}>3 and {dh}-3 or {dh}+9)..":"..({dm}<10 and "0"..{dm} or {dm})
i was looking for a solution that used the time zones setup on the application instead of a hard coded one. I didn't find one, so I wrote my own script:
(string.sub("{tz1t}",1,-4) + 0 == 0 and "12" or string.sub("{tz1t}",1,-4) + 0 < 13 and string.sub("{tz1t}",1,-4) or string.sub("00"..string.sub("{tz1t}",1,-4) - 12,-2))..":"..string.sub("{tz1t}",-2)
this one does a two digit hour and a two digit minute by manipulating the time from the timezone tag provided by watchmaker. if you want timezone 2 or 3, simply substitute the 1 in {tz1t} with the 2 or the 3.

Help for higher-lower game in Visual Studio!

Hey!
I'm a newbie in visual studio and I try to make a game 'higher lower, you need to guest the right number, if it's wrong it says lower or higher, if it's correct you get a text message 'cong.'.
This was pretty easy, but now I want to add multiple effect to my program.
1. . if it's correct in 1 time a gif
2. If it's correct after 3, 4 times a picture
3. If it's correct after 10 times a movie ( short one, 10 seconds)
4. After u guess it u get a firework .gif
5. Game over gif after 10 times
Something like this, if I can get 1 it will be easy to get the other ones.
I'll uplaod the file in few minutes.
