If you mean apk, you can decompile, change, then compile/sign them.

i am trying to develop android chat app.
i am getting this weird error.

I am complete new to this rom building stuff while i am taking help of another person and trying to build rom, i need help and also someone who can give me a little bit idea about these stuff and help me out on building this rom.
Currently i am trying to build cipher os but i got stuck on some error while compiling and have no idea on fixing it.
Any dev or anyone who has time and knowledge to help me out for this ?
