Essential instructions in Italian / Istruzioni essenziali in Italiano
Questa ROM non è UFFICIALE, quindi avviare il bootloader tramite il SSPL-TRIN.
Altrimenti non sarà possibile installare questa ROM, ROMUpdater vi darà l'errore "270 File Immagine Danneggiato".
1) scaricate SSPL-TRIN da questa discussione e copiatelo nel Telefono.
2) eseguite il programma sul vostro Telefono, e si avvierà il bootloader SSPL-TRIN by Des (quella schermata con 4 colori)
3) avviate il ROMUpdateUtility e seguite le istruzioni.

Like written over, you must follow these instructions: This ROM is not OFFICIAL, therefore to start the bootloader through the SSPL-TRIN. Otherwise it will not be possible to install this ROM, ROMUpdater will give to the error “270 Rows to you Damaged Image”. 1) unloaded SSPL-TRIN from this argument and copiatelo in the Telephone. 2) executed the program on your Telephone, and will set off bootloader SSPL-TRIN by DES (that one shielded with 4 colors) 3) under way the ROMUpdateUtility and continuations the instructions.

Big Problem
After download and after Flashing procedure...The device is down....
I can see jus the white image HTC and stop....
Someone have the same problem and know how fix it??

Dopo che ho scaricato la rom NEW_ROM_TIM_ITA_1.23.408.2_GPS (ING Special Edition) ROM e dopo aver fleshato il device....
vedo solo la scermata bianca HTC e si blocca tutto li...
qualcuno sa come poter risolvere il problema??

EVO II Album Fix.cab - Inserendo la foto nei contatti partendo dall'album invece che dalla contact card è impossibile, perché sullo schermo scompaiono i softkey. Questa è la soluzione (fix originale di Infido per la LP 2.0)
Foto panoramiche.cab - abilita le foto panoramiche
Facebook Fix.cab - Abilita FB. E' il vecchio fix di Infido, con aggiunto un nuovo file che consente di linkare qualsiasi contatto in rubrica a qualsiasi amico FB. Ora l'integrazione è 100% funzionante.
GPS Fix.cab - polling a 100 millisecondi, niente log e buffer a 512 byte: diminuisce il lag con tomtom

Hallo! I flashed this ROM yesterday night so I'm totally noob to it: have mercy if my question is quite dumb...
How does Facebook engine works? I mean: in Contacts / Events I can see a 112 near the Facebbok icon. I click this icon and here's what I see: two photos for each FB's friend, his/her name, a selection button. If I tap a friend, it just gets deselected. I have no sw buttons but "Annulla" (Cancel) bottom right.
Is there a way to sync these infos (anyway: there's no info, just pictures...) with calendar and contacts?
(I know that FB policies don't allow to sync telephone numbers, but at least birthdays and other events... Otherways what's that tab for?????)

Ciao infido,complimenti perchè secondo me le tue rom sono tra le più veloci e affidabili,volevo segnalerti un bug che ho riscontrato nella LP HD EVO I,ovvero nel manila quando vado su messaggi sfoglio q,ci clicco e invece di aprire l'sms mi si riavvia il tf3d.

I'm happy you like it!
You can activate the panel just pressing the X Panel Key and the go on the bottom right icon, there you can add the panel to the standard one. After you added it just go back to the previous Panel windows and press it.
Puoi attivare il pannello premendo il tasto X Panel e dalla schermata che esce premi l'icona in basso a destra (quella delel impostazioni). Li clicchi su uno dei pannelli vuoti e nella schermata seguente scegli SPB Mobile Shell. Poi torni sulla selezione pannelli e clicchi sul pannello che hai appena aggiunto.
Con questo panelmanager (che è quello ufficiale per X1) non è possibile attivare l'avvio automatico del pannello scelto. Nelle prossime rom vedrò di integrare il Panel Manager del X2 così da avere anche questa opzione.

Just added the screenshots. At this moment I can't retrieve free ram, I'll add these informations in future releases.
I haven't added nodata to the ROM because I have a flat internet connection and I use NoDataInRoaming just to don't let the phone connecting when in roaming....

Io sto aspettando da mesi una bella versione con 6.5.3 e magari anche il manila 2.5 estratto dal topaz (che è più leggero di quello estratto dall'hd2 visto che il topaz ha una cpu meno potente)... finalmente un cuoco italiano *__* vieni a farti un giretto su hdblog, c'è una sezione apposta per l'X1, così entri a far parte della nostra community

First issue maybe is dued to the SMS Lag Fix, I'll try to fix it in the next release.... for the second one I don't know.... it seems showing correctly the BT icon on my X1..... I'll try to investigate it...

Maybe I found what's my issue with bt icon. As far as I discovered, bt icon is an htc dialer characteristic, not a basic wm one. I've installed X2 dialer and that's could be the reason (remember: X1 should be a htc derived phone, while X2 isn't)

Would love to do, but since I changed many things about the operating system, ensure the same quality for a ROM in another language I think is impossible. Then I could not nemmeo have full control (for example, I could not personally carry out the tests, as the PDA in my possession is one ... if I donated another, even used, I do unìaltra ROM ) I'm sorry ...

Hi, this is good for me too. Only one thing, you could remove the sun rays in the Weather tab and in the home tab, because that really kills the phone, you can do that, for instance, in cookie home tab, and it's really a relief for the phone.
Last, but I think is only a matter of tastes, I really prefer office instead of what is installed now, despite it is more complete, it's really slow and glitchy.
Anyway thanks for your efforts, I think is really a good and complete rom.

si dovrebbe metter mano al codice di Manila (estraendo l'home e vedere comoe disattivare l'animazione).
Sper tua sfortuna (scherzo ) non credo di potermi dedicare a questo. Prova con i fix già in circolazione, ma non penso funzionino perchè il manila qui è aggiornato...
Però se hai un po' di pratica, puoi prendere i fix in circolazione e, nei files corrispondendi di questa rom, vedere cosa cambia e come intervenire (devi utilizzare i tools di decrittazione dei files di manila).
Se mi dici quali files credi possano servire allo scopo, ti invio i files e i tools...

amici non riesco ad istallare l'aggiornamento sp4 compreso nel pacchetto dei 4 aggiornamenti da istallare insieme senza riavviare il telefono.
