The 8925 is a Kaiser (Hermes is 8525) Go to the Kaiser forum and find links for the Kaiser WIKI. This will tell you what you need to do.

Please can i have some help with unblocking and unbrading my HTC HD7 that is on o2 UK, i need a list of downloads for the unbranded ROM and a guide on how to do this as i keep getting invaild ID

in my opinion, the easiest way to unbrand the HTC HD7 is by RSPL'ing your device and flashing a Europe Shipped ROM or a Custom ROM.
