If I add another bookmark, other than thoose in the list allready.. How do I give them a nice thumbnail, like the preinstalled bookmarks has it?

once you've added the bookmark, navigate to it in the browser using the link in bookmarks (not from just typing the url) and allow the page to load fully.
If it still doesn't show up try removing the widget and reinstating it.

Wave Launcher Works

Figured for a buck I'd give Wave Launcher a shot, and it works quite well.

The Time/Date/Battery/Weather/MotorolaXoom are all Minimalist Text (on the market), the ones above the Moto widget are made using Desktop Visualizer (Has to be side loaded) and when activated they load Apps Organizer folders.
i dont see minimalist text on market?
Minimalist just flat out doesn't work for me.

It will work. Just create them on a blank screen and then drag them to the screen that you want (like the main one). That is what I had to do.

[Q] Is it possible to replace folder icons with static text?

First off I have tried searching for anything that does this for a bit now, and at least as far as threads on XDA go I found one from 2011.
Basically I just want the text in the attached screenshot to act as a normal home screen folder but display text instead of the folder icon or the app icon previews. By act as a normal folder I mean being able to drag apps into it and be able to expand it with a tap.

I've tried minimalistic text, simple text, and desktop visualizer with no luck. Additionally I've tried using the settings in Nova Prime Launcher but the options it has does not support this idea.
I haven't used it in a year or so, but sounds like something ssLauncher could do.

Requests
Only few icons are themed at the moment, as I took the list of apps from my phone and some friends'. Everything is automatically generated, though, so adding icons is a breeze - I just need you to send me a list.
To request icons, please do the following:
Set your system's language to English.* (This is only temporarily - you can change it back once you're done.)
Open LetterTiles from your app drawer.
Wait for the app list to generate and send the email.
* Only English app names will be supported, unless the app is in another language by default.
Clean and simple Good job!
Cheers,
AJ

chrome browser help

How do i change the new tab page?
On my last phone i could make it so new tabs opened blank but in my nexus chrome browser i dont see that in the settings
In one of the chrome versions they revamped the new tab page. There was a way to revert it I don't remember it on top of my head but it was on a secret page.
Do a Google search and you can find it, somewhere between the lines disable new chrome tab view.

Google app 5.3.26.19 uncolored

The Google app and home screen widget used to look nice and minimal:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Then it got the new logo and coloring:
So I made a version with the new logo but old coloring to keep it minimal:

This is a themed Google App based on version 5.3.26.19.
To use:
-Rename base.apk in /data/app/com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox-2 to base.apk.bak as a backup
-Put new base_themed.apk in /data/app/com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox-2
-Rename base_themed.apk to base.apk like the original
-Set permissions on base.apk to 644
-Reboot
Let me know if it doesn't work.

If it has to do with the Google search bar, then I prefer a complete removement.
