I used to just port images from old eclair themes I used in the past Like O))), black Ice, Desire metamorphs, ton's of images from metamorph's around xda and made this theme...still working on it, so bare with me if it's still a little crude. Just wanted to share if anyone is interested! I started with full Facebook theme and now themed other apps black, white and grey with some color here and there but as little as possible!!

These are the free versions of market apps Themed to this theme but can be installed on any phone that will use HDPI Images Like the Evo, Vibrant, MyTouch Slide, G2 but have only been tested on the Nexus One so BEWARE! -Disclaimer is for these apps too!!!!
INSTALL WITH FILE MANGANGER (WILL have to uninstall Market one, then install ALL of these!!! After that if updated form the market check here first and if not updated let me know and I will update them! FYI: If you keep the themed one from update to update you will not have to uninstall.)
Trouble with handcent? Remove all traces of handcent from your sdcard and and font packs!

Please read all the instruction cause I'm maintaining now 7 phones and it's getting harder to answer replies. If you have an issue please say which link you used and all the steps taken! Also help each other. Subscribe to the thread so you know when a post is made and if you know how to fix it let us all know please. I'm glad to take feedback and have a list of fixes already in the making so please bare with me as I try to fix them!! Otherwise it's totally stable and the way I want it so far except one Big thing is the Dialer font is white and light wallpapers wash out the font. Working on that for 2.1 release! Thanks for trying DarkFroyo!

How To Backup Apps​
-Go to the market and download and install Titanium Backup
-Load up Titanium Backup and allow super user permissions
-Go into Preferences and change Backup Folder name to external_sd/TitaniumBackup (this will save a copy of the files to your external SD card for restoring after flash) then click back and it will reload
-Now go to batch and select backup all user apps. Select the apps you want and hit run batch (top of the screen) once it is finished (you will know as there is a notification in the drop down that it is done) Double check you external sd for the Titanium Backup folder, if it is there then you are good, if not double check the spelling. Make sure it is an underscore between external and sd. ex. external-sd = Wrong..... external_sd = right so it should read external_sd/TitaniumBackup

There are multiple clock versions you can download
1.) No AM/PM (Default)
2.) No Clock
3.) Clock

You could do it on your phone. Just click on the link, and then when you're diverted to the Devs4Android website, go at the bottom and click on the "Full Site" link, and voila! You can download this BEAUTY!

Thanks i forgot about that, however the network is being slow today. did a speed test earlier and only getting around 400kbps when normally i get 3Mbps at my desk. its funny how this happened to happen when i want to update so bad. So i'm just gonna wait until i get home.

Versions usually go like this

2.3.0.0

2.2.9.x Themes will not work with this, I upped the version to 2.3.0.0 instead of 2.2.9.1 because the framework changed (5 lockscreens by Whitehawkx instead of the 4)

Yeah, we will work on porting everything to the newest version asap. It takes a while to port like 15 themes though..

[Theme][01/26/12][ED05/EH03/EH09/EI20]-Port Inspired NeonBT, Honeycomb & ICS

I for some reason found myself running ed05 and decided to redo some of my previous work.
NeonBT was inspired and mostly based from a port of Jumba's NeonGT I did awhile back. So all respect to Jumba for the whole concept!
This is built from the files available in the powerwash rom. I just did this today and figured I would post it here! This is work in progress but I may not be on ed05 long.
If you want to use this as a base for your own themes please feel free! This is the main reason I am posting this! Better potentially used then lost...

Is verizon still offering any type of exchange on the fascinate for the call issues, screen freezes and a few others mingled in?
My wife and I both have the fascinate and we both have issues. Hers is by far the worst (completely stock)? Seems like they always go right around that warranty date and it's close...

Hey, notta. First off, nice work. I really like this theme.
To answer your question ... my understanding is that once ED05 was rolled out, that ended the "get almost any phone you want in exchange for your crappy Fascinate" program. I know one guy who was having problems with his Fascinate and was not allowed to swap to a different phone because he contacted Verizon on the day that ED05 was released. Verizon's response was that ED05 would "fix" the issues he was having with his phone. (They did admit that he would've gotten a different phone if he had contacted them the day before.)

I was afraid that would be the answer..
The thing is, her phone seemed to progressively get worse ever since I believe EA28 maybe. She uses her phone for work and every morning co workers tell her they tried calling her again. I dunno... Worth a try!

Also, I am pretty sure I got all the blue out of the orange-ish one I posted a screen on. So I will be updating the op with that one as well. If something is noticed that doesn't seem right, please let me know. Hard to track those xml edits sometimes...

It always seems the circle battery's consume the entire height of the status bar and never appear uniform to the other icons. Probably why I was never really partial to them.

yeah pretty much what has been said..i warrantied my fascinate for a different issue than missed call (speaker broke) but there were no fascinates available so i ended up with an inc2
when i first called about needed a new phone cs immediately went with "oh ur calling about missing calls right?" as many were doing it (or others just taking advantage of the situation)
many have reported ed05 was the end of the exchange program as verizon is sticking to "ed05 fixes everything)
but you never know...if you press verizon on the both of you having issues still after ed05 then who knows, u may luck out

A few things possibly:
1. If you are accessing contacts through the shortcut from go launcher, you will need to long press and change the shortcut to your contacts.
2. The theme is designed to run with your wallpaper, so you can try re-applying the wallpaper of your liking and see if that activates it.
3. Lag is almost always in the kernel or your adjustments of such...

Thank for the info ^_^. According to you, I've to re-apply wallpaper, but.... the issue still here. Open Dialer -> Contacts tab and scroll down ( or scroll up ), background contacts changed to black. After that, stop scroll, and the contacts back to transparent

Actually it is already part of both themes! Unless I missed something, but it's just a transparent image instead of the e911 icon. If I did miss anything, just let me know...

Install HOWTO:
1. Flashing the ROM
1.1 Preparing for flashing
- go to recovery
- wipe /cache, dalvik-cache, battery stats
- flashing this over mik's v6.5.x/6.6.x ROM without wiping /data should work without any problems.
- for any other non-CM7.1 ROM, wiping /data (factory reset) IS required (see FAQ and do not ask retarded questions)
1.2 Flashing the ZIP
- CWM should work just fine
- TWRP - works just fine if you disable signature verification (bug reported quite a few days ago)
- AmonRA - totally untested, definitely disable signature verification, if it does not work, try one of the above.

1.3 First boot and initial setup
- reboot from recovery
- WAIT! Really, just WAIT!!! Even if it takes 10 minutes, there is no bootloop. Also, as long as the bootanimation is moving, the phone is NOT frozen and is busy populating the dalvik cache etc. Absolutely no need to pull the battery in that case! Once again, WAIT!
- In case you are flashing on a clean phone (/data wiped), you will get the initial setup wizard. If you want to change your language, do it. Tap on the Android picture. Either complete the wizard or skip it. I suggest skipping it, you can add your Google account and set it up just fine after all the setup is finished by tapping on the Market icon.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In case you get some lame popup before the initial Android screen asking you to choose between something like "com.google.provisioning" and Setup Wizard, choose the topmost item, do NOT check the checkbox. (It is impossible to take a screenshot of that, so it is NOT shown below.) Follow the prompts. Again, suggest skipping the wizard as soon as possible.

2. Theming the ROM for dummies (picture guide):
2.1 - Lockscreen
After you have finished/skipped the setup wizard, your screen should look like on Picture 1. Go to Settings - CyanogenMod - LockScreen - Style Options. Select Lense as LockscreenStyle and check the Hide rotary arrows. Press Back a couple of times to get back to home screen.
2.2 Wallpaper and status bar transparency - part 1
Hold your finger on the home screen for a while. Select Wallpapers from menu. From the next menu, select Live wallpapers. From the next menu, select MultiPicture Live Wallpaper. On next screen, tap on Settings, go to Common Settings - Picture Source. From the popup menu, choose either Single Picture or Picture Folder. On the prompt, do not forget to check "Use by default for this actions" and tap on MIUI Gallery. Go to wallpapers folder, choose a wallpaper, duh! Press back several times until you get back to the Set wallpaper screen. Tap on Set wallpaper. You are back to your homescreen.
Looks better now, huh?
2.3 Choosing the theme
Tap the home icon - in the app drawer list until you find Theme Chooser (on the last screen), tap the icon. Tap on Apply button under the MIUI theme. Back to home screen, note the icons in status bar are now changed.
2.4 Status bar transparency - part 2
NOTE: Sorry, this part IS sadly required, I cannot include the patched SystemUI.apk in the ROM, because otherwise there is never any status bar, LOL. Also it causes quite a bit of trouble with the initial setup wizard. NFC. Do not ask me why.

Finishing up!!! Press the power button, choose Reboot - Recovery - OK. Wow, the phone rebooted and you are now in recovery! Go to flash ZIP menu, browse to MIUIGEN71/themes/transparent folder and flash the statusbar_patch.zip!
Reboot.
2.5 Finished!!!
NOTE: If you ever get bored by the transparent MIUI theme, you can undo the patch by flashing MIUIGEN71/themes/nontransparent/statusbar_undo.zip from recovery and use any CM7 theme with this ROM. (A black MIUI theme with non-transparent status bar attached here.)

Q: Can I use this with the new baseband?
A: NO!!! Absolutely NOT!
Q: Not even with the mik's patch?! Will data work with that?
A: NO!!! Absolutely NOT!
Q: Are you planning to add support for new baseband?
A: NO!!! Absolutely NOT! It will be supported when/if mik's ROM supports it. I will NOT do anything about baseband.
Q: But... that sucks! I do not want to downgrade baseband?
A: Go use another ROM, such as the stock LG ****! Do not bother asking on this thread about baseband, you WILL get reported to a moderator.
Q: Can I flash this over mik's v6.5.x/6.6.x ROM without wiping /data?
A: Yes, it should work without any problems.
Q: Can I flash this over stock ROM, GingerLOL or whatnot else without wiping /data?
A: NO! Do not bother with complaining about crashes and broken things if you do.
Q: Why franco kernel v1.1-24082011? It is unstable for me, I have random crashed, freezes, reboots, battery drains and it even drinks all beer in my fridge overnight!?!
A: Because the kernel works perfectly fine for me. If you get the stuff above, wipe everything (/data, /cache, dalvik-cache, battery stats), tune down your crazy OC (no, this phone will NOT work @1GHz) and enjoy your fast clean stable ROM with great performance!
Q: I still have kernel problems even after a clean flash? What now?
A: Feel free to flash any other franco 2.6.35 kernel if it works better for you. You can report bugs in latest kernel version to franco on his thread. IMPORTANT: Do NOT bother with reporting issues if you are too lazy to provide useful information about your CPU freqs, governor settings, provide logcat etc. and the only thing you plan to do is moaning about crashes, drains etc.
Q: I am having black screen/split screen bug!!! T3h suxxxx!
A: Sucks to be you, I do not have any such problem. Otherwise, turn off the CRT animation (who needs such stuff). If you get a blackscreen, please stop locking/unlocking the screen like mad every one second. Wait a few seconds at least. Also, there is no need to pull the battery or damage the power button by pressing it zillion times, just touch the screen.
Q: I am having battery drain! The ROM and kernel are horrible!
A: No, the junk you have installed is horrible. Grab BetterBatteryStats, find the offending crap and uninstall it.
Q: Battery life still suxxx! Only will last 3 days!
A: Go get a Nokia 5110.

A: Buy a USB stick for like $10. This is a phone, not a storage for your PC. Or grab something like Root Toolbox from the market and try the dual-mount feature there instead.

A: It takes a while to get the SD card partition mounted to phone. Go complain to Google.

Marvel v 9 is a highly customizable ROM using AROMA installer - Feel the power of your LG Optimus Black , now is all in your hands !!!
Requirements:
1. Of course a rooted LG Optimus Black P 970 (Find infos how to root here: [HOW TO]The Big N00B how-to! - nooby's thread)
2. CWM / ROM Manager / other apps with CWM or capability of flashing from zip file.
How to use:
1. Backup - use NANDRIOD (just in case something went wrong)
2. Copy the zip file in your SD card (copy in root folder)
3. Boot in CMW, Clear Data/cache and choose "install zip from SDCARD" or
Use ROM Manager and choose install zip from SD card.
FAQ's:
Question: Why is the ROM so huge in size?
Answer: So you can have many, many installation options to choose from.
Question: Can I install this if I have Froyo, other Gingerbread or ICS ROMs?
Answer: Yes, just do factory reset and clear dalvik cache.
Question: How can I change installation options after installing Marvel?
Answer: Install/Flash again and choose options you need, without loosing apps and data. Just cleak dalvik-cache.
You can just install/flash again and again until you decided what combinations best suites your needs.

I am using Zeus ROM, but I guess it's either because of a wrong download, so try downloading again, a bad file provided by tantrums, or a modification of yours.
Dont change anything in the .zip, except for you are able to sign the ROM again.

Its exactly the same as official 2.3.4, no need pics, nothing change.
This is what I got on quadran benchmark: 1241. With another ROM I got 2500, 2700.

This is because he didnt apply any patches, but just repacked and removed some stuff, but just search here in dev section and u will find tweaks, u can apply on your own
