Make a version without the vista launcher and I would try it out. Thats the only thing I think that ruins the theme. The rest of it is awesome, keep it up!
I actually really like this theme, but i agree with DameonAndMeagan. I dont want the taint of vista on my phone lol. Is there a way i can use the stock Cyanogens launcher, or even better Manups launcher from JACxROM 1.3?
yes the vista launcher isnt appealing to me and is kind of in an akward place. The rest of the theme is top notch!!

yeah i decide to remove it since the idea of Vista inside android... you can still download it its under "old versions"
the task bar you mean status bar? "IMO" and "ETA" means..?(sorry im not american im out of town )
the boot screen is the second one for the OS
IMO means "in my opinion"
ETA means "estimated time of arrival"
This theme looks great but i'm kind of reluctant to flash since I'm too hooked on the speed of cyanogen's default ROM. Does this theme effect the speed in any way?

Yeah, i downloaded and flashed it as soon as i saw that the vista toolbar was gone. Its very nice, i like how the new taskbar glows blue when you highlight it with the trackball. Minor problem though, I just downloaded aTrackDog and it keeps force closing, not sure if this is actually your theme or if its a problem with cyanogens though. Anybody else having this problem?
Oh, and for the guy who asked if this affected speed. It does slow things down a bit, but its rarely noticable for me.
strange.. im using aTrackdog too and no FC at all.. try to reinstall it

I'm working on a new dialer right now, because the stock one pisses me off... Does anyone know how to get into all the Blur images for the launcher, btw? I'm trying to find the images for the app dock and stuff, but everything I have is odexed and I can't seem to find it...
EDIT: Ok, I've run into a bit of a snare. I edited the dialer keys, but they are only showing up on the dialpad that is used in-call. They looks great, but I can't find where to put the images to have them replace the normal keys too. Thanks =)

you need to edit phone.apk and contacts.apk.
ok, I got the dialer working, I also got the app launcher skinned and the blur backgrounds added. If all goes well, then this will be close to 0.3!

very nice theme. i got tired of all the "black" themes and gave this one a try. seems like there are a couple of bugs though, Gmail (process com.google.android.gm) force closes every time i try to open it. when i first boot up, i get this message process com.google.android.partnersetup has stopped unexpectedly.
and a couple of minor suggestions, i really like the see through window shade and wondered if it's something that you can modify on this one. and the black font on the steel gray buttons can be hard to read.
i look forward to future updates, but for noe, i'm going back to the base theme.
Thanks for the feedback yeah, I had planned on changing the buttons a bit to make them more easily readable. I had problems with a few apps at first too, but I did a full wipe and reinstalled and it works now. Does anyone know how to change the text color on the buttons without changing all of the text on the device?
Yeah, I should've wiped, but have wiped each of the last two days and honestly didn't feel like doing it again

For now, I'm trying to get all of the motoblur images into it first, then I can start tweaking my own stuff into it =) I already know I'm gonna need to revise the dialer, is there anything else you guys would like to see in this?
Ok, just finished up v0.4 I edited the dialer, fixed the warp home screen tab, and a few other things. Uploading now!
EDIT: Ok, scratch that. It needs some more work, some of the images are distorted. I'll post back when it's done =)

I would try repartitioning, but I understand if you don't want to do that =) I'm uploading a slimmer version without all of the unused apk's, maybe this will play nicer? Try doing a complete wipe and flashing this new one afterward

What ROM are you using? You might want to try it out once I upload the slim versions to see if it works. I don't know if it would or not to be honest.
First of all, let me congratulate every themer on how far they have gone and the amazing themes they have made. The .9 png files were not edited correctly

Those widgets don't exist yet, they are part of the original concept. I'm told that G1_Lucky is working with some devs on it, but as of right now it's just a concept

OOO cause i thought i saw the clock widgit in the market "Digital Clock Widget"
Well there's a digital clock widget, but it doesn't have the cool fonts like that one does. You can download it if you want, I have it and it looks pretty nice.

I really like the theme so far. Is it possible to make the launcher bar without the black part that goes across? I like the way the original looks.
The thickness of the bottom bar is to counteract the curve of the notification handle. I have an idea of something I could do, but the notification shade might not be as cool I'll definitely play around with it though

I'm working on a new version without the really thick bottom bar (personally, I really liked it. oh well...) I'll see if I can get it out tonight
The battery is green when it's charging, and grey/white while in use
Oh and about the community hero stuff, I do plan on changing most of it I just threw this out as an early version

this is a great theme and im glad the concept is starting to become a real theme, but is it possible to curve the status bar from the top where it says the service provider like in the concept art, or is that not possible?

You would just flash this over the ROM that you have. If it supports it of course.

Its like any other theme, you go into recovery and flash over rom. the only thing is that it can only be used on Super D roms as of now i am trying to port it to the rest of the popular roms and it should be out tomorrow along with a metamorph (No promises)

Updated to Super D 1.6 , Ported to Cyanogen and Dwang... Now fixing a problem with the setting widget to get it themed on Dwangs roms... Working on a Metamorph aswell

I've got the Cyan version installed right now; I'm very surprised at how well everything looks and works. I've noticed that the window animations are completely different than what I've seen on other themes for Cyan, and it's very nice.
The only thing that has bothered me is while in certain applications like Facebook, selected items have the green background and it makes some of the text hard to read. Not a big deal, just pointing it out.

Thanks, glad you like it ... The green sorta bothers me aswell i am working on fixing that soon working with different colors.. hopefully i can find a nice color
The font change makes my font all weird. Like it gives out random symbols on some of my letters. This happened when installing darkstar as well. I always have to use metamorph to change it back to stock font. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah it happeneds when the fonts are changed i dont know ow to fix it but if majority of the people say to stick with the default font i'd be glad to switch it back in my next release

Enoch theme has .zip that will revert your fonts back to stock. Why not include that in this thread then we can have our cake (fonts) and eat it too?

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS
Unzip the .mtz file from the zip and place it in your /sdcard/MIUI/theme folder, then apply using theme manager. MIUI Theme Manager can sometimes be quite fussy, so if anything doesn't look right try applying the theme again.
Regarding the lockscreen music controls, if they don't appear at first, simply double tap the area below the clock and date and they will show up. Not sure why, MIUI can be strange sometimes.
TO USE THE NEW CLOCKS
Updated 17.07: You have two choices here. 1: Install the themes as normal and the default analog clock will be themed to match the new MIUI clock style (minus the second hand). 2: Copy the attached zip file to your memory card, boot your phone into recovery mode and choose "Install zip from sdcard" > "Choose zip from sdcard". Select the file and the three clocks will be installed (to /system/media/gadget/clock). Reboot. Now when you go to add a new widget to your screen, choose the analog 2x2 clock and click the small button on the top right corner to choose a different layout. Note that you can only have one instance of the analog clock at a time, so remove your old one before adding a new colour.

Nice theme..! already liked your work on the samsung roms..
i am using adw launcher on miui.. when i hold down the background to let the option menu popup.. the letters are black.. this makes it harder to read them.. can you take a look at this..

you should change the dock to something else...this one is really ugly...I've found one yesterday which is amazing just the color need to be set to grey maybe...

I'm actually thinking of going for black text on green buttons... these black text issues are unfortunately very hard to predict and control since it's up to each app which font colours it uses. Thanks for the feedback!

Yes, changing the dock is high on my list of priorities. Lots still to do. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look at that Faenza dock.

I am trying to create a work-around for this, so please let me know if you run into this issue and the name of the app. I'll have to fix it on a per-app basis so your input will be most helpful.
