I can't flash or anything(get in 3 colour bootloader) for my P3600i.
I mean it is work but sometimes it hard reset by himself or freeze.
i just can get in USB or serial mode n write Ver.1.20 (with blank screen n just Serial or USB when i get in my cable)
radio ver.1.11
rom ver.1.11.00 WWE
So i decide to flash it.But when i want to get in bootloader mode,it freeze n hang.
n so when i run the ROMUpdateUtility.exe from [P3600i] HardSPL v1.1 files,just same result from anytype of this rom,when i try to flash
i must reset for it.
I had tried copy [P3600i] HardSPL v1.1 into memory card (SD or MMC) then run EnterBootloader.exe from P3600i explorer,just the same result.
Any idea?
i dont know what i must do anymore now.

Don't know what to say. I have a P3600 not a P3600i. And they are a bit different. Tried to enter in bootloader using: on/off button + camera + reset (presed with the stylus)?

I got stuck in bootloader (Tri-Color)screen with KAIS130 SPL-3.29.HArd i`m not able to boot the OS ... I have installed the
Dutty_s_WM6.1_Official_UC_5.2.19199_RTM__nocube with Radio 1.65.16.25,
i did the HardSPL and still i cannot boot the os cause of the bootloader..
Also i`m trying to 'boot' via mtty.exe but it says command error, it responds
only "task 8" but it stops and cannot write nothing else (device reboots in
bootloder mode)... Is there a way to make my kaiser work ? Cannt unlock
cant change the SPL.

i tried the file named RUU_Herald_DOPODASIA_WWE_1.7.707.3_02.69.90_Ship_ R.exe
although the process finished successfully but my device did not turned on until hard reset then stuck on the boot screen without any response
i get in the bootloader screen saying that
IPL 1.09.0001
SPL 4.10.Ynag
USB
allthough there is the USB indcator at the buttom but when trying to flash the original RUU it did not get the device info as the active sync is not green and the PC cannot identefy a new hardware!?
please could any one help with this situation ASAP
and if i want to restore my ipl to 4.xx

remove the battery from the device and allow up to 10 minutes
replace the battery and ensure that the device go to bootloader
reflash with an official ROM for your device

the device goes to bootloader, red-green-blue-white has a text:
DIAM100 64M
SPL-1.93.3.000
MicroP-Diam (LED) v11
PSOC-Diam STAGE_PVT 0x32
when I try to flash with an official ROM I receive ERROR [294]: INVALID VENDOR ID
when I try to flash HARD SPL, RADIO or Costum ROM i receive ERROR [262] :UPDATE ERROR
another problem i think is that in flashing process guide I update from Image file NONE to another version like in the picture below
It's there any solution? or my phone needs another motherboard

What are you using vista or W7 on your computer ??
i tried on xp and win 7
-> ERROR [262] : UPDATE ERROR
This error occurs during the CE ROM code upgrade process.
Solution: If this happens, you can just soft-reset the device and run RUU again. The update process will then continue.
Note: At this stage, the Wince is destroyed; instead, it is in upgrade mode.
-> ERROR [294] : INVALID VENDER ID
One of these error messages will appear when you use the wrong RUU to do the upgrade. RUU will check if the Model ID and Language ID are compatible with the device. Make sure you use the appropriate RUU tool to upgrade.

I am having Xperia X1 Black with factory installed Win Mo 6.1....so, now i wanted to try the Windows Mobile 6.5.3-Build- 29007. Can anyone help me with detailed procedure of installing new ROM on my X1.
I tried according to the procedure available in various post's. According to the procedure i need to first Hard SPL my phone. So, when i try doing that my progrees bar on the phone screen gets stuck at 0% and then i get a error that check the connection of the pc and phone.
In bootloader mode the configuration shown is as follows
KOVS110
SPL-0.78.0000
Micro P1-787
Micro P2-707
I even tried the direct SD card method in which i renamed the ROM file i.e RUU_signed.nbh to kovsimg.nbh...in this when i go to the bootloader mode, the tricolour screen shows with above mentioned specifications then after about few seconds another screen is displayed saying" LOADING..." and then gets stuck.
So, anybody can please help me with installing new ROM

look here for download the good Hard SPL and then replace the 0.78 in it, HARD SPL with cable / computer (I never use SD CARD because it never works for me)
then you TASK29 (find it in the forum), then you can flash it =)
