I have decided to make a NLD rom specially for use with SPB Shell. Well just have a look at the screenshots to know what i mean.

The main focus of this rom is to work with SPB shell but still sporting the 6.5
bottom bar.
This will be a first beta version, if u are not into testing stuff please donot install this ROM. It contains some bugs as i have seen and i will work on those.
Pretty sure u need SPL 1.56 to flash this and i have radio 1.17 installed.
If this thing makes ur phone blow up and u need plastic surgery? I will not be the one paying for it. So use it at ur own risk.

Hi guys,
After the installation the basic 6.5 screen commes up, it is advised to reboot the device. After that
the phone pin menu will poppup. Delete the voice shortcut in the windows startup drawer since it won't
work and just nags for missing stuff. You can then just disable the usuall windows today screen and install
SPB Shell 3.5. Don't use the MS comm manager for now but the SPB plugin. Other then that just get the cabs
and apps u want to install. I have seen that some apps like tomtom and SPB shell can only be installed into the system
partition, but the tomtom maps can be installed on the memmory card in my documents.

This is great idea.
I am now using PhamQuang V67 23420 with MS 3.5 and the blatant flaws. I have been looking around for a compatible rom and now there is even a dutch one. Will try it this weekend.

I tried your rom, It has the same problem with SPB as all roms i tried except B!ch0ns rom.
When you have a missed call, a missed call icon appears on the top task bar. However when you click on that, it doesn't take you to the missed call log, no matter how many times you click .
this is of course after installing mobile shell, otherwise it would work normally.
Hmmmm, not a stable ROM, what experience have other users?
Looking forward to the next build of this rom.
For now I am going to try PhamQuang V72 with Manila 2.1 instead.

Ok...there are many with manilla and all the htc goodies....I personally have gotten used to the plain ole sony version....so after awhile of looking around,reading..I finally decided to try to cook one up...I took the oem packages from the R3 rom which the rom master Itje was gracious enough to allow us to play with, the Kovsky Kitchen and the UK R1/R2 original roms...and put together a generic so to speak rom with some tweak programs etc.Will post it up in alil bit... Be kind...lol....
My purpose for this rom was to give the stock look, some added programs that are used all the time,speed,and full functionality.

Do you have the security settings disabled to where u can install uncertified programs? If you don't have that the configuration will just skip those cabs.

You know when u bought ur phone and u first installed a program it gave u a pop saying are u sure u want to install this program? If that is enabled then it won't auto install

If you don't like tf3d i'd suggest making a nice custom rom for spb mobile shell. Well if u don't like panels that is

I hate the panels.. If you look at my roms they are completely removed and i remap the panel button to a start button. Thats just me though. I'm tf3d and spb mobile shell lover
Well its up and running...have to figure out how to make the install faster by not using cabs...thats the next thing...most of the oem stuff from the r3 release is in it...growing panel etc...seems to be working fine. Will test abit more though...

Just use the package creater v.2.x that is provided in the "Tools" folder of the rom. Will save a lot of space

udK i just flashed your rom, I love it. I find it stable, and battery consumption is nice. I was torn between itje's new 6.5 and your rom, so I decided to give a reputable new cook of the X1 a try. And I like it! No bugs found yet, just one question, is there a way to add a PROGRAM tab in TF3D?

never tried udk before but this rom is very nice its like a mix between itje and jack put together hehe ...very nice!!
-first loading time was a bit more i think but after that everything seems nice, programs menu from tf2 is missing but i can live without it seeing as every icon on the programs folder has the new theme to it. also i would say you should take out the "G-Sensor" menu from settings (afaik xperia has no sensors?)
-new communications manager is nice i like it
-the font size is perfect
-speed is nice
-also everything is finger friendly 100%
-the link with facebook works but it doesnt seem to have the menu for it to work in the favourites?? ...i dunno maybe its me but i cant get it to work?
-how do i check on battery life better because the "power" is missing from settings??
-please tell me about this push page thing?? is it like rss feeds?
overall very good work its perfect as it is tbh nothing big although i will try and review a bit better in a bit just at work at the moment
EDIT: also when screen goes black ...i press the on button and it comes on and goes black and then comes on again... its ok i can live with it not bad thing but annoying lol. i will try a reset.
EDIT2: sorry boss lol ...when replying to a sms i just tap the message and the type box is not located in the correct position.

Welcome UDK, used your diamond roms before i switched to the X1, which is nice as i can keep using your roms!
I have to say this is a beta?! really? doesn't seem like it, its fine! i love it. 1 thing i like about it is that its 1 of the only roms that is using the normal htc black theme in tf3d2. All the other roms are using the new tmobile theme which i hate personally. Dont use the tmobile the udk!

Well, I have no problem to install office2007, but ppt-options only show squares, as it does on >settings >buttons >keylock.
No problem with the backlight found yet.
It´s nice - I like it.

If you dont mind can you please keep rom clean without useless applications like it is now unlike other roms.

1- Camera not Working
2- In Menu Windows Media Player (1), Help (1) and all those options having (1) seems to be useless because i think they are copy of original files
3- In Inbox theres a Message from "606" already Present and reappears everytime i delete it
4- when restart error of Handsfree.exe appears
5- Remote Desktop Mobile and WM5Menu are not working also HTC Network Wizard
6- In Buttons Menu (for Defining Hardware Buttons) under Settings there is extra unknown Lanuage Coming on right side of Up/Down Control.

I have a request for a ROM... WM6.1 with 2.1.19Manila, like in Valkyrie3.4.47Topaz and preferably the same drivers Agent uses. To me this would be a perfect ROM. Speed would be great, usability nice from new manila and working HTC volume slider.
Any other votes for a ROM like this? Obviously it's not worth Rotastrain's time to build a custom ROM for only one user, but if many people want it maybe.....

Great news! I sure do hope my active sync works with your roms, because with many new roms it doesn't anymore.
The only ones working right now are xannytech and mikenificent. From them I've heard it's all in the cooking, so I'm not worried at all for your result!

Just now I like u next works. Essential roms. I just flashed v1.08 on my blackstone some days ago and I continue to use it.
Maybe that u name essential roms as means as roms with a only and fews essential sw build-in?
I'm intriguided to know if next roms has always a PP setted to 32MB, but with more free memory ram avalaible.
Do u thinks also possibile (I look for v28206 or 23095) to set fully disable autorotation of all manila tabs, also album, audio and document?

Love your ROMS BTW, I'm using 1.08 ATM and it's great apart from internet connection sharing is not working for me.
Also I wonder if you would consider releasing a ROM without HTC messaing? Or an option to use MS as it's just so slow and the only part of the new roms that is bad.

First I would like to thank your MaryOne for the great ROM.
Really great ROM with great interface. I used the ROM 21889 with green bar and until now everything is working fine. no issues.
question: have you a cab for displaying the top and bottom bar for the Manilla?
