PPC wont go to sleep...

After an hard reset, i've re-installed my apps, nothing too demanding i like it slim.
What happens now is the PPC wont turn off by itself!
i've worked the power settings in the menu,
worked it on the registry following some post here, but no sucess...
every time I receive an sms or call the phone wakes up and the backlight goes off but the phone stays allways on!!
HELP!!!!

Can't turn off Kaiser

I know it sound weird, but my Kaiser can't be switched off anymore:
The device is set to turn itself off after 1 minute on batteries.
(Would not switch off automatically.)
When I press the on/off switch nothing happens.
When I press and hold the on/off switch, a dialog comes on that informs that the device will be switched off and unsave information might get lost.
But the "busy icon" for minutes comes on and the Kaiser does not switch off.
Pressing the stylus into the reset hole resets the device, but the problem remains the same.
Any ideas?

PS: I tried to search the forum intensively but I can't bring up useful threads.

Solution found
Looks as if I found how to cure the problem myself:
Everything else but TomTom 7,450 seemed to work on the machine.
TomTom hang when I tried to start it.
And using TomTom was the last thing I did yesterday.
So I tried to uninstall it.
But the WM uninstall hang as well while trying to remove it.
A Reset would not help here either.
So I manually deleted all files in the Navigator Directory
and did a reset.
Ran uninstall again. Then reset.
And from now the device was back to normal as far as the
on/off button is concerned. (YEPP!)
Reinstalled TomTom and all is back to normal as far as I can see.

My Kaiser doesn't want sleep!! ;(

this is the problem:
My Kaiser (Htc Tytn 2) doesn't want sleep! when I try to turn off it (pressing stand-by button for 3 second) it say me the classic things (lose works etc..), i tap "yes" and the screen turn off, also the telephone lose all signals... BUT if I open keyboard the screen turn on!! The same if I press stand-by button one time!
I think the problem sterted after i installed G-Alarm... now I tried uninstall it but i've the same problem...
I've also tried to reset all, and hard reset all... it work fine but when i restore my backup the problem is it!
I think there is something of wrong in the registry... but I don't know what!
please help me...

[Q] Can't turn X1 on!

hello! I dropped My x1 today, and I can't turn it on, I mean it turns on, the screens illuminates but nothing is displayed ... I can't' see multicolor screen when I press volume down+power buttons, I can't even Task29 or reflash it ... but when I turn it on without screen I can get calls but no answer because touchscreen or buttons wont work... can anyone help me? thanks!
EDIT: I think I can Task29 and reflash It I just had a battery problem so I couldnt keep the phone ON for long, but I dont have screen anyway... I had seen a thread with kind of this problem but cant find it :s

Buttons and their backlights working, the screen isnt. Can someone please helP?

The headline says it all, this morning it was working and i decided to turn off backlight and turn on the turn off screen option to 40 sec. and now the screen doesnt work and only the buttons and their blacklights.

nevermind screen does work but its really buggy, like a simple press would cause it to scroll a bit down but when i let it go it goes back to its previous location, like its stuck or something. I have been trying to flash it again but i cant get into the activesync option on the phone.

May i suggest a Hard Reset? Returning to factory settings could be a solution...
