Hello mga kababayan......filipino here in Australia......dami ko nang dinaanan na device......nde ako ma kuntento.....hehehe......current device is an XDA Trion (HERMES) and Dopod S301 (Strtrek)......pero binebenta ko yung hermes at the moment to get an ARTEMIS.......hehehe.....kamusta kayo jan!!!......dami palang mga pinoys dito

Imate JAM(charmer), Imate Jamin(prophet), Fujitsu Loox 720, at ngayon Fujitsu Loox N560... Im awaiting for my new Artemis.. at sana alang problema sa SD card corruption etc... Kung gusto nyo ng Tomtom 6.030.. hanap nyo lang post ko sa GENERAL topic....

hey, i'm waiting for my artemis din....hopefully i wont have the sd card corruption problem.....lahat na corrupt, gobyerno natin corrupt pati ba sd card corrupt?.....hehe.....

Helloy Pinoys!!! i grew up in saudi arabia and knew many philipinos! But there was one phone repair shop named Kabayan Mobile Repair and had a philipino guy that was a genius at repairing hardware damaged phones, the shop is now shut down but i just want to know, what does Kabayan mean?

really you grew up in saudi arabia and do not know what "kabayan" mean?
it is simply a Tagalog word denoting a general populace, which are Filipinos in the Philippines

sorry nde ko alam yan......yung xda trion ko (hermes) and all other devices i didnt need to setup anything....it connected automatically to my wifi network sa bahay and was able to go on the net using ppc....
also a question for those that are in philippines......magkano ang ASUS P535 jan? the one with built in GPS etc.....and saan pwede bumili?....can you give me the name of the shop and shopping centre please.....thanks

after the early death of my himalaya, i thought I better would buy a alpine now and got a new device today. Because I did not find any Qtek 2020i or MDA2i, I bought a XDAIIi, free for every card, but with O2 Logo in every menu.
...and I´m working as a salesman for Deutsche Telekom^^
Now I´m searching for a german rom....does anybody know, where I can get one?

there are some german Roms for the XDA2i. Just take a look onto the o2online.de site and search for Software+XDA2i. Or take the Rome from the MDA3. The XDA2i was never released by TMO.

Many of cooking experts have broken theyre devices, so they might can`t cook any new builds for our beloved device` that`s all` sorry if i made you sad.
The biggest problem to cook running WM6.5 for our device, because of the small memory.
Porting a running rom for blueangel is not easy at all. Maybe it is easier to change the .mui files to english. That would be the first time, to translate from german to english rom for sure! Normally it was the other way!
Do you mean that is our device can not live more time to install Windows Mobile 7?

It takes time to build roms, but it is not too hard to learn to do it by yourself!
At the moment there are not many cookers around here, who now how to build working 6.5 roms. But there are at least three different kitchen to port and cook yourself! The only thing missing is the man who dares to read and understand, how it works.
In most cases it is only a matter of time.
So, guys there is a record to beat: Three days after the first question about cooking, a fifteen year old boy released his first beta. mautz001 we are waiting for more.

The HTC Imagio is from the USA, not for sale in the netherlands, so no Dutch Rom.

is there anyone interested in participating in a SGS Stammtisch in the Munich area, where experiences and tips with ROMs, apps and MODs can being shared while sipping on a fresh beer? There is no English word for "stammtisch", that's why I am using the original one.
I've seen some folks here from Germany, maybe there are also some other Bavarians SGS freaks like me that think that the SGS still has a great potential and love the active community.
For a place I think we can decide something (also beergarden possible) once we know how many attendees we have and what is best for you. I think a minimum of 4 people would be good for a start.
So let me know if you are interested!
