I am the first time I install ROM on the device ((htc hd)) Is there a particular method or program to download it If im install the new rom can re-Roman origin of the device and in what way, And what is the way Roman install i must unpack the protection of the device I hope that the method is complete and well illustrated, thank you

I'm not sure if you intended it this way, but having large text comes across as rude as it looks like your shouting.
However, your query has been asked many times before. All you needed to do was follow the forum rules, read the wiki & use the search function.

As stated in above post, start with the Dummies Guide thread. It's a step-by-step guide on how to install a wm6.5 rom
As a word of advice, the top of each forum has a number of threads stuck, i.e. they remain top of forum. These are called Stickies and they provide useful guides, tutorials, information which are useful to all. If I where you I'd read each sticky in the HD Forums (this includes General, Themes & Apps forums). I'd also read the wiki for the HD and the forum rules. We ask all users to read and search before creating a new thread.
If you have any further queries regarding updating to wm6.5, please post these in the Dummies Guide thread.

the first step is to learn how to read the dozens of threads already open about this exact subject

you may need to create a profile on that forum in order to view that thread (not sure)
however - generally speaking, most devs post up a how-to in their own ROM thread so you should be able to follow their's specifically
