I understand you young and money is tight. we have all been there. My suggestion is to buy a couple of 16g ones and you are all good. What are you putting on it to need that much space? I have tomtom and it uses 2gig and 4 gigs of music (lets be honest, I will never listen to it all) and I still have 3 gigs left after apps are loaded on my 8 gig card.
Your choices are this: buy and try and see if it works or buy a couple of smaller ones that will do the job as well. Good luck and what ever you do I hope it works out.

Last time i ordered the msproduo cards and they were fake... said 8gb but were only 4gb... so i got a refund on those. Also if anyone knows some good deals on 16gb micro m2.

Sandisk told me it's for sale in Japan since January 2011 (this month) but so far I haven't seen it for sale anywhere and noone is importing it from there either. They assure me that card will definitely work, but I have not run a test on it since I can't get one.
I just saw an amazing tutorial from xda-developers how to upgrade HTC HD7's memory from 8GB to 32GB. I have SGS I9000 8GB version. THe only one I can get from Finland where I am studying now. I cannot help to think can we do it with our SGS? Does anyone know what kind of memory is used by SGS? Thanks in advance!

Thank you for replying! I was aware of that. However from Finland I can only get 16G microSD. Andwhen I begin to fill flacs into the card. It's getting full easily. So I was wondering if I could upgrade the internel SD card as well?

And for real ? Only 16GB in a country like Finland?
Ebay not good for memory cards. Too many fakes. Find a reputable website and order. I use mymemory uk, I don't know if they ship international but I can't believe for a second that 16GB is the maximum micro sdhc card you can get online in Finland. I use a 16GB one, the 32GB still a little expensive for me.

Even if it were changeable, would you want to risk voiding the warranty on your phone? You'd be better off paying a bounty to hack the USB port to be able to accept a USB memory stick..

At least I couldn't find them on the major supermarket. But I did check from a online eletronic store. They do have them with good 120+€ post cost extra 7€ xD
