[Updated 16.10] Resco Explorer Blue(M2D) and Black Skin Modification

this isn't anything special...
but i thought, if we're already having M2D stuff going on... i should have my resco explorer fit that as well..
and black is here as well
you should remember (!!!) that the colors in the screenshots are not exactly the same.. they are only webcolors. there's a wider variety of colors on your PDA Screen...

btw... to change the skins, put the skin file in your Resco Explorer/Skins directory and in resco explorer go to menu/options/customize/skin and choose your prefered skin.

i added a more Manila2D like blue colors skin in the first post.

i have a Resco Explorer 2008 BETA and there is no option to change the skin...I would love to have that black skin...thanks in advanced!

Firstly let me make clear that I have taken inspiration from SimpText by UltraLinx. I loved the idea he had created, very simple and minimalistic, however on my Desire the icons were just too small to be useful for me. Very kindly, UltraLinx also provided the PSD file he based his icons on. From this I amended the colours, the font, the size, as well as some more font options.
The end result is as follows:

It was only natural that if we were doing colors we should do pink and purple too.
Also, the pink theme is hotttt lol.

All the colors have been updated... Added more icons, almost all the requested ones are done, themed the camera in all of them, fixed the email dropdown, and touched up a few other dropdowns. Did some more work in red to eliminate some of the orange and pink, also made some corrections in white to fix hard to read text

OK Button missing
Great themes. Unfortunately, OK and Cancel buttons don't show up on my HTC One X (MIUI-2.8.20 IML74K).
