After messing with icons way too much, i came up with my own set and wanted to share it with you. Its free to use
i also supply a blank .PSD source template if you wanna make some with me.

IMHO, not talking about your artistic skills, but anyone who can compare any Linux desktop with an iphone (the latter, seen one, seen all of them), should be able to distinguish between an icon and an button.
I dislike those "button sets" that plague the market. Check out gnome or kde (oxygen) icon sets, please!

No, not more just that all the hype built up didn't particularly come to fruition. Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice set but it's something we have seen before and it doesn't really distinguish itself from other button style icons.
I just wanted to say that I love them but I hope you will considering releasing the psd for free, if your icons is going to be usefull we need more icons than you can produce yourself.

Without a doubt, some of your icons are very nice. And, I think you made the right decision to release the PSD for others to expand upon. However, the psd you released is basically unusable.
It's basically png images in a psd. There are no layer styles or anything else that can be copied to make new, consistent icons. Someone would have to recreate the template from scratch in order to develop this theme. What's the point of the psd?

oh for drizzys blur..i am waiting for his newest release before i even touch the keyboard. if things go as planned,he might drop his newest blur tonight.

Yea im using the MotoBlur rom, and it has the IME keys also...and when i say "floating keys" i just mean they would look like they are floating per the solid background that surrounds them would be transparent, example:
basically you would just be able to see the wallpaper/widgets behind the keys...

hmm i think i have an idea. is there any specific color you want for the transparency? gray? i dont think i can make the transparency completely clear.but idk we will see.. i think i know what i can do.

When you press each letter behind it becomes untransparent. This is fixed by switching between numbers and letters though. Also, it gets darker behind it so it's kind of cool to see what letters you press the most

HI everybody
This icons pack is for all the colleagues in the medical field, they can be used with Skyscape programs, Merck medicus.. and many other medical resources
I used Macromedia fireworks 8 to creat these icons, so I'm not sure if you open them with Photoshop, you'll be able to edit the icons as you wish
I'm not a professional designer as you might know, and I still can't figure out how to make the glare part identical to the background..instead I use an oval shape.. it works, but it would be very nice if some knows how to create the glare shape in Macromedia fireworks...
some of the artwork in my icons have been taken from free icons, mainly on Deviantart or someother website, and AFAIK, the artists did not mention anything about reusing their icons...
anyway, if you find anything that infiltrate your copyright, let me know, and I'll take the offensive icon right away

yeah, and if you have any icon in mind that is not here, let know the name of the medical program and preferably and icon or a screenshot, and I'll try to make it ASAP

actually there are
I put all my medical apps to folder and i think it would be great if the folder show some medical sign. I currently using the one from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=591754(in attachment) which actually for ebook. I prefer based on yellow folder icon as it would make it similar to other folder(multimedia, tools icon folder) but i think you will have the most attractive one
I also need a good microolap chm reader icon...well i'm using it for reading medical chm ebooks.

well, as I said in the main post, most of these stuff are from deviantart.com and I found some of the others using Google, not to mention that I made some from scratch
if you need any help with a particular icon, let me know, although I'll be away from home for a couple weeks, and working on my laptop is not very convenient

looks like another rendition of the simplistic psd's that were released.
To each their own, what u may find mundane another would describe as amazing. It doesn't have to have the most eye candy, but a well thought and flowing theme which in my opinion this does. Each person is entitled to their opinion and mine is that this is an amazing theme. Simple and clean.

So amazing for you is if I built my own launcher, clock and the whole Android UI?
Of course have I used other applications to skin, that's by far the easiest method.
And nothing is "stolen", it's made by hand - even the wallpaper is

@ Briix : first and foremost as i mentioned, it wasnt to stir anything up, as i will reiterate its just a matter of opinion and as i said in this case, i wasnt wowed. Now going forward and if in fact you'd like to be technical, no those works didnt wow me either. OH and never once did i mention that any of the items were stolen i simply said all items or something extremely similar can be found via the internuts.

this icon pack is going to be bigger than i thought, i hate that i want to offer people multiple options haha
more to come! many many many more, i am at 507 right now and I'm not even half way done haha. Suggest a color! ill take all the suggestions and whatever color is the most votes is what i make next. i am planning on making an app with all of the colors with about 1500+ icons for just a single color.(in different sizes because all phones can be different) I was going to make it for around .99 to 1.99, its a lot of work =/ . donations are welcome, i'll link you my paypal if you ask, it is also on the donate button next to my pic. trying to crank this out as fast as possible. hopefully this spring break i can get everything together. thanks!

These are great.....I have about a dozen apps (like Evernote) that you did not cover in your first pack and I am wondering how hard it is to get this done...I might give it a whirl...having all blue is really very cool. There seem to be so many apps that use green...anyway, would love to know how hard this is...

thanks for the feedback, if there is any apps you would like then put them down and ill post them and include them in my next pack.
it isn't very difficult, takes a lot of time. so far this next blue icon pack has 849 icons and counting, i am not even finished haha.
since i am rooted i have taken all my apks. copied them and zipped them, then put them on my desktop and changed all the .apk to .zip then went into GIMP and changed the colors on them. My first release just included the icons i thought looked good but since i want to give everyone a fair amount of options i have even gone into 20+ different varieties of one app (like settings, contacts, calendar, etc.)
I have been searching for blue icons like this for months. I love these so much! Thank You,Thank You, Thank You!!
Really enjoy these...very nice job!!!! Since you said you're opened to suggestions on color, I'm going to throw purple out there. I know it's probably not a highly suggested color but I can't seem to find any (at least that I like). Anyways nice job!!

I actually have a small amount of purple icons I made for my girlfriend. Ill post them when I get home.

Ive been skinning Beautiful Widget Clock for a little while now but never posted any on here. I really don't get any feedback except from the download count from Beautiful Widget. Sometimes it takes a few days for them to even post them so I thought id give the community a first look & chance to download before they get published. I have no problem with criticism & will even take requests if you have a idea. I like to go outside the box from the normal clocks as you will see. Most of my clocks are transparent backgrounds & 3d like images & numbers.
If you are looking for any of my other skins I am author Thermal Meltdown in the Beautiful Widget download list. I also have pics of all my clocks in my photo album.
I use a white wallpaper on my phone when taking screenshots. So the white you see behind clock is my wallpaper not part of the clock.

Gotta say never seen that done be4 I am a big gamer on steam a lot of the time killing floor is a sweet game to play flesh pounder guys keep you on your toes in that game . Our many other first person shooters . Looks bad ass man hope to see some more like that .

I assume you have the Beautiful Widget app installed since that's what these are for. If you do then just extract contents of zip to sdcard\data\beautifulwidgets\scskins\<name of zip file>

Sweet thanks man this kicks ass sweet to see some dead space or left 4 dead 2 games stuff like that was checking out your widget thing on market looks good .
Well I guess ill need to get it since I can't figure out how to get it to work without it.

Lol i wish it was my app on the market then I would have made some money. I just make skins for it when im bored, change my theme of my phone to something else or friends ask me to cook up one for them.

I'm sure there is a way to use it without the beautiful widget . Your clocks look grand man lol all you would need to do is make it work for aosp roms and sense lol there are a few devs that would help you . Great skill.

Are you talking about the weather widget at the top? Dont see a clock anywhere on that screen besides android time in upper right corner.
