Initial reactions... good, stable ..will report more on battery status... (i am on 2.12.50.02_2 radio)
been using it for 48 hours and it works fine no crashs. its stock tmo rom with out all the crap. so far i like it.

I think you will be pleased, I have tried many roms but this is the most stable rom that I have used and Wildchild has cooked no junk into this making it very customizable so you can add only the programs you need while maintaining full stability

There doe not seem to be to much of a change cosmetically but the time it takes to boot the first time you flash is much improved and the rom seems to be faster. The slider is very fast and smooth.

Ok now its my turn to give some feedback about 1024 tmous ROM
As i came from NRGZ ROMs...first few days it seems touch sensitivity is somewhat less for this ROM but now i am used to it... to be frank it is with everyone... we get used to our lovely smartphones the way they behave (maybe thats why we call them smartphones )... for me 768Mhz and 1024 overclocked Mhz processor seems same after some days use... Yes i do agree first few days u will feel it to be more snappier.
Apps wise - Very content as there are no T-mobile bloatwares
Suggestions (may be) - the folder structure should be more organized though... which i feel as i am coming from NRGZ ROMs
Over experience for the past couple of weeks - No hang up and battery wise decent... I am on 2.12.20.02_2 radio
I can install my choice of apps which is the good thing of the ROM

cool so far i like it
one issue i had with the alarm sound not working.
i could see that the alarm was going off but there was no sound.
it worked fine with stock Tmo rom previously
just tested it again worked fine... not sure if it was my mistake or a bug...
and also is there any issues with bsb tweaks and cookie home tab?
or any other apps?
it seems that i have an issue with a cookie home tab
right after i install it without changing any settings in the phone or cookie tab my phone screen stops working.

I have tried a LOT of the ROMs here over the past month. I've only been using this one for an hour or so now, but I will say this - IT IS BY FAR THE FASTEST ROM I have used thus far. My device is snappier than the day I bough it from T-Mobile. I will advise if I run into any bugs. Thus far, I've found none.

Looking good, one question, how to disable manila start menu all together?
Maybe i'm the only one here but i've been up and down your site and all it does is link u to a page with a name. No download link. Maybe I'm just missing the obvious here.

Apparently there has to be some sort of registration before we can download. Isn't this getting kinda redundant. You have to register on XDA to view the txt then u have register on another site to download the rom.. Just my personal opinion
Same here. Unless we need to register but if thats the case then i will not try it sorry but if everyone keeps on doing that we all have like 10 different acounts in 10 different sites to go. That makes no sense since all roms are posted here and then linked to other sites.

Nice ROM, pretty good speed and aesthetics. I changed the Start menu back to the 6.5 menu, but that's my personal preference.
A small request - is there a way to turn off the current 'task manager' where it puts the icons near the start menu icon? I'd like to just use the standard Task Manager.

How did u change the start menu back to 6.5? I cant find the option to do that?
Also wifi does not auto start after reset. Have to be turn on manually

I made this ROM for one reason only, i got one million requests on it.
This is a 100% stable and MAX TWEAKED Swedish ROM with WM 6.1 and original manila 2.1 with background on all pages built in and 4 icons in a row start menu. i included the most "wanted" applications.

i must say that i had been using the tmobie us rom and was happier with it that any 6.5 rom i have run. the one drawback, a big one, was the inability to turn the screen of while a media player was running without the sound turning off as well.
Mort, Nitrogen, S2P, all the good ones lost this functionality in the cooked 6.1 roms i tried, which was mind numbing because my old tmobile wing could do this and so could the original touch pro.
i have been all over this forum advocating for this and letting everyone hear about it, when i had the time, and have yet to see it addressed. i would cream in my pannts and donate to get this working... seriously!
and yes, i would love to see your rom(with the above mentioned functionality) in wwe!

You can turn off the screen while listening to music only if you have the headset plugged in. This way it will keep playing music.

thanks for the help but i tried this already. it seems to function only with the auidio manager which is a resource hog and does not play all file types. i need nitrogen, s2p, mortplayer and others(like coreplayer, if wanted) to have this functionality.
i have tried all regisrty edits i could find and no luck. this is/was a simple function that my old phones can do(wing, tp1).

you are not alone, I have the same problem. In 6.1 roms I can use for music playing with switch of screen with headset only the WM player. All other playaers, nitrogen, coreplayer and also the T3D player stop working if I switch the screen off.

I can get msn messenger and i'm usually on the computer throughout the day. I'm not sure if I can do ever couple hours of testing as i'm off and on the comp all day it might be possible. I'd be willing to help with what I can if needed.<< lmk and I'll set up a msn account.

Please post here all the concerns... haven't found any major bugs yet... Speed is awesome... very stable... memory consumption is very low at this point (sits around 39%~43%) with sense.... Touch sensitivity is really very good on this build... been testing all the the builds but this one is the best so far... not beta at all.

can't believe you just drop by to post a very nonsense comment... you might find yourself useful if you just shut up and didn't post at all... commenting on a thing that you haven't yet tried... this thread are for those who wants to beta-test only!!!
i would like to get into something like this , but to be honest i have only had my hd2 for awhile and still finding my way around .
at the moment im using the elegancia rom and really liking all the colour and all the little extras. but it is the only rom i have instaled

+1 sorry do not have the time to test, but from what you've mentioned, i'm looking forward to the final release and experience the speed on it, plus the touch screen sensitivity. Good luck guys and thanks wild child!

For those who want the Settings Icon
in start menu to redirect to Windows Settings Page....Heres the fix
Install cab....Then disable manila....hook up via activesync,
browse to \Windows\Start Menu\Programs (theres two of them) delete Settings.lnk....
reboot phone....enable manila...done.....Enjoy

Battery life is reported very good with at least 2 days without having to charge....
Memory is reported to be very good and recovers quickly....

ROM works great, no bugs to report. Everything works as it should. The only thing I changed was the HTC Messenger (I hate it, lol) and reverted back to the regular threaded windows messenger.
Specs;

TILT 2 is just for american ATT phone...this one is for the euro TOUCH PRO 2

Arcsoft is old style messaging client(from 2.1 builds)....HTC Messaging is new style (from 2.5 builds)

I don get it why do you need 4-5 threads for baiscly just 2 roms? Or just one rom with few modifications?
I'm missing a point here.
Sense 2.1
Isn't there a sense 2.1 version the same way as you have done under the AT&T thread?
"I" only have 2 threads with my releases...the old threads are the old threads....there is more then a couple modifications between the two roms....

can i request sense 2.1 version for euro version ive been running tilt 2 version on TMOUS with keyboard fix...its jus that i need a cleaner rom where there is not many services like PTT runing in background...sense 2.1 version of euro roms would be highly appriciated..
