So I assume everyone has seen the HTC commercials. This is what I want to know,is there a wallpaper that could change to look like a completely different one? For example when the guy on HTCs commercial scrolls to another screen the wallpaper changes,could we create a wallpaper that does this?

There is some overlap in the part of wallpaper used in adjacent home screens. Because of this, I don't think it's possible. Just my intuition, I could be wrong.

Hello all,
As a new user I'm apparently not allowed to post links at all until I'm verified. So that means you'll have to a little leg work to find some things if you're interested.
This is my customized phone. I used the same background in my blog; The icons I made in a roundabout way—Bobbyperux over at Deviantart, made a pretty all inclusive tutorial on how to make them. It even had a video. You'll need to know something about Photoshop and have a tiny bit of patience. I changed the font to futura and the color to white. Except for the android market, ha. Little color never hurt anyone. The phone is rooted, non-market apps are enabled, and I can sync to my itunes with ease. Mac user.
Anywho give it a whirl--the icon pack is called up to date icons.
Id like to change my icon set too. Do you have to be using launcherpro or can u change them on the stock TW?

The news widget is called buzz box-- its pretty nifty. You can choose from a ton of sources within the actual widget and it updates the news all day. I don't know how it effects battery life, but my captivate seems to be dealing with it just fine.

Yes, its LauncherPro. On the home screen I used Folder Organizer, as LauncherPro could can only change dock icons.
Lets say I have a folder with 20 abstract wallpapers in it... is there a way to have my phone use those wallpapers and cycle through them every 10 minutes or so?
I change my wallpaper too much and it would be very nice if there was an app or something that could do it for me.

Wow, right after I made this topic I found an app called wallpaper rotator. Seems to work ok, but it doesn't scale the wallpaper correctly.

Not an answer to your question, but you can use the Multipicture Live Wallpaper app and point it to any folder on your tablet. I like it because it makes the wallpaper cover the notification bar.
You can also set different wallpapers for different screens.

Im using multi picture wallpaper app mainly because the wallpapers that i like are too big for the screen & multi pic. WP resizes perfectly

So I'm trying to make a sort of interactive home screen and as such have a question see if anyone can help or has any ideas..
So far the tattoo changes with the date, the straw fills up or depletes with the battery but what I would really like to is change aspects of the picture so the bag of crisps if I have more SMS I would like more crisps to appear then when I've cleared them none be there. I can create the icons/images/bitmaps whatever they need to be but is there software, script or code I can edit to allow me to do this? Facial expressions from smiling to sad for the weather, maybe her clothes change to the weather.. Whatever it may be is there something I can do to get this to happen?
