hi im a bit of a noob when it comes rooting. i was wondering if anyone could anyone answer my questions?
1st question: does this include the suped user app?
2nd: can you use app2sd and is apps2sd an apk?
3rd: whats the chances of this bricking my phone?

just a quick question on rooting, if you have already upgraded the firmware of the dream to 1.5 before rooting is it still the same process or would it be the same process as the magic, i ask because the tut in the wiki is displaying for firmware 1.
i have the magic atm but my dad has the dream so about to root his phone

This is the developer's forum, you should ask all questions in the Q&A section...
The rooting process is the same, you have to downgrade to RC29 using the DREAIMG.nbh as stated in the tutorials.

I've been reading through the forums, but I can't find how to update my rooted Captivate with 2.2 to jellybean. I haven't use kies because I'm afraid of bricking because it is rooted.
Is there a link to upgrade to jellybean and then root it? Or a step by step on what to do from here to ??
