Hello all!
I've a Diamond with no branding and a contract with orange. i wish to use livetv. but this doesnt work because its missing the following two things
:
1. "User Agent String"
2. Newest PV Player for PPC
In the Orange-branded Diamonds is all there. Can someone with a branded Diamond export this two things an post it here?

j'ai change le user agent string comme ecrit dans le link de dgccrf, mais si je me connecte sur mobile.orange.ch e apris un click sur LiveTV je recieve un error technical.

You don't need pvplayer to watch media stream. On my Diamond i only use "standard HTC software".
The right useragent must be reconize by the orange web site to deliver the right content.
and the string is to find on the officially orange site?! haven't found anything and after a call to orange they told me: its not possible to view LiveTV over an unbrandet device, and basta....!!!

you just need to use the usergent of another "orange" WM 3g smartphone... You can search the orange useragent for a tytn 2 or a p3600...

Celle d'origine est pas mal , mais des fois pour l'envois de SMS il y a un bug qui est plutot enervant .
J'ai vu qu'il y'avait un fix sms et une nouvelle rom radio mais sa n'a pas marcher sur le mien .
Qu'avez a proposé les français ?

Le TP2 est un modèle récent et le HardSPL n'est meme pas encore disponible pour permettre le flashage. Normal qu'il n'y ai pas de rom, ni en FR ni en WWE.
Monx a publié quelques Tweak si ton TP2 est acheté sans operateur.
Effectivement mon téléphone a été acheter sans opérateur .

I'll also give a try to the SMS fix and also Radio Fix, no one can be installed on my french device (buy without any operator subvention, a direct box from HTC !)
A new ROM is available on HTC website.
The download is functional but appear only if you select another category first.
Exemple : Go to htc.com / Select Country Europe Home / Support / Touch Pro2 and Category Hotfix. Now one more time click in the category list and ROM appears.
For German ROM, a SN like ht95yllxxxxx (example : ht95yll01717) is accepted.
For French, ht96dllxxxxx
For WWE, ht968llxxxxx

Everyone talking about a French ROM and I desperate to change to an English one! I was wondering if I can upgrade to the new ROM tha is in Htc site, but in another language, like Portuguese for example... I just don't want to cook my phone for now, I'm to noob and the phone is to expensive, so I don't want to lose the waranty.

Si tu ne parles pas des Anglais ce site n'est pas la meilleure source d'information pour toi. Je comprends Francais, mais mes compétences d'écriture sont limitées .. alors, en Anglais:
Imho, due to the limited memory capacity of the Diamond it is not very handy to use Android as a "productive" OS with many apps.
Afaik, current Android ROMs for it do not include any NAND solutions either, so you need to run a kind of bootloader called haret.exe

Personally used Android on Diamond for a very short period long time ago. Just to see whether and how it works.

Yes, can handle apk like "normal/native" Android phone ... again difference is you need to start haret.exe first. Limitations due to screen size and memory size (as mentioned also from your French fellows if I understood the thread correctly )
Sorry to say, but if you have difficulties to understand my previous reply or the links enclosed you better not try to install unless you don't care the risk of bricking your Diamond ...

desimlcok and bootloader unlock are 2 differents things. The first one is about your provider, the second one about your phone. The provider can forbid the UB, but can not (in France) forbid the desimlock. If the param is set to no, there is no solution to unlock the BL
French version
Les deux sont differents : desimlocker permet de changer d'operateur et deverouiller le bootloader de maniper le telephone. le desimlockage est prevu par la loi, mais l'operateur peut interdire le deverouillage du BL. Si c'est à NO, alors il n'y a pas de solution.

All works great but when i unlock the phone when the phone is in Android auto or in hotspot in USB , i have a deconnection
Do you know why ? a parameter ? Because if the phone is all time unlock , no problem...

So, your screen is OFF, but Android Auto or Hotspot are ON. Now, if you unlock your phone, your internet connection goes offline somehow? What do you mean by unlock? Just a regular swipe-up or something else?

Hi
So if Android Auto is connected to my with the cable or if i share my internet ( hotspot) on my computer with the cable , yes when i swipe-up for go to my homescreen , Android auto stop automatically...and same for hotspot ! For unlock my screen , i use my fingerprint or the schema ! Other information : after unlock ( after pass fingerprint or schema) i have the sound on my windows 10 for the deconnection of USB and instantly the sound of connection !
Do you have an idea ?

So in french :

Par contre si mon téléphone à l'écran éteint , que j'appuie sur le bouton power pour allumer l'écran et que je le deverouille ( schéma ou capteur d'empreinte ) , la connexion USB se réinitialise...
Donc je perds Android Auto pendant plusieurs secondes le temps de la reconnexion , et pareil pour la partage de connexion ( sauf que je dois aller dans les paramètres pour l'activer de nouveau)
