I think that ROM It could also download from http://megaupload.com/?d=T1E09FDB

i m new to android
i have a samsung Tab p1000 with arbic (middle east ) rom ..v2.23
i need to change the language to asian (thai language)ROM
can anybody give me the link to download thai ROM
