what is "trackball in Succession"? - Nexus One Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi~
Sorry I'm not very good at English, I looked up "succession" in dictionary but still can't understand what does "trackball succession" mean, could anyone help please?
Thanks a lot!

It means your trackball will glow in different colors one after the other with multiple notifications rather than just getting one color over and over.
Example:
[Regular mode] You get a text message and an email at the same time = trackball glowing only blue. blue. blue. blue.
[Succession] You get a text message and an email at the same time = trackball glows blue for text, then red for email, then blue again, then red again, etc.

Theme Creates Dark Stripes in Text Messages?

I am having a little trouble figuring something out ... I have a theme file and I love it, but when I try to read my text messages, the theme makes the background of the text messages have dark colored lines that fade from right to left as the background and it's hard to read the messages. I can't seem to figure out what colors are causing this to change them to something lighter (or make it just a blank background). Any suggestions?
I'm using the AT&T Tilt with the purple theme found here:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=ATOM_BUNDLED_THEMES
Screenshot here:

When I click the individual messages, I get the basic white background and that's fine, but I really would rather have a white bg (or at least lighter purple stripes so I can read it easier) on the page that lists the text messages.
Search the forums for a program called 'RC Bar'. It will allow you to change the background color for the text messages, along with the color of most other things like the top & bottom bars, today text, start menu text, etc.
I had the same problem, all you need to do is change the theme and change it back. That should solve the problem.

[Q] how to change LED notification color ?

Can i change LED color with my custom color ?
like yellow for whatsapp.. blue for twitter
I use LED blink pro.. but it not work...
Thx
The light is red or green only so in short you can't.
HTC One only got 2 colors in their LED. And mainly green is use for notification. Red is for warning and such. And yes, like the above post said, you can't.

[Q] LED Colour

Hi
I am trying to work out why some of my notifications are RED rather than GREEN - e.g. Yahoo Mail is red, when it used to be green, and I can't find any settings to change this.
I am running ViperROM 2.1 with 4.2.2

[Q] Change green colour text box highlight ?

Just got hold of a M7 and got the latest update to Sense 6, I have changed the theme setting so blinkfeed is no longer green as a default colour, my question is when I am inputting text the predictive text box highlights green.
Is there away to change this?? green is really not my colour!
Cheers

Question Custom LED notification colour?

Hi, did anyone manage to change the colour of the notification LED? It seems to be flashing only green, no matter what the app setting is. For example, I assigned blue for Signal. Still blinking green.
Many thanks for your help.
I did some testing for you!
So I used an app called "Light Manager 2", available in the Play Store.
So, I went and tested a few colors. Purple, White, Blue, green, yellow, red and orange.
Purple, yellow, white and orange = Orange
Blue and green = Green
Red = Red
To me, it looks like the phone only have three available colors on it. That is orange (generally used for charging), red (low battery) and green (general notifications).
I hope that helps!
Tusen takk my friend. I suspected that, and I hope that Asus will make more colours available in the future. It is an RGB LED, so it should be possible. Or, maybe modpunk and derfelot will find a way to make it happen in their LOS!
Why do you think it's an RGB LED? In many cases it's RG only on some models. Rog3 is also RG on the front
On zentalk forum ASUS post it is not RGB Led so no more colors.
Hm I was under the impression, because it is one LED that is capable to blink in different colours (Green, Orange, Red).
