I am new here and I have question: how I can change english rom language to bosnian, croatian or serbian language on HTC Topaz???

I never tried it, but there is a file
Eastern__EU_Language_Localization_InterWrite_Diamond2_2.16.479.1
which seems to do the job.
There is somewhere here in the forum a thread about it. I have the file on my mirror.

On my device was (before any flashing) original 6.1 ROM Croatian (WinMo, and Manila 2.1 too), Slowenian, Serbian,Romanian,Bulgarian,etc...But on East European 6.5 WWE ROM i dont found.
Yes i would like have Croatian 6.5 with Manila 2.5

Yes, but i think this file havent croatian, bosnian or serbian language...have czech, slovakian, russian, poland,bulgarian, etc...

I had slovenian on 6.5
I never used slo language on topaz, if you have wm phone, it should be english!

Vidim da su komentari bili od ljudi koji su zainteresovani za ovakav rom pa sam odlucio da pisem na nama vise razumljv jezik.
Nesto sam razmisljao, mozda je glupo a mozda i nije: Ako u nekom romu postoje fajlovi u kojima je ispisano sve sto mobitel pokazuje na displayu, onda nekom logikom, ako bi uspjeli te fajlove izdvojiti iz roma i prevesti ih sa engleskog na neki od nama odgovarajucih jezika, bez mijenjanja strukture fajla i nakon toga, tako prevedene fajlove ponovo vratiti - spakovati u isti rom. Po nekoj logici to bi trebalo da radi.
Ja sam na ovakav nacin odradio neke PC programe i sa engleskog ih preveo na nas jezik....
Ne znam, sta vi mislite o tome i da li je uopste moguce nesto slicno odraditi na ovom rom-ovima...

Be good when you can maybe with our coockmaster NhatHoa contact make. Few hour ago he make Italian ROM...Maybe you and he both can make first croatian-serbian-bosnian language Topaz WM 6.5 ROM. I will be first tester
P.S. Inače nije preporučljivo postati na domicilnim jezicima, isključivo je engleski u pravilima foruma, ali ajde valjda će moderator oprostiti...i drugi se znaju zalaufati na svojim jezicima (deutsch, france, portuges, itd.)

Suweydan and I started working on a WM6.5 ROM with Serbian Manila translation.
In another thread somewhere here I found Manila files in Serbian language, but they are for an older version of Manila.
Here is the current status:
I will keep you updated about the progress.
At the end, I want to share the kitchen, so that you can adapt the ROM to your personal needs.
Base ROM is a 2.18 version with 21889 SYS/XIP and a mix of 21869 and 21881 EXT. Manila version is Manila 2.1 19213017.1

No news about the Radio. Seems I will not get the free unlocker

Unfortunately, yesterday I sold my HTC Topaz to my friend, so I cant testing this ROM on my phone. In next few days I will buy another ( new one ) HTC Topaz and cant wait to test this ROM.

Please check the translations and the other functions of the ROM.
I don't expect any problems with the ROM itself, as it is based on my personal ROM and should be ok.
Not sure about the differences between Croatian - Bosnian and Serbian language. Do you need separate ROM for Serbian and Croatian?
Once I got some feedback I will release both ROMs and the kitchen.

Not Big difference between croatian, bosnian and serbian language....differente is like between UK english, USA english and Australian english
Downloading of course, from BeeGee_Tokyo ftp, but i will testing later, when i will have time, not today because begin work week...

I'm happy you like it!
You can activate the panel just pressing the X Panel Key and the go on the bottom right icon, there you can add the panel to the standard one. After you added it just go back to the previous Panel windows and press it.
Puoi attivare il pannello premendo il tasto X Panel e dalla schermata che esce premi l'icona in basso a destra (quella delel impostazioni). Li clicchi su uno dei pannelli vuoti e nella schermata seguente scegli SPB Mobile Shell. Poi torni sulla selezione pannelli e clicchi sul pannello che hai appena aggiunto.
Con questo panelmanager (che è quello ufficiale per X1) non è possibile attivare l'avvio automatico del pannello scelto. Nelle prossime rom vedrò di integrare il Panel Manager del X2 così da avere anche questa opzione.

Just added the screenshots. At this moment I can't retrieve free ram, I'll add these informations in future releases.
I haven't added nodata to the ROM because I have a flat internet connection and I use NoDataInRoaming just to don't let the phone connecting when in roaming....

Io sto aspettando da mesi una bella versione con 6.5.3 e magari anche il manila 2.5 estratto dal topaz (che è più leggero di quello estratto dall'hd2 visto che il topaz ha una cpu meno potente)... finalmente un cuoco italiano *__* vieni a farti un giretto su hdblog, c'è una sezione apposta per l'X1, così entri a far parte della nostra community

First issue maybe is dued to the SMS Lag Fix, I'll try to fix it in the next release.... for the second one I don't know.... it seems showing correctly the BT icon on my X1..... I'll try to investigate it...

Maybe I found what's my issue with bt icon. As far as I discovered, bt icon is an htc dialer characteristic, not a basic wm one. I've installed X2 dialer and that's could be the reason (remember: X1 should be a htc derived phone, while X2 isn't)

Bár angolul használtam mindig, várom a magyar verziót!!! Sokat segíteni nem tudok, de tesztelni mindenképpen fogom! Köszönöm!

Sajnos angolul nem tudok ezért a fordításban nem tudok segíteni viszont nagyon szivesen tesztelem.
Energy.XPERIA.23563.Sense2.5.MaxManila romot használok a főképernyő, a comm manager és az advanced network fordítása jól működik.
Az ékezet hibákon kivül nem találtam hibát.
Csak így tovább várom a többi tesztelni valót.

gondolkozok rajta de nehez csak azt elnezve hogy a tobbiek akik "fozocskeznek" mindig valakinek valami nem tetszik valoszinu azert egy referencia rom ot osszerantok...

Persze, elégedetlenek mindig lesznek, mert azt a legkönnyebb, de néhányan már biztosan vagyunk akik elégedetten próbálnánk ki a referenciát!

Grat a projecthez! Ezt én is eljátszottam Artemisre, fél éves fordítás és ezt kaptam: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=546805
A konyhámat megtalálod a linken, így a 'mui' fájlokat is felhasználhatod szabadon, én is tervezem, hogy elkészítem a fordítást Xperiára, de sajnos nincs rá időm. A SYS fájlokat biztosan feltudod használni, a rendszer 100%osan magyar és stabil
Tipp: az elkészült mui fájlokból készíts .cab telepítőfájlt.
Tipp2: próbálkozz a teljes rendszer fordításával (szóval rendesen hivatkozz a 040E-s language kódra) és készíts 40E-s muikat mint én tettem az Artemis esetében. Mindezt egy konyhában tudod jól összehozni, ott látod, hogy mely fájlok és registry bejegyzések a változók.

Sorry about this, please just read the first post, we only want to make a rom in our language (hungarian) but we dont have too much supporters who speaks english well and the hungarian forums are weak. This is a famous site in our country, so it would be good, if we can talk in hungarian in this topic.

There is no point to use english (no offence but you can use a hungarian translation just like i can use a chinese or spanish?)
this project is for hungarian speak people. i dont just go and writing hungarian everywhere around in the forum only here... so there is no "mess"....
there is very little or no hungarian support for WM6.5 traslation around, more fewer who fluent english (they not need to be translated) and more fewer even who willing to start a project like that and take it to public even if is containing errors. so please lets not speak further about mess.

Probaltam a problema az hogy az arte nem wvga megcsak nem is vga es wm 6.1 nem wm 6.5.4 a 6.1 es sys csomaggal egyaltalan nem muxik probaltam a legkozelebb a diamond van ahoz van teljes csomagom de instabil az x1 en meg akkor is ha az eredeti se rom ot hasznalom.

A képernyőeltérés nem okoz problémát, ugyanis a mui fájlok felbntástól függetlenül működnek. Még a DPI_96os mappában lévő registry stringeket is feltudod használni, gyak. 1:1ben átportolható, csak sok idő ellenőrizni a 28005 és az újabb buildek közti különbségeket (mert ugye fejlesztenek/módosítanak így a változás helyenként rossz fordítást vagy hiányt jelenthet). Ezt ugye tovább bonyolítja h minden fájlt recmodolni, majd reversemodolni kell.
Ne feledd a registry értékeket!! Azok is fontosak, azok hivatkoznak a 040E-s fájlokra!

Tipp: ne foglalkozz semmilyen más fájllal csak amik a 040E-es mappákban vannak. Persze a fájlverziók eltérőek lehetnek, ha van rá időd nézd át az összes stringet.

A napokban elkeszitem a romomat magyar nyelvre igy erdemes lesz betekintgetni a topicomba. Termeszetesen ide is belinkelem, ha kesz lesz. A romomat egyelore csak az ide is feltoltott (Lite) valtozatban tervezem elkesziteni.

Most nem kapcsol be!
Egy tengeri hajón voltam, ahol a zsebemben volt és víz érte! Ez nem okozott gondot, mert közben működött. Pár órával később, mivel az egyik sim kártyán nem volt szerviz, újraindítottam, de sajnos nem kapcsolt vissza! Szétszedtem a telefont és nem került bele víz!
A számítógéphez csatlakoztatva a Companion látja, de azt írja, hogy zárva van.
Már próbáltam visszaállítani az ajánlás szerint, de mindig hibát jelez folyamat közben. A neten keresgélek, hogyan lehet újra feltölteni egy programot az UART portra! Nem találom az UART portot a telefonon!
Valószínűleg a PCB-n van valahol, de nem találok képet vagy leírást, hogy hol van.
Azt szeretném kérdezni, hátha tud valaki segíteni!
