Where to buy HTC Kaiser

Hi! I'm interested to buy the new HTC Tytn II which is still not locally available here in the Philippines. The only option I have right now is to purchase it online and have it shipped here. I'm a little bit concerned though because this is a fairly expensive device and I do not want to end up being scammed by some bogus online site. I hope someone can give me a recommendation based on past experience from an online retailer.
Also, does anyone know if HTC has worldwide support/ warranty for their products regardless where it was purchased?

Just got one in Hong Kong, the price is HKD$ 6000.
I don't think the HTC will provide worldwide warranty.

but according to the people here you can get the unlock code through some websites for a low price

But as i can find out from internet , they are able to deliver only after nov 8th or so...yea actually i want UK unlocked device so that there will be no problem in useing it here in india

Is there anybody who will pick up my package in USA and send it further to Poland by courier? I'll do all payments also including the cost of shipping package to Poland.
And if you agree with this proposition, I can give a small fee (15-20$). It's not sure yet, because my friend are going to USA and he can take it back too.
Also, for your info, I'll buy it in end of January/beginning of February
