i fixed Titanium Weather Full Screen for WVGA 480x800
Its based on the original qwvga 240x400 by joža&slovenec88
To get this to work, follow this steps:
-- Download my Zipfile.: SV0911 TITANIUM FULL SCREEN WEATHER CAB & FULLSCREENFOLDER
(Containing the default weatherimages from my first vers. which you can see below this post)

Updated cab with improved mscr and config.ini Now its running even more smoother and faster...!!!
-- No need to have TitaniumWeather installed (complete installation/including also mortscript.exe)..
-- Disable first default Titanium today screen (Samsung Settings: Items on Today: Windows Default)
-- Install the cab (TitaniumWeather_new_SVi_8000.cab) to MAIN MEMORY!
-- Copy the attached "Fullscreen"-folder manually to: "My Storage"..!!.
-- Make sure you have already installed sdkcertsnew2015..!!!! (if not, below this post you will find it to download..)
-- Softreset device..
-- Enable Windows Default.. (Samsung Settings: Items on Today: Windows Default)
-- Tap onto TitaniumWeather plugin to normally update..

Look on the Accuweathersite, the ADDRESS BAR`s "url" there's the location code, copy and paste it in
Titaniumweather Setup Options.. For example the code i´m using is: EURlDElGM001lBaden-baden
Tap on Save/Exit: Exit and run full update..

Attention:
The "default" weatherimages has just been modificated by myself (higher quality WVGA and now also with my own new nightcoloured version of the images for you to choose from...!! But all credits for the default images belongs to the person which created them..!!!) All other imageversions/themes like "Burning Sun" and the other ones are created by me.......
I take no responsibility for any conflict, fault, or damage caused by installing this cab!.

jlito: Using SPlugin_480_800.cpr
this is what happened in my case:
Since I'm using the stock rom, everytime I install a standard titanium panel I have to copy its cpr settings from the Titanium_480x800.cpr file to the SPlugin_480_800.cpr. When I first copied this file I failed to notice that at the begining of the file there is a line* referencing the titaniumweather fullscreen configuration (besides the entire titatniumweather section). After I copied this line from one file to the other everything worked like a charm...

It calls google translate web page and retrieve the first google translation...
For you to know, if you wanna change the language of translations, it is so simple, you have only to change the line nr 545:

with the language you want... for example

for german online google translations...

the dev. "WoVw" has send me the soulution for it..!!
Here his message:
Yes, google has changed his translation page... so old function doesn't found the "text translated" into the page.
I've modified the function in similar way like you, using this time mobile version of google translation page (maybe less Kbs to download).
Adding to this, I've add a .ini file management, so a translation done with google is saved into an ini file... At The next Weather update, no google querying, so now is very very very fast. (The ini is automatic created and populated during the use... and you can manually modify the translations into the ini, if you don't like google translation results...)
This is the new actual function I'm using... working very well (till now... I hope google don't change translation html page every 15 days :-D)
Sv0911, my master, if you want, you can modify the first page of this thread...

- Backup old LS_LockSceen_480x800 (you find it in \windows)
- Take TotalCommander or RescoExplorer and overwrite this file with the one from attachment
- Softreset!

Just replace the Fullscreen-Folder on your device...!! (But first make a copy of the default
ones so you can change it back everytime you want to....)

Hi daleylay,
after i tried allmost every todayskin on my rom (the default ones.., spb, manila, wad and many more..)
i decieded to use titanium. For me it is fast, it needs not much ram... and it looks cool..
It also feels for me that it is running faster than samsung widget.
The other today skins are absolutly amazing but i like Titanium..
As i wrote in post #5 i fixed my own theme/skin of this through changing the cpr, bronzers.dll... but i´m still
working on it by fun.. (fixing the icons etc.)
It´s originaly based on "Titanium Shadow Neo Skin" in QVGA/WQVGA 240x400 by greatbal
and then ported to the Omnia by "blazingwolf" on modaco.com for wvga 480x800.

Another thing that I had done before this was to add a "\" before the My Storage\Fullscreen parameter by editing the mscr, although I dont know if this influenced anything or not, so mine looks like this:

Actually the slovenec88s cab is for 240x400 and will not work correctly on 480x800 thats why i started this thread.
Please try with a clean install with the cab from this thread with the instructions from my first post...!!!

THE IMAGES WILL BE PLACED ON: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY STORAGE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To get this to work follow exactly the steps below:
Step 1:
Download the theme you like (my created transparent images) below this post:
The zipfile contains a folder called: s2u2Fullscreen
- Place this folder on your: "My Storage"
Step 2:
Download from here the zipfile called:
"S2U2 TitaniumWeather SV0911 Full Screen on my Storage" below this post..!!
In the zipfile you will find 2 files: "config.ini" and "TitaniumWeather.mscr"
--- Put/overwrite this files in:---- Main device/program files/titaniumweather
because Titanium Weather contains the mscr for the Titanium Full Screenweather..!!
Make for sure a softreset..!!
Then just make a usual update on your titanium weather...!!
Attention: You must follow exactly this steps and place the files like above described...!!

If you like to use the default images you already have then create manually a folder on
your "My Storage" called: "s2u2Fullscreen"
Cut out all the weatherimages from main device/s2u2/gfx/weather called: 1.png - 44.png
and place them into your new folder on: "My Storage" called: s2u2Fullscreen
But of course you have to download the zipfile called:
"S2U2 TitaniumWeather SV0911 Full Screen on my Storage" below this post..!!
and also follow Step 2..!!!!!

EDIT:
To get this to work you have to make a clean install..!!
What i mean is that if you already have s2u2 on your rom, please deinstall and make a softreset.
Install it on: "Main Device"
I checked and tested the cab several times on different roms..! On the tests and also now on my phone,
S2U2 is running smooth and fast. I inserted also the Languagefiles and Dinik Anastasias Clock and Slider.. The Slider is already by default in use..!! To get the Anastasiaclock on your screen you have to choose in S2U Settings the clockD.
I always choose also in s2u2 advanced settings the diplay graficmodus RawBuffer so it get´s
more power.. but thats up to you. For further information and discription look at s2u2´s

But of course you have to download the zipfile called:

The S2U2 Version 2.42 has been released 19. July 2010..!!!!
The "nightcoloured" weatherimages are based on default weatherimages which i found somwhere on the net, but the default ones where looking pretty simple and in my eyes not realy nice.. They also didn´t fit at all on my WVGA Screen, so i modificated them completly. So, all credits for the default images belongs to the person which created them in the first place..!!! All other images are completly created by myself..!!!

also to: d_i_n_i_k for his amazing Anastasia themes and features
and at least to the creators of the wallpapers i found somewhere on the net (maybe from deviant art..!)

Because of the very high quality of the images their size is up to allmost more than 2 MB therefore it can take a few seconds at least after updating titanium weather that the image appears on the Lockscreen, depending on the imagesize..!!!
I checked this for at least 10 or 20 times and for about 2 days..!!! For me,... it´s working..!!!!!!

Regarding to them..:
Using the s2u2 Fullscreen themes for the "NeoMix Dark" skin will not work because the images
for s2u2 are in a totaly different resolution than for example the titanium fullscreen themes..!
You can use of course S2U2 USER WEATHER FULL SCREEN together with the NeoMix Dark Skin
which uses my other weather themes..! Btw. It looks great to use for example 2 different themes.. B)

There you can use the small blue arrows to look for the folder which contains your
wallpapers... Just tap on the choosed one and set it as portrait...
If you like to have the slider centered like on my screenshots choose:
- Appearance
> change Slider Position, set to: Center
and the rest you see by yourself...

Included My Location feature based on Sleuth´s myLocation Service, and Google Latitude location, to get the weather of the location where you are!
What can IPTWeather exactly do?
- It displays current temperature (and RealFeel®) and current weather in iPhoneToday as an icon
- By taping on an icon well configured in iPhoneToday, you can display up to 5 days forecast (day and night forecasts). For day forecasts, it displays the higher temperature and RealFeel® higher temperature, and for night forecast, it displays the lower temperature and RealFeel® lower temperature

I am trying to make it work on my Omnia i900L, but the weather image does not show up in S2U2, just the weather info. Could the problem be that My Storage on my ROM is Mi Memoria?

Yes i think it´s only because of "Mi Memoria", you just have to
edit (with usual texteditor) the config.ini with the device/devicename
you are using.. then it should work fine..!! On my thread on modaco there also some spanish friends who are using it with spanish language roms without any problem... In the version before this release i had no config.ini in it and it was allways a little annoying for the users to edit the mscr.. because of other language a.s.o... but a good friend here on xda (michoob) helped me to improve the mscr and his great idea to using it with a config.ini Now it´s also working even more smoother and faster...The last time a good friend of mine on my other thread had a little problem to get it running and after we found the issue (he is a really great cook for i900 & the i8000) we laughed a lot because this old crack had just installed the wrong version, you now QWVGA 240x400 & WVGA 480x800... I will just mention it..

How to change the background:

The idea, impulse and the driving force behind this all for creating this skin and most of the work goes to bol422

This skin is very different from its predecessors.
Both in terms of graphics, as well as in the work plan.
How it works:
Here we have used the notification system for displaying information on the tabs.
Scripts do not always hang at startup, and is only triggered when there is a right for their launch event in the system.
In this assembly on the principle of work:
Hours: The script will only work once a minute to update the graphics.
Alarm clock: alarm clock icon changes immediately after the application settings.
Connection manager: status icons.
Tab Nitrogen: change of name, artist and length songs on its end and the beginning of a new one.
Tab notification: (a separate plugin, not the system. See screenshots below.) Display information about missed calls, incoming SMS and email. mail, with the ability to make a call to the last missed number tap on icons in the scroll bar. In the absence of a missed call icon and text information about the caller.
Types:

Installation:
It is advisable to put on a clean device.
If before that was one of the older versions NeoMix, and XP do not want

QVGA version is a little later.
I tried to download the WQVGA version for non EN ROM`s twice, but everytime the cab is damaged.

Nice:::: but clock icon does not light up when alarm is set and cannot get lzcontacts to work , I can select , rename ,photo but cannot link it to dail when contact is selected ..thank you
When I go to each 'tab', i can't activate anything. So, when I go to contacts nothing happens when i press my contacts photo. The same for apps and pictures. I'm also not seeing the music player like it shows in the screenshots in the first post. Finally, how do you move the bar from one side of the screen to the other?

For me: Can not on/off wifi, BT via FSmenu, vibrate, alarm etc. works well.
Can not add contact from sim (idk if it should be possible)

Themes: 4 variants
Themes Black, White, Wood, Titan.
The default theme is Black. All themes are designed in one style.
For each theme, there is already preinstalled wallpaper (portrait - landscape) are in the folder: \ Program Files \ Neo Mix \ Wallpaper \. If you change the order, change and wallpaper. Fully updated plugin for news.
Loads of times any three selected tapes RSS. Now updated with only the added tape on either side. Added ability to select a browser to view the full news (two options: choose from the list or choose the path to the browser. The default is Internet Explorer). In the 4 different ways with the standard setup: UCWEB Browser, Opera Mini, Opera Mobile 10 and Internet Explorer as well as ways to Storave Card and My Storage for (Opera Mobile 10, Opera Mini and UCWEB Browser).
To add a browser to the list, click the Browser. txt in the folder Program Files \ Neo Mix \ RSS and type it in there for such a pattern: Name | Path. An all-new plugin based on the weather program BSWeather.
Extended Forecast for three pages (the current weather forecast for five days - nights).
Added auto-update. The default setting is at 7 am, but disabled. Time auto-update menu is written in this format: 7, 12, 18, 23. It is a comma hours without minutes. Supports full-screen wallpaper weather (portrait - landscape).
