Extracting ringtones, notification sounds from the watch?

Hello everybody
Is it possible to extract the ringtones and notification sounds from the watch so that they could be used on the phone? I tried downloading a few firmware files I found here, but was unable to find a way to extract them on my Mac to study them more closely. So if anyone knows anything about this subject, I would be grateful if they'd share their knowledge.
I figured it out. In case anyone is interested, here they are:
File on MEGA
