Listen music from nokia bluetooth hedset - myTouch 3G, Magic Accessories

Can i Listen music usin nokia bH-104? I can talk trough them but if i want to listem music, phone playing on the speaker. I have android 2.1 with sense.

It's a mono headphone, so it won't be able to play music. You need stereo headphones for that.

I dont understand why if the phone plays through only one speaker (mono) then why isnt it possible to play the music through only one BT ear piece. There must be some way. When I played music a lot through my phone and had my BT hooked up... sometimes the music would keep playing through my BT while i was answering a call. Although this was a glitch, it shouldn't be too hard for a software engineer to figure out how to let it play through the BT any time.

The Bh-104 doesn't have the Bluetooth profile to support music (A2DP).

The Nokia BH-104 is mainly used for voice calls. It will not support listening to music. You need to look for a headset that support (A2DP), perhaps the BH-103 or BH-214

It supports music play, but the quality is very very poor ... I have a nokia bh-207 and it works ...

Just FYI, I bought the Samsung WEP870 awhile ago on a deal, and it works great for music. Especially since it comes with bluetooth in-ear headphones!

I have a Nokia Stereo Bluetooth Headset, and it´s going

nokia bh-503 works pefect

Yes there is a way!

Is there a way to use bluetooth as headset?

I have been trying to use my bluetooth headset to play music from my phone into the headset. and it just doesnt work... is there a setting or a way to make my headset play music via the headset?
????
what kind of headset...mono ...one ear????
You need to be using an A2DP-enabled headset like the Plantronics Voyager 855.
or use this program. when enabled it redirects sound from phone to bluetooth headset. works fine if you just want something to listen to. it is not full stereo quality. but its pretty useful!
cool
thanks icewhitenewyear, exactly what I have been looking for saved me buying a new headset, nice one

music using your bluetooth

i use to have a wizard then i bought a tilt. this software works great when i wanna listen to music or watch a movie on my wizard and listen thru my bt. i installed it in my tilt and it also works. if ur like me with a portable bt speaker, this would work perfect instead of looking for a speaker cable converter.
ENJOY...
what does it do exactly ?
its basically using ur bluetooth headset as a music headset. you and listen thru ur bluetooth. even watch movies on ur phone and listen thru ur bluetooth also. i bought a bluetooth speaker from walmart so now my phone is my mp3 player at work.
You mean an A2DP speaker/headset, or a standard mono eyepiece? You don't need a program to use an A2DP device, it's right in the BT settings.
i'm talking bout the bluetooth earpiece you use when your calling somebody. u can use it as a regular earpiece for ur music and movies.

Music via Bluetooth Headset

Hi!
Im using Plantronics Explorer 220 bluetooth headset without A2DP audio... im looking for application which will provide listening to music via bluetooth without A2DP. Many apps which ive found are not working unfortunately what apps are you using ppl?

My god man, how can you listen to music through only one ear! Does it cause you to walk around it circles?
Why not get a real stereo headset? (http://www.amazon.com/Sony-Ericsson-Bluetooth-Headset-HBH-DS970/dp/B000H3Z2K8)
Meantime I believe that Conduits' PocketPlayer will do this for you (http://www.conduits.com/products/player/):
Support for Bluetooth stereo headphones (A2DP), buttons (AVRCP), and mono headsets (Audio Gateway)!

Maybe
I have Motorola S9 BT and the music pauses ever 15/20 seconds. I used the S9s with a Touch before the Diamond with no problems and worked great but with the Diamond it sucks.

I'll take a stab at it. Bluetooth supports certain profiles. If you have a simple "Hands Free" headset, it may or may not produce music. I have Stereo BT headphones that function as a hands free headset (it also has a mic) as well as headphones for music. However I also have a low cost Motorola single ear loop and it only works for phone calls.
I think the type of headset you are looking for supports A2DP.
Or I might be completely wrong.

Sound won't play for movies?

I have an HTC HD7 phone, and a Jawbone ERA Bluetooth headset. I can connect the headset fine, and listen to music just fine. Problem is when a movie opens up the sound will only play through speakers . Anybody know if there are any settings to change this or they ate so proud of their speakers you have to listen to them with no other option?
Best regards,

ive been trying to find that out myself
It is a known bug throughout all WP7 phones I believe. Bluetooth headphones do not broadcast audio during videos but corded headphones work fine.
It's a sync issue, apparently. Getting the video and audio to sync correctly over bluetooth is apparently difficult enough that MS decided it was better to just not support it that to do it poorly. Wired headphones work, though.
ridiculous
i truly love my hd7, however it is ridiculous that ms cannot get the bluetooth vid audio issue fixed....it can be done on android, it can be done s60 what is the problem....i'm kind of irritated about this....i enjoy watching my video podcasts when commuting and was stunned when i figured this out after purchasing my backbeat headset....very, very weak....
