Just thought I would share hoey2011's naked white theme that I ported to 2.2
Simply replace this .apk with your swype.apk under system/app using root explorer

... I'm confused. Is this any different than the naked swype mm file that he had before? If no, mm files are fairly universal, hence why I mm my swype and am running it on my froyo. Once you mm the swype apk, you reboot you phone (as swype has changed and will not show up as an option), long press a text field, select input method, then swype, then tap said text box and your swype is themed... just like always...

{Theme} Honeycomb DJ05 V1

*I'm not responsible for anything you do to your phone*
heres a honeycomb theme from the honeycomb system dump released yesterday (im assuming its the moto xoom or something)...this isnt final as there are multiple data/signal icons in there and i have yet to see a screenshot of the final version...all the xoom ones out there dont show them all.
yes, its a lot like gb...essentially all the cool icons in the system dump are for features that we dont have in 2.1/2.2/2.3...so its mostly just different wifi/data/signal icons...and a cooler deskclock.apk
*This is for DJ05* has reboot/acc battery
credit:
retrokid223 for the og gb theme framework and several apps as it was easy just to take his theme and add the new icons to it then rename from scratch

[Q]MetaMorph-USB Connected Androids v1.0

I found this morph and wanted to apply it. I checked out the XML file and from what i can see it points to the right location. I have tried to run twice now and it does not accept my changes.
If someone can tell me what i am missing that would be great.
Here is the original link with the morph. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=745748&page=2
Again, I take no credit for this work, just found the link and really liked the images.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I got it to work instead by pulling the framework-res.apk and then pushing it back on

That's a cool image, what process did you use to embed it within that file?

I booted into recovery.
From my computer ran: adb pull /system/framework/frame-res.apk
Then used 7zip and placed the images into the res\drawable-hdpi and into the res\drawable-hdpi-v4 (This second folder was why it was not working with metamorph, i suppose if i added it to the xml file in metamorph it could be used.)
once i added the images to metamorph I ran: adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework/framework-res.apk
Sweet, thanks for the info dude!

Link to AppWidget Picker

I run the Bamfs 1.5 debloated rom and hate accessing my widget list menu because there are to many choices. The debloated rom doesn't collapse the widgets for the same app. This app linked below takes care of the problem.

Please read instruction. This should help. And remember it doesn't work on the stock sense launcher but works for launcher pro and others like it.

You renamed the file (appwidgetpicker.apk), placed it into /system/app, and checked the permissions (sorry for the alignment, it just won't line up for me):
xxxxxReadxxxWritexxxx Execute
User xxX xxxxxX xxxxxxxxo Group X xxxxxxoxxxxxxxx o
Others Xxxxxxx o xxxxxxxxo
(X = checkmark, o = blank)
And then rebooted? That worked perfectly for me using Root Explorer set to r/w.

Fyi, if you do this, be sure to NOT "install" the apk after you copy it. If you do, there may be problems. It also takes a reboot to begin working.
